Meal 4: 250g rice / 200g chicken
Meal 5: 200g yogurt / banana / tablespoon honey / scoop whey

Had a really good day overall. Got up and knocked out fasted cardio first thing. Trained two clients in the morning and ran my first women’s boot camp class today. Had five women show up and it was a legit workout. Everyone left breathing heavy and fired up, which felt good. Solid turnout and a good start. Still managed and got my workout in tonight!

Also got out to Coco Plum Resort on Manta Island this past weekend, to check it out. Absolutely beautiful spot and the hospitality was unreal, treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Really cool experience getting eyes on the island and seeing what’s being built out there. Definitely one of those moments where you step back and appreciate where life’s at right now.

Putting together a bid for our first official build down here, which is wild to say. It’s a mini putt-putt course on Coco Plum Island. Never thought I’d be saying that a year ago.

Still waiting on the vehicle to clear the border. Going on almost three weeks now and all my ancillaries and gear are in there, which is frustrating, but it is what it is.

Just going to keep moving forward one day at a time. Training, building, filming content, and actually enjoying life while doing it.

Is that the dock where you fish with your son?

Damn bro 20rep squat sets...you glutton for punishment lol..

A mini golf course sounds like a fun build. If they have a cool design it eould look really cool in your portfolio.

So the doc where i was fishing is in Placencia, Belize at resort Laru Beya! The dock in the video is a private island the owner paraded me around to see and wants me to build out there!

https://www.cocoplumcay.com/

Can’t pass up an opportunity to be possibly building on a private island!

I usually shoot for throwing up on leg day! or atleast contemplating life’s decisions! hahaha

Did chest yesterday and it was a solid pump-focused session. Working with what I’ve got equipment-wise and just making it count.

DB Incline Press 4x30 (only 45s available so had to get creative and chase the pump)
DB Incline Fly 4x15
DB Flat Bench 4x20 with rest-pause on the last 10 of each set
DB Pullover 3x10 (performed carefully with a deep stretch, staying mindful of the hernia)

Overall a good day. Found out I’ll probably need to fly back to the States to get an FBI background check done to finish up my residency here. Frustrating it wasn’t caught earlier in immigration, but it is what it is. Hopefully the vehicle clears customs today, that’s a big one.

Trained clients in the morning, wrapped that up, and still got my own workout in later in the evening. Long days but productive ones.

Meals stayed the same as yesterday and they’re finally going down easier. Appetite is coming back. We’ve got a nanny starting today who’s very solid in the kitchen, so food consistency should get even better. 225 is the target and we’re moving back toward it. Banana bread and pound cake will definitely be making appearances.

Picked up a comal yesterday, that’s what they use out here to cook tortillas on. Basically a flat steel griddle. Perfect for tortillas, pancakes, and anything quick and simple.

Weight was 207 fasted this morning. Finally starting to climb back up.

Vitals this morning were good. Blood pressure was 118/76 and fasted blood sugar came in at 90.

Also linking up with a local doctor to see pricing and options for getting bloodwork drawn here. Just gathering info and taking it one step at a time.

Not expecting perfection. Just getting a little better each day. We’re moving forward with work, training, and life out here. Things are lining up how they’re supposed to, and I’m done fighting it.

Oh not only do we have stray dogs we got Stray Horses, duckers just walk all over town and randomly kids jump on em like it’s a bike left on the street. Ride the shit out of it up and down the blocks and then just get off and left it be!

Nice update mate.

Leg workout and meals looking good.

Just finished your podcast episode this morning. It was awesome. Really good information about what it's like over there.

Thanks Boss, just trying to be a great showpiece of what’s possible with dedication and a good team backing you! @US-pharmacies @eazy_ @trenAMP
And you’re doing it really well! I’m super proud of our entire team because you’re doing an amazing job, sharing lots of knowledge and experience with others, and that’s truly something beautiful

Biggest hurdle if delt with honestly besides tweaking a muscle. It’s a constant worry the entire workout, for months i refused to go heavy in fear, more core is shot!! I’m scheduled to go back and pushing VA to fix so i can be done with it. As of recently have gotten more comfortable with heavier lifts and legs have come back into the mix more consistent! @trenAMP

Thanks brother, food is finally going down consistent, i guess with the move wrecking the truck i just was all out of wack! But locked back in and pushing for 225!

Legs and Chest! big focus will def help me bring them lagging parts up!

Paradise out here, yes we do give up some amenities, but the peace and ability to do the things we do out weigh unhealthy bullshit any day of the week, and twice on Sunday!!

@waggat

Soak in the salt water with a recliner chair and a protein shake! Doesn’t get any better than that! TOES IN SAND PROTEIN SHAKE IN HAND!! @BeMe
The only way it could get any better is if you have a dungeon/gun rack with a swing!

I mean a panic room lol

Female-only Boot Camp is rolling and the first week has been a huge win. Yesterday we ran a cooking class where I showed them how simple it is to prep chicken, ground beef, rice, and a morning smoothie for 2–3 days at a time. Filmed everything and grabbed photos and video. They were locked in and it went better than expected. Content coming soon.

Knocking out fasted cardio now and then training a client right after. Staying consistent with the mornings and building structure.

We’re also finalizing the putt-putt course layout. Just tightening up the last details and aiming to resubmit within the week. Would love to get that project moving in the next few weeks and start some steady cash flow.

Still nothing with the vehicle at customs. It’s about to officially hit a full month sitting there… and yes, my GH is in there. Brutal. But we keep moving forward regardless.

Have a great day boys. Kill the day. Just get one percent better.

CheckIn tomorrow will have updated photos!!

Boy you really hit the ground running. You got a lot on your plate already.

Hope the truck and GH make not through customs soon.

The meals probably taste extra good down there with everything being so fresh and homemade. Sounds delicious

Sent this over to coach today to get his eyes on it and see what adjustments he wants to make. This is the proposed diet using what we actually have available right now with the nanny cooking everything fresh. Homemade tortillas, fresh bread, homemade banana bread, leaning into what’s local and digestible instead of forcing foods that aren’t sticking.

Proposed Diet
Meal 1 – Breakfast
5 homemade 4” corn tortillas
3–4 whole eggs
Small amount of beans (optional)

Meal 2
1.5–2 cups cooked white rice
1.5 cups shredded chicken

Meal 3
3–4 flour tortillas
1.5 cups shredded chicken or fish

Meal 4 – Solid Meal
1.5–2 cups white fish or lean protein
2–2.5 cups cooked potatoes

Pre-Workout (60–90 min)
2 slices homemade banana bread (roughly 60–70g carbs)

Intra-Workout
~8 oz soursop juice (about 30g carbs)

Post-Workout
Protein shake
1 banana + 1 tbsp honey

Final Meal
2 smash burgers (buns and cheese included)

This is all based around consistency and food actually staying in me. Weight this morning was 208. Honestly struggling to put pounds on. I can eat just about anything right now and it’s still not sticking, so the thought process is removing some rice and leaning into heavier, more calorie-dense carbs to help the scale creep up instead of fighting digestion all day.

Blood Pressure: 118/74
Fasted Blood Sugar: 90

Vehicle update, finally got confirmation it cleared customs. Waiting on the broker to give me the assessed value and we’ll owe 60% of that. Hoping to have it out this week and finally get all my gear, supplements, and ancillaries back in hand.

Women’s Boot Camp is rolling strong. We’re sitting at about 7 clients now. Everyone is prepping diets today and tomorrow, and we’ve got initial check-ins coming up. It’s honestly been really cool to see the buy-in. When someone shows up with real passion and intent, you can build something bigger than just workouts. That’s the goal here, create momentum and a movement.

Planning to relax the rest of the weekend and hang with the family. This week was heavy with clients, morning and evening sessions, while still getting my own training in and hitting meals. I love this lifestyle. This is the shit that separates the boys from the men.

Let’s fucking go.

Good back and abs, and I like your side shot :D very pumped @liftedlivingwithlegacy

You're doing bootcamp classes, training hard, and you're out in the heat all day. Your metabolic rate is probably higher than you're used to and you're just burning up everything you're taking in.

I think you're bang on with your theory and you'll need to start playing with your calories for a while til you figure out your new norm

@liftedlivingwithlegacy Awesome work bro! Food is on point!

Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days. It’s been hectic the past few days trying to get our vehicle out of customs. Still nothing as of today. Today’s a holiday, so who knows if we even hear anything tomorrow. At this point it’s out of my hands and I’m just rolling with it.

On a positive note, I turned 41 today and honestly feel great. Training has been strong and consistent. We linked up with one of the guys who competed last year and has been training at the gym, which is huge motivation. There’s something different about training next to someone you know you’ve got to outwork. It sharpens the mindset immediately.

Today was arms and calves. It’s been pointed out multiple times that both need to come up, so that’s a priority right now. My right side has finally calmed down, so it was a full send today. Pumps were insane and exactly what I needed.

Arms + Calves Workout
EZ-bar curls 4x12–15
Incline dumbbell curls 4x15
Hammer curls 3x20
Cable rope pushdowns 4x15–20
Overhead dumbbell triceps extensions 3x15
Cable kickbacks 3x20
Standing calf raises 5x20–25
Seated calf raises 4x25
Finished with one burnout round for arms and calves to failure

Body feels really good in this cleanup phase. Weight is holding where it should be, sitting at about 208 fasted this morning. Waiting on coach to send over the revamped diet and training for this next prep. First show will be Spartan Classic in June, followed by Mr. Belize in November. Plan is to use June as an entry show, rebound correctly, and come back in November looking completely different.

Things are lining up out here. We should be starting to form up my house within the next month, which will help me fully settle in and kick off my crew. There will be some trial and error with hiring, but setting standards early is how this gets built right and how we push the real estate side forward.

Also had a great meeting recently with a teacher who connected me with the principal. They want me to put together an athlete performance program for the high school. Right now there’s no real structure or training system, so it’s a big opportunity to bring discipline, consistency, and real development to these kids.

We’re locked in over here. Curious to see what these next five months bring. It’s about to get fun.

lol facts on the calves :ROFLMAO: but overall base is legit, chest/delts/back are poppin. @liftedlivingwithlegacy what’s ur current split looking like in Belize + what’s the food setup like down there? curious how u’re running the growth phase with the move/stress dropping
I’ve shifted to more of a push/pull/legs setup here, keeping it simple while everything else is settling down.

Main focus right now is bringing legs and chest up, so both are getting hit twice a week. One leg day leans more quad dominant, the other more glute/ham focused. Chest gets an upper emphasis one day and lower/mid another. Volume is up, joints are happier, and recovery has been solid with the lower stress environment.

Food is clean and basic, lots of rice, chicken, steak and ground beef, tortillas (corn & Flour), fresh fruit and juices, digestion is great, just working on getting enough calories in to keep the scale moving. Growth phase looks different down here, but it’s been a good reset overall. EVERYTHING IS MADE FRESH DAILY AND OR HOMEMADE! @EvoNexus

@liftedlivingwithlegacy you have some absolute blessed genetics for biceps. Your peaks are absolutely insane. It's like someone stuck a bowling ball into your arms.
What’s crazy is i don’t wit them out they are naturally that so watch what happens to em over the next 5 months where i focus them into weekly routine! @stevesmi

Looking really good, my friend. This looks really solid. I like the posing shots that you're doing. Thanks for taking the time to post that. You look very impressive. I definitely agree your arms are the best. @liftedlivingwithlegacy
Posing routine is going to be incorporated daily as a great poser knowing how to make the muscle pop can steal a show! Especially from seeing the competition level here most miss on the conditioning! @ROIDDERS

@US-pharmacies
Good day today :D working with young guys you can really help them become athletes @liftedlivingwithlegacy

Posing routine is going to be incorporated daily as a great poser knowing how to make the muscle pop can steal a show! Especially from seeing the competition level here most miss on the conditioning! @ROIDDERS
seems like you are a no nonsense guy. EVO family respect for that

Did chest today.

Training was solid, tempo was the focus, full stretch on every rep, keeping tension high. Upper and mid chest got the most attention. Shoulders and rear delts closed it out to keep everything balanced.

Incline Bench 3x10‑12
Flat Bench 3x8‑10
Cable Flys 3x15‑20
Chest Flys (Low Position) 3x15‑20
Shoulder Press 3x15
Bent‑Over Rear Delt Cable Flys 3x10‑12

Body’s holding up well. Recovery’s been strong, and each session feels sharper. Been training alongside one of the competitors from last year, intensity jumps up fast when you’re sharing bars with someone you plan to beat.

Waiting on the updated diet. Plan is to start pushing food harder once it lands and get the scale trending up.

Vitals today were solid.
Blood Pressure: 117/75
Fasted Blood Sugar: 89

Anabolics stay consistent.
Test Cyp 60 mg daily
Mast E 40 mg daily
GH 4 IU daily

Peptides are locked.
MOTS‑C 1 mg daily
GHK‑Cu 1.5 mg daily
BPC‑157 500 mcg daily
SLU‑PPP 1 mg daily
TB‑500 5 mg every 5 days
Reta 2.5 mg Monday morning

Vehicle cleared customs, should have it tomorrow. Once that’s handled, everything falls into place again: food, ancillaries, routine. Met with a local doctor to run a full blood panel, about $550 and worth it for a full read.

Focused on stacking clean days. The work compounds if you let it.

Did legs yesterday.

Workout was a grind in the best way. Finally starting to figure out how to actually load the right areas and bring up the inner quad to round out the leg. Tempo, control, and intent on every set.

Leg Press 4x10‑12
Single‑Leg Press 4x12‑15
Standing Lunges 3x15
Sissy Squats 3 to failure
RDL 3x12
Hamstring Curls 4x10 (2‑sec contracted holds)

Body is feeling good overall. Legs were lit up, but recovery is holding and the system feels steady. Big focus right now is simple: hit every meal, keep the pre/intra/post protocol tight, and show up the same way every session. Pre Workout is 2 slices of Homemade Banana Bread and Post is that good ol CHICKEN SMOOTHIE!!

Life is in a good groove. Things are settled here, routine is set, and focus is high. Kids are loving school, we grab them at half days, still plenty of time to hang out and enjoy the pace out here.

Birthday weekend was low‑key but solid. Hit a jungle‑themed resort called The Banks, cool spot, but they tried to upcharge for everything. What was supposed to be a $200 trip turned into $500 between extras, room service, and even sheets for the kids’ sofa. Plunge pool was badass, but the nickel‑and‑diming killed the vibe. Next time we’re heading back to Sleeping Giant, that’s still the favorite.

One day at a time, stay locked in, and keep running the plan.

@liftedlivingwithlegacy Absolutely crushed your legs bro!

Finally starting to figure out how to actually load the right areas and bring up the inner quad to round out the leg.

What changes did you make?

Nothing crazy honestly. I watched a quick video on foot placement and how small stance changes hit different parts of the quad and it finally clicked. As basic as that sounds, I wasn’t being intentional enough before.

The machine I’m using helps a lot too. I don’t have a 45° leg press here, just a parallel squat/press machine. It keeps everything super quad-dominant, no butt wink, no loading my back like heavy squats. Once I adjusted stance, my inner quads were cramping mid-set. That’s when I knew it was working.

Sometimes it’s just cleaning up execution and letting the machine do its job instead of forcing heavy weight. @Mobster

- Cardiac and arterial health

Had check-in today and the scale finally moved. Up from 208 to 211 and it feels earned, not sloppy. Weight is trending the right direction and strength is coming with it.

Vehicle finally cleared customs so everything is back in play. Got my protein powder, all my ancillaries, my scale, and GH after being without it for over a month. The whole system is online again.

Anabolics are all daily now.
Test Cyp 100 mg daily
Deca 60 mg daily
GH 10 IU daily

Peptides stay consistent, same as before.
MOTS-C 1 mg daily
GHK-Cu 1.5 mg daily
BPC-157 500 mcg daily
SLU-PPP 1 mg daily
TB-500 5 mg every 5 days
Reta 2.5 mg Monday morning

Training is on a four-day structure now: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Monday is upper body with a chest and shoulder focus. Tuesday is legs with a quad-dominant focus. Running an A/B setup and flipping it weekly. Getting stronger and stronger. July is show month and the plan is to walk in and dominate.

Work is moving fast too. I’m training clients multiple times throughout the day during the week, and I’m putting together three bids: a mini putt putt course on Coco Plum, an in-ground pool/spa/gym setup for a private villa on Manta Island, and possibly a jungle camping setup on the river with a natural catch basin pool. All of it lines up with the bigger vision.

I’m blown away by how things are unfolding. I’m happy again, confidence is climbing, and I feel like a man with worth at a bigger scale than ever. Saying it now: Earl Lombardo will be a household name in this country, and eventually I’ll be sought out by other resorts in other countries.

Diet is locked in. Food is going down great, and having the scale back matters because I know I was leaving gains on the table without it. 225 is coming.

Finally got all my camera tripods and check in equipment! Lighting sucks will figure a good spot or i’m ordering an overhead light!

Great log update bro , heaps of info in here we can all take something from
Ancillaries are next level!

Did legs yesterday and they’re finally starting to come around. Sessions are getting intense, and it’s a lot of battling the inner demons rep by rep. Exactly where I need to be this far out.

Food is going down great. Having the scale back means we’re fully locked in now, no guessing, no missed targets. Just executing the plan day after day.

Blood pressure was solid today at 119/73. Fasted blood sugar came in at 91. Right where I want things while we push.

Anabolics are steady, all daily.
Test Cyp 100 mg daily

TB-500 5 mg every 5 days
Reta 2.5 mg Monday morning

Nice having all my ancillaries and glutathione protocol back in play again. System feels supported, and we’ll back it up with bloodwork in the next few weeks. Data plus discipline.

23 weeks out now. No fucking about. Head down, do the work, let the results speak.

legs look good you really building deep :D

Did chest today and it was a different level. Rerpping 225 now on flat and incline for sets, and I’ll be real, I’ve never pushed like this before. Breaking old limits out here and ripping shit in a new environment feels badass.

Food is basically a see-food, eat-food setup right now and I’m not mad at it. Appetite is wide open. Crushed close to a pound of corn tortillas with half a chicken just at lunch. The goal is simple: get it down and grow.

Recovery has been on point with the higher GH at night and food pushing up. Body feels like it’s finally matching the intent. 22 weeks out from peak week, just getting started, and there’s zero chance we’re letting off the gas now.

Love the posing videos, and videos in general man!!! Keep it up man💪💪💪❤️

Did check-in today and the scale is still moving the right way. Last week was 211, this week 213.8. Weight is climbing, but condition is staying reasonably tight, which is exactly the balance I want heading toward 225.

Food is staying as clean as possible, just pushing more of it so we don’t blur the lines on the way up. The goal is to grow, not wash out. Every meal is an opportunity to move the look forward, not just the number.

Hitting shoulders and arms today. I’ll post a little video later so there’s a visual to go with the work. Strength and fullness are both starting to show up more in the upper body.

Sitting at 23 weeks and 3 days out from show day, and it’s starting to feel real. It’s going to be a surreal moment having my kids in the crowd seeing me on stage looking like a superhero. @US-pharmacies

Looking strong and lean brother. Remaing weeks of bulk are looking good to get where you want to.🩵

Anabolics are steady, all daily.

Looking really good mate. You've got a real nice structure through the chest, shoulders and lats. Means that front double bi looks awesome!

Did legs today and they’re starting to come up. Hit another gym and ran hack squats, leg press, and split squats! Different setup, same intent, just pushing the legs to match where the upper body is headed. Scale is moving in a good direction and the look is following it.

Food has been fun and on plan. Posted some shots of the homemade Cajun ranch pasta and the ground beef bulgogi! Been enjoying getting creative so the meals stay interesting while still driving progress. Had a really good low-carb weekend, stuck to the plan, tightened things up, and woke up Monday at 215. Made a chicken alfredo “pizza” with lean ground turkey as the base instead of dough and it slapped.

Work is leveling up fast too. Posted a video of the view here and it still feels wild this is the backdrop for all of this. I’m taking over more and more work for my cousin and just locked in a job to install my epoxy flake system flooring. That’s a big one — once I nail this floor, it opens the door to shipping bigger quantities and starting a storefront. Goal is simple: replace the tile business out here in Belize. My name will be household by 2027.

Had a sit-down with the assistant principal at the local high school to get them added to the bootcamp class. I’m at 7 clients now and they’re projecting 10–20 teachers wanting in. It’s crazy how God works, I’m over here helping shift an entire village’s health habits, hoping it trickles down into the athletic program too.

In that same meeting we talked about volunteer work and what the kids need. Out of about 1,000 students, 40–50 can’t afford food. They were on a school food program that got dropped, so my wife jumped on it immediately and is setting up funding to get them covered. People keep saying we have a purpose here, and with every day and every meeting it’s starting to show.

God has big plans for me and this country and I’m all in on giving Him the glory. He walked me through an accident where I thought I lost it all, just to line me up to gain it all.

Holy shit broooo!!! I just got caught up on your log and you look fantastic. I see some big time density and growth. That pic on your 41st birthday really shows your size.

This is one awesome log bro and was super fun to read you make every log update exciting!

Stopped at the store yesterday and grabbed some steaks. Funny enough, I was asked on the podcast what a good steak costs out here. Picked up a 1-inch, 16 oz sirloin for $9 USD. Hard to beat that.
I was shocked when I read this I woulda cleaned them out at that price!

I usually shoot for throwing up on leg day! or atleast contemplating life’s decisions! hahaha
This gave me a chuckle this is the way to do legs!

and yes, my GH is in there
I was like nooooooo

Vehicle cleared customs, should have it tomorrow.
And then oh ok! ✅

Life is in a good groove. Things are settled here, routine is set, and focus is high. Kids are loving school, we grab them at half days, still plenty of time to hang out and enjoy the pace out here.
Love the life balancing here. Family, work, and training with EVO all balanced. Great work bro and good Dad.

Peptides stay consistent.
I love your peptides having that many on board I'm learning is dedication I have almost that many now.

That leg workout looks like a bit of a killer with those high reps.

Sounds like you're really getting shit done over there!

The photos are awesome!

Did chest yesterday.

Session was solid front to back, chest and shoulders took a beating in a good way. Focus was on tension, control, and keeping everything in that mid to shortened range where I can really feel the tissue working.

Incline Cable Fly 3x8
Incline Cable Press 4x12
Chest Pullovers to failure
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x12
Mid-Range Lateral Raises 3x to failure
Shoulder 4-Way 3x8

Vitals were clean this morning.
Blood Pressure: 118/72
Fasted Blood Sugar: 78

Workflow is the same, just moving forward and getting stronger. I feel like I’m filling out more now: scale is climbing, food is going down, and the mirror is starting to show it. We’ve got macros to hit, but coach has me on an open-style diet for now since everything is fresh here! Flour tortillas, corn tortillas, local ingredients, so I’ve got flexibility to play with different recipes while still hitting the numbers. Once we get closer to show, it’ll tighten down into a strict meal plan.

I’ll be flying back to the States in the next week or so to watch a build go up so I can start replicating it here in Belize. About to be the pool guy out here anything pool-related, I plan on taking over that lane.

My daughter turned five yesterday. We set up a beachfront movie night for her! Popcorn boxes, Candyland theme, candy everywhere, and a big projector right in front of the ocean. She loved it. It still blows my mind that this is our life now, getting to do things with my kids I never could’ve pulled off in the States. It’s not even about the money; it’s the tempo of life here. Slower pace, more time together, and with a nanny cooking and cleaning, we’re freed up to actually live as a family instead of just manage chores.

Daytime is for estimates and building the work, nights are for the family. That balance is everything.
