Veteran Log Testosterone Deca Tren HGH Cardarine Cycle Log

Yea cuz to get it done on my schedule is have to schedule an at home appointment $130

Then to get a requisition form from my doc and I'd have to book a consult and that's $200

Then I'm thinking the LCMS test is gonna cost atleast $80 on the low end, probably much more. My IGF1 test cost me $120. I think a LCMS test is probably more involved and more expensive but I duno.
Thats brutal, $200 just consult. I just went through teletest, didnt even need to online chat with the doc. $80 for the consult/blood requisition. Ohip covers everything except ill have to pay for free test($70) and estradiol($30ish probably). I went without shbg test to reduce cost.

Going to do bloods tomorrow. Incase your curious about other test costs i found a 2025 lifelabs price list, though they dont list estradiol for some reason.

Naw I'm a contractor and have my own small company. Union life isn't for me. I'm a grinder and that's frowned upon in the unions up here lol

I'm usually low carb high protein guy. For me high carb days used to be 300g, but on Tren you need the carbs. Your body will burn through them so quick even when you're not training. That's probably leading to your night sweats and poor sleep bro.

When I was only running 400g carbs I was going hypo at certain points during the day. As long as I hit 450+ I'm good. I find my recovery is better with high carbs on Tren as well. Plus I'm hungry ALL the time lol

I heard you need carbs but shit that’s a lot. These sweats are the only downfall for me taking it. I would like to figure out how to counter the sweats before my cycle is over to get an idea if I will ever run it again. I’ll start pushing more carbs. Thanks!
 
Naw in Canada you need to get a requisition form from a doctor. I could use a Telehealth service that would cost less than my doc but that might cause issues for him so I'd rather not. My doc is bending some rules up here so his patients get proper treatment and testing, but if I go to another clinic it could set off warning bells with our government insurance

I'm not sure what I've been doing so right but my recovery has been unreal lately. I've never had a 9 day streak of green recovery scores in as long as I've been tracking. I keep dialing up the intensity in my training expecting a negative response and it keeps going well. Yesterday I pushed most of my sets right up to failure and today's recovery score was even better. Its perfect timing too cuz I'm training 6 days this week to make up for a missed day last week. Who'd have thought Tren would improve sleep and recovery lol

Yesterdays session was a good one. By set 5 my triceps were so pumped they felt like they were exploding. Even just 3 sets of chest had my upper chest so pumped. I think the time spent with the lower weights improved my form some and I'm hitting the target muscles even better now.

Its weird cuz I've noticed everyday between 3-4pm I hit this wall where I'm pass out and take a nap, or I fight to stay awake. Initially I thought it was too much carbs in my lunch meal at work so I started spreading them out into 2 meals during work. No change. Then it happened today after meal 3 which only has 70g of carbs. Maybe it's the Tren and not the carbs but something is turning me into a napper which has never been me.

Lol only a couple time. Duno but somehow my body is really responding well to all the work right now. Recovery is shockingly good each day and my HRV is way higher then it ever is in the winter. Just gonna keep riding this wave until my body tells me to slow down.

I didn't sleep all that great last night, weird dreams, but woke up feeling good still. Going for my 6th consecutive day of training tonight and then I'll take a rest day tomorrow.

Actually my $200 consult is really worth it with my doc. He usually spends about 45 mins with me going through every marker and game planning supplement or dietary changes to make improvements. I'm able to talk with him about my cycles too and he offers up advice on cycle support. Then I get a full report tracking all my markers with my history and stuff like that. Its more for full bloodwork tho vs just going for 1 marker.

Yea for sure every company has their good and bad guys. The problem with the really big union shops here is the bad guys have jobs for life so the good guys get really annoyed lol. I have a lot of buddies that are union tradesman and the stories they tell me sometimes are crazy with all the fucking off and wasting time on jobs.

You'll wanna focus your carbs around the peri workout window to maximize their efficiency. That's about 2 hours pre training to 2 hours post training. That window of time is where you'll really wanna funnel in the extra carbs.

When I had super low test my family doc wanted to put me on the cream and wouldn't even consider injectible test. Thankfully I have a buddy who's a competitive powerlifter and he hooked me up with this other doc. This doc is a god send. Loves to talk shop and he's a former competitor himself so he really gets where guys like us are coming from.

Sounding Iike a broken record here but recovery was sky high again this morning. Yesterday was my 5th consecutive day of training and my body is loving it. I think at this point it's safe the say the Tren is fuelling this peak recovery I'm experiencing. I'm able to consistently hit strong sessions day after day with no signs of fading.

I still haven't experienced any noticeable androgenic benefits from the Tren yet, but the improved recovery, muscle fullness, and output capabilities at 40mg ED are pretty amazing. The only downside I see is my BP has crept up to close to 130 the last few days.

Went to a walk-in clinic today after work to see about this sore throat that doesn't seem to want to go away. It was really bad 4 days ago, got a lot better, but then the last 2 days it's getting worse again. Thankfully I tested negative for strep throat so not antibiotics. Just a liquid I need to rinse with.

The doc said 2 things, first obviously stop vaping lol. Then he looked at me and said it's clear I workout a lot, I thought wow thanks lol. He said if I'm at a gym around a lot of people touching dirty equipment while I'm immune compromised it could get worse. I told him it's all good cuz I'm a home gym guy and he said ok that fine I can keep training.

Felt pretty good having a doctor complimenting my physique when I have a t shirt on. Before you wouldn't know I really train unless I'm wearing a gym shirt or I'm shirtless. All this extra mass I've added these past 9 months on gear is really showing. I'm up 40lbs from this time last year when I was still just figuring out my TRT dosing. Definitely no where near as lean as I used to be but I'll get back down there at some point again in the future. Couldn't have done it without the help of the EVO fam! For now just keep eating, pinning, posting, and training hard to stack on the tissue.

You are so getting hammered on vaping lately 🤣🤣🤣 Might need its own log 🤔🤣. The Tren idea is interesting and scary at the same time I have to admit. For me cut phase it is definitely the compound to use instead of Deca from what I can see. Doesn't make me any less trepidacious about using it.

Yea it's almost like the world is trying to tell me something about vaping. I managed to cut it down by more than half today, so it's a start.

Yea the BP is getting a bit concerning but it's not too bad just yet. If it hovers here I'm ok with that. I think I can get it back down though.

I was rinsing with salt and baking soda. Don't have iodine. I'm using the medicated stuff now.

Today I cut my vaping in half with the pouches. Going to see if I can keep this up and cut down more and eventually get off the vape in a few months.

Its been a solid year of gains from getting on TRT to running my first cycle and now this cycle. The bulking has been going good. Never thought I'd be capable of holding this type of weight on my frame. When I was competing in hockey I was eating and training so hard and could never get over 185lbs no matter what I did. Shoulda hopped on back then LOL

And you learned not to ever complain unless you were in dire need of attention because the first thing they did is segregate you, which meant solitary metal box, no tv, books, nothing. 👎

Thanks bro! Yea when I started my first log it was around April 2025 and my TRT had only been dialed in for a couple months, but I gained 10lbs in those months. Amazing how quickly you can grow when your free test is higher than 230 LOL. Then adding in the primo, anavar, and NPP and then I really started to grow.

Geez...they had a vet managing your health care?? And who's the criminal?

Money is a big problem. I think doctors up here earn between $300-500k per year but if they cross the boarder they easily make double and work less. We actually have doctors and nurses that live here near the border and work in the states. Our government has been tossing around the idea of forcing graduates to work here for 5 to 10 years because their education's are subsidized by the tax payer. I think a MD education here only costs around $150k CAD, so just over $100K USD.

The other big problem is mass immigration overwhelming the system. Our country can't support the population it has but every year we keep having record numbers of immigration. We both know what's going on there.

The last problem is doctors feel overwhelmed with the workload being a GP so most choose to specialize. Better hours and better pay. The new GPs prefer to work in teams, so you have 3 young GPs doing the work of 1 old GP. All that work life balance stuff guys like us don't get to think about LOL.

Its only about an hour from the city so it's a lot easier to get too than Muskoka. After the big 3 lakes out your way Jackson's Point is the next big spot for the wealthy

There's a new brand of gum call Sesh and it's really good. Although I don't get the point cuz you chew it for like a minute and then tuck it like a pouch lol. Tastes really good but loses flavour fast so I prefer the pouches.

Well the sun came up and it reflected so bad and orange like we called a fire in. Lmao

Yea when I was natty, low T, and powerlifting I was 160lbs and could not grow. My strength was always improving but just couldn't add any weight. When I was about to turn 40 I went and got tested and my free t was at 230 lol.

Yea I'm 10 weeks in but I had to take 4 weeks off in the middle. So I was on for almost 4 weeks, off for 4 weeks, now back on for almost 3 weeks. Going to run this for amother 7 or 8 weeks plus a taper off period then do a health phase before my summer cycle.

I usually had go walk my sleigh like 1.5km to shore and another 1km to where i went then. (Cant drive). Sobi always left early and set up in the dark before sunrise with a headlamp on.

That hole was always killer for jumbo perch til the lakes down south didnt freeze til later in season like 8years or so ago and everyone from the south came up and decimated the fish population on simcoe and couch. Thousands and thousands of huts, basically small towns.

Weird guy better not throw stones then i guess.

As soon as our lake opened ice fishing it only took 2 seasons until the fishing went dead. I used to fish only Musky cuz bass was too easy. After the ice fishing nothing was easy anymore.

They even show up in the summer fishing bass on the spawn. Keeping 1lb bass...nothing goes back in the lake.

BP and weight have both dropped off the last few days. I think I was holding some excess water and that has gone and reduced both.

Took a scheduled rest day followed by a forced rest day due to taking my dog into the vet. The appointment ran very very long with lots of testing and my night was shot so no training.

Got back at it last night and it was steady as she goes. Nothing spectacular. Hit my numbers from the previous week but didn't feel that typical drive I have during a session. Felt a little underwhelming but I've noticed it's like that with me after taking multiple days off. One rest day is plenty for me.

Sleep was pretty shit last night. I'm up at the family cottage and got here really late. Worked late yesterday than had to train, get packed, and head up here so it was a busy night. Libido was very high so there was that too lol. Didn't have any Tren sweats but I was sleeping very hot without my eight sleep mattress at home. First world problems lol.

Yeah its brutal. That spot, between 3 of us we walked out with 45ish jumbo perch. 15 a guy. Walked away at 11am.

2 years later your lucky if you see a 10" perch or 2 a day. Its fine if you limit out on whats good, but prespawn perch that aint even got to get his spawn on. Ruthless.

Never had musky before.

Find the exact same thing with training. I moved back to rest days being one day because it just fucked me around totally having two in a row. Even adding back a session this week to get more in now. 🩵

BP and weight have both dropped off the last few days. I think I was holding some excess water and that has gone and reduced both.

Took a scheduled rest day followed by a forced rest day due to taking my dog into the vet. The appointment ran very very long with lots of testing and my night was shot so no training.

Got back at it last night and it was steady as she goes. Nothing spectacular. Hit my numbers from the previous week but didn't feel that typical drive I have during a session. Felt a little underwhelming but I've noticed it's like that with me after taking multiple days off. One rest day is plenty for me.

Sleep was pretty shit last night. I'm up at the family cottage and got here really late. Worked late yesterday than had to train, get packed, and head up here so it was a busy night. Libido was very high so there was that too lol. Didn't have any Tren sweats but I was sleeping very hot without my eight sleep mattress at home. First world problems lol.

Dinner last night was my once in a blue moon cheat. Got some Baton Rouge ribs and fries. Sorry no pics. I was in a rush and just ate it outta the box.

Definitely want to see over the next few weeks how the deca treats you. Hopefully it can help your joints. Sometimes it can be counterproductive. @BeMe

This is a good workout you put together. @BeMe you're definitely staying consistent even though you've been through some hurdles lately.
 
All our laes etc that allow fishing have associations. You can ONLY keep 1 in 6 or 1 in 8 catches and they reseed for 3 months
We have straight limits here in Ontario. Theres the conservation licence and sport licence. Conservation is basically half catch limit. We also restock fish with hatchery stock but i believe they rotate the lakes or just dont every year not sure.

@BeMe Bros, you pumpin' the tren for sure. Damn, 40mg a day, that's a solid dose. That's like 300mg a week, I think.

I havent tried rock bass either. I thiink they are similar to sun fish in size, nothing to em.
Id assume similar in taste to perch maybe?

My dog seems to be doing better but it's more a wait and see kinda thing. He's got some weird skin condition and an ear infection. Docs are exactly sure what the cause is, but hopefully we're on the right treatment path now.

Made up for the bad sleep the next night so it wasn't too bad at the end of the day.
 
First, hope the dog is fine now. Things are so back in balance for you now, despite the shit nights sleep bit🤣
Find the exact same thing with training. I moved back to rest days being one day because it just fucked me around totally having two in a row. Even adding back a session this week to get more in now. 🩵
He's doing better since we stopped the antibiotics. The stuff he was on was really tough on his stomach. The treatment was worse than the initial problem.

Seems so counter intuitive but there's something about just not letting up too much that keeps you in the zone and improving more. I'm sure the improved recovery from the peds play a big part in that room

I've been on it for like 4 months or so now and it's been a god send for me. Literally changed my life. I've had bad knees from sports since I was 14 so I can't even remember what it's like to live without knee pain but the deca really helped a lot

Brown trout is ok. Fresh water salmon is really iffy, and what we call rock bass here are tiny and not what you wanna eat. I think different places have different rock bass though.
 
What country are you from? One thing ive always wanted to try was bow fishing. We have 3 species to bowfish here. Bowfin, common carp and white sucker. @BeMe @Ulter you guys ever try that?
Naw never tried it but it seems interesting. I'm catch and release unless something gets gut hooked so it's probably not for me.

Sight fishing is my favorite though. Going out on a flat calm early morning and sight fishing bass is the best. Kinda simalar appeal as bow fishing

This was the family day long weekend here in Ontario and it was pretty hectic. Up north with the family for the weekend but then had to rush back for Lunar New Year with the in laws. Surrounds by little kids all weekend so I upped my vitamin C and added in some elderberry to protect myself.

Yesterday was my first chance to train and it was ok. I've noticed the last 4 or 5 sessions my progression has slowed a bit. The last few in particular I've struggled to match my numbers from the week before. Weight has been slipping back a little bit too but my diet hasn't changed apart from yesterday with the Lunar New Year dinner...not a fan. Figured now is a good time to bump my Tren dose a bit and continue with my dosing experiment.

I said I'd continue up to 50mg if Tren ED if need be and see how the results are at each dose. I've got 4 weeks of 40mgs under my belt and it's been great. Very happy with the results. Let's see if I can keep gaining with a little bump. I'll be monitoring my health metrics and see how it goes. Anything starts getting outta line I'll drop back down.

its possible because you were tired and not 100%
bumping tren is not usually the solution to being a bit weaker, we should look at nutrition carbs under 500 is the issum imo

i cant stop you :D but i dont see the point of going past 40mgs/ed for you, you were doing find you just need to get your routine back and get carbs over 600 and you'll see bigger results :D

But all week my carbs were 500-600 cept for yesterday and 1 day earlier in the week. I actually trained before that crappy dinner yesterday and my carbs were at normal levels then. Just didn't eat much at dinner and my post workout meal got cut short cuz we had to get to the in-laws. Completely messed up my eating for the day cuz most of my carbs come in that peri workout window. Actually on Saturday the day before I hit the session above my carbs were 596.

Anyway you know me, it's too late already LOL. I pinned 45mg earlier and just put 2 reps on my leg extensions PR lol.

Lunar New Year dinner left a lot to be desired lol. Very traditional stuff that they have to serve, pretty gross really. Cold boiled chicken, weird veggie salad with shit loads of ginger and raw onion, some other dish that I don't even know what it is. Its the one meal every year I hate the most.

All I ate was some beef with lo mein noodles and crab soup. Of course we stayed late too so by the time I got home it was bedtime and I figured slamming a bunch of carbs would mess up my sleep.

Oh yeah, i normally only fish to eat with the exception of when i join the perch festival here if i bother.

I got a compound that needs a string ive wanted to set up for bowfishing, but the closest spot is the holland river if i remember right. To far to travel with no car.

I don't eat fish out of the lakes where I live. It's pretty polluted. But my neighbor goes fishing saltwater and he brings me some fish sometimes. We have trout here but it's sea trout in the ocean.

and no i don't fish very much, sometimes a friend of mine will take me with him but i usually just watch. just not into it very much

the issue is, of course, when you come off. You don't want to make damage while you're on it and then come off and then it's gone.
