Veteran Log 2026 Cruise into Bulk Cycle Log

Thanks for the kind words mate! Means a lot.

Definitely enjoying the drop sets on things like leg curls and calf raises. Might give them a go on leg extensions next.
EVO family love your way :D good drop set training @waggat always

Got bloods done on Wednesday.

My last pins for the cycle were 4 January. From there I dropped EQ to 60mg/week. Test I originally only dropped to 200/week as I was worried the EQ in my system would tank E2 otherwise. After two weeks I dropped it to 175mg/week.

Mostly looks good. Not sure what's happening with AST. It was in range at the end of the cycle. This will be a good test for the @RGSX cycle support!

The good thing is that Neutrophils is now in range after being slightly low for the last few tests.

Unfortunately high sensitivity CRP wasn't included so the pathology lady added normal CRP. Seems elevated though at 4?

E2 isn't too bad? I've seen @R.AP mention that EQ converts to E1 which will show unless you get and LCMS test?

Test values looking good from the @PharmabolicsOz test!

Solid test value for 175 a week bro! Urea’s a bit high were you dehydrated? Pretty common I think. I think you’re spot on with the e2 values from eq. I watched a vigorous Steve video talking about that and needing a specific blood test to identify between e2 values on basic blood panels. If someone else confirmed it aswell you’re probably on the money. Did you get bloods through imedical? They’ve got like over a 1000 different things you can test for in your blood! I’d imagine e2 specifics aswell 😃

My urea is always fairly high. I made sure I drank a lot of water the day before and morning of the test.

Didn't bother with imedical this time since it's more expensive. Have had the LCMS E2 done previously though.

@waggat did you possibly take some type of drug? Even like a Tylenol or aspirin or something like that can cause a spike in the AST.

Was previously taking a generic liver support. Now I have just started taking the cycle support from @RGSX so that should do the job.

Will either up the EQ slightly or drop test to 150.

Good job posting up this blood work @waggat I don't know of any bodybuilder who has perfect butt work and it's unrealistic to expect that to happen so you have to manage the things that are off and go from there.

@waggat Bros, your e2 is not super bad but it's definitely above normal. You don't want to end up with problems like gyno or something like that so I would definitely get it lower. That should help other numbers too.

sometimes bloodwork can fluctuate. its good though that you have a reference. from here you can always test again in a month and see what changed @waggat

Actually.... will Proviron affect AST? I took my first one the day before the test.
It's possible but nothing major, your bloods are nothing to be worried about imo :D @waggat

Bloods are looking pretty good my dude, all things considered in the lifestyle.

Do you think you'll get another lcms to see exactly where e2 is at?

And you mentioned Aussiescripts, I was gunna go with imedical for mine but if you know of somewhere cheaper for private sensitive tests that would be awesome to know. 🙏🏻

Hey mate, nah only used them this time for the basics. They aren't fully customisable like imedical. Would usually use Roidsafe when I want the basics but thought I'd try this as it was cheaper and included CRP (which for some reason wasn't included but the pathology last added it but only the standard version).

Will probably get a full suite including LCMS E2 before starting next blast.

Hey brother!
Great update to your log.
I wouldn't stress too much about the results - have definitely seen a lot worse 🤣.
I forget, does @RegenexPharma have you on Oral steroids pre workout? As this could cause some AlT/AST issues.
The AST is heavily present in muscle so it could be that your bloods were taken after a big leg day or similar?
AST higher then ALT then normally muscle tissue related.
ALT quite higher then AST then potentially more Liver stress situation.

Urea always being high could be a few possibilities like: very high protein diet, dehydration (one of the most common,) how much water do you drink a day?
And also can be up from Kidney stress but normally causes Creatinine to read quite high. Do you know what your BP is at the moment? (Take 3 times over the day so get an average)
Heart results are good brother, especially on EQ 💪♥️
My thoughts would be big training session day before or on the day and potentially not keeping hydrated enough?
Also, how's your energy and libido at the moment?

The RGSX vital organs support should have you covered brother! Would be able to clean those few little things up (don't stress, well, we wouldn't).
Its been designed just for this reason brother 💪

We are here to work with you brother, keep us posted and we will help with whatever we need to.

Cheers brother,
Logan

Thanks so much for taking the time to have a good look at this mate!

Yes blood test done Wednesday morning with big leg workout Tuesday morning.

Have just started Proviron. First one was the day before the test. None on day of the test until afterwards.

I usually try to make a big effort to drink plenty of water the day or two before the test (and morning of). The day before I'd say 2.5L before, during and after workout and another 2L the rest of the day.

Blood pressure is consistently slightly elevated at the moment. Typically 130/70.

Energy is pretty good. I reckon the MOTS-C from @RegenexPharma has kicked in now. The main thing I notice is endurance/stamina in the gym as the session goes on particularly.

Libido not the best unfortunately. I'm good to go if required but don't really go looking for it.

Awesome lifts bro, weighted back ext are a favourite. The pump feels great from those.

Typical food lately.

I let my macros drop a bit recently. Possibly chasing more fat loss. I'm now going to make sure I hit the following level consistently. I'll see what happens from there and may end up increasing a bit more for the rest of the cruise.

Had my first cheat meal since Xmas on the weekend. All you can eat Korean BBQ. I didn't hold back but wasn't able to eat anywhere near what I used to. Maybe a combination of the reta and being used to eating less lately.

hey waggat usually altered liver enzymes and kidney values (urea and creatinine) are from heavy workouts (muscle breakdown byproducts etc) rather than actual liver or kidney disease. Obviously Orals can throw some values off.

Korean BBQ looks great. If you can find a place that does traditional charcoal check it out. I guarantee you'll love it even more!

Brooo, Korean BBQ is amazing, one of my favourite things to cheat on.

Not much happening the last week.

With the shoulder issue I decided it was a good time for a de-load week. Just dropped my weights for the top set by around 15%.

Shoulder is still an issue. The chiro says it's the infraspinatus tendon where it attaches to the humeral head. I've dropped all pressing and lateral raises and I'm doing shoulder stability exercises most days.

Hopefully the HGH and KLOW from
@RegenexPharma will help get it sorted.

A few recent meal pics below. The first is a prawn stir-fry and the next is Honey soy garlic chicken with ALDI pre-made salads.

Those are some pretty big words there bro. I had to google that.
Shoulder is no joke with all the exercises that tie into it. You’re doing the right thing by taking a step back.
Interested in seeing how the peptides work for you. A lot of us probably have some sort of shoulder impingement, I know I do.
Hang in there brother you got this!

Share your secret! Woke up dripping sweat last night. 2nd worst probably cause I ate chick fil a.
Yea you nailed it bro. I've noticed if I eat a cheat meal like that I pay for it with sleep since being on the Tren. Something about the Tren really punishes me too for stepping outta line. Next day I'll be very watery in the morning and my BP will be like 10 points higher than the day before.

Duno how these going guys dirty bulk while on Tren. Probably why they all go crazy lol.

Avoiding the greasy foods is really big right now for you. Stick to clean healthy food sources and you'll really get rewarded for it with great sleep, recovery, and gains!

Recent workouts.

Leg training going really well. Tried BSS's in the smith for the first time today. Totally wiped me out. Surprised how much I struggled with seemingly low weight. Overall I rate my numbers with single leg exercises. Have done reverse lunges from a small step with 35kg db's. I could only manage 35kg on a semi weightless smith bar. Seemed to be a really concentrated load.

Have introduced some very light presses 2-3 times a week. Was told that my shoulder now needs controlled load and not just the shoulder stability exercises.

Sessions have the following format:

10-15 min incline treadmill warmup
10-15 min yoga style stretching and foam rolling
Workout
20-25 min incline treadmill walking

Great work bro! Any pain during or post exercise? Big weight on the close grip pulldown btw!
Thanks mate. No real pain. Taking it really easy though as I haven't done any pressing for a month or so.

The advantage of not having been doing any chest and shoulders is I've had more sessions to focus on back and legs.

Hey bro, @R.AP is 100% right you need to get an LCMS test while running eq.

The standard test shows all oestrogen

Nice couple of training sessions! Smith machine BSS definitely a tough one due to the neuromuscular adaptations needed. On the bright side you have lots of room to progressively overload the exercise.

Hey mate, I did the LCMS test twice while on cycle. I guess I'm judging the current EQ dose based on how I went then. I think based on the normal E2 test I'm sitting alright.

Yeah will be keeping them in for sure. Or may try the method (I think you do) where you use a single DB and hold the squat rack with the other hand. As much as I was loving hack squats, I've decided to put them after something else that pre-fatigues my quads a bit to not stress the knees etc too much.

As long as you feel good and you are recovering fine that's the main thing bro. Hormones and lipids can change bit by bit depending on daily stress ontop of cycle

Any reason you do the stretching and foam rolling pre legs and not on upper days? Is it just for injury prevention or something similar?

I do dynamic type flexibility and some activation stuff every day. Pretty much need to do this otherwise end up with ack issues (tall and site all day for work). Sometimes on upper days I'll do it after the workout. I like doing it before on legs days to loosen things up and help activation. Don't do much static stretching.

Thanks mate. Drop sets on legs I do them on leg curls and calves. For upper body usually do them on some arm exercises and flys / laterals (can't do at the moment). Didn't do on arms this day as just wanted to keep it low intensity.
