Rx Meds Update: 

All Rx meds reduction being supervised by both my military psychiatrist, provincial psychologist and addiction doctor
Dx 2019 Heart Failure - reduced ejection fraction (in remission)
Dx 2014 Operator Syndrome - continued to operate until 2019 (lifelong therapy)
Plan still is to titrate off all that is unnecessary
Valium dose and other changes will be highlighted in red as I drop down over the next 6 weeks
**Diazepam (Valium) has been cut in half and will be titrating off over 6 weeks to avoid withdrawal. 10mg to
5mg on 22Jan to
2.5mg on 06Feb then jump off

Rx Meds Comments:
- Last night had one trial run of zero sleep meds = 0mg valium/diazepam, 0mg zopiclone (already removed), 0mg Seroquil/Quetiapine (already removed), 0mg Prazosin and I SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT! Woke up feeling fine and no issues. I will be trying this again tonight and moving down to 2.5mg valium to mitigate withdrawal for the upcoming week.
Dx 2019 Heart Failure - reduced ejection fraction (in remission) Update:
- ECG w/ contrast on Wednesday 14Jan - results and pics (if possible) to be included in log when available
- Still awaiting call from cardiologist to discuss results
Gyno Update:
- Had ultrasound of chest - still awaiting appt. with Doc to discuss options

Confessional booth:
- I was overdoing it with the preworkout Anavar. Was taking 20mg preworkout sublingual and BP once home after workout was 150+/80+. Reduced this to 10mg preworkout and BP stabilized
- I missed a couple ED microdoses and had to double up one night. I'll be preloading 3 days in advance and am not worried about preloading as none of my oils have EO in it to compromise the plunger.

Training comments:
- Mind/Muscle connection to right pec has been way off. Been pinning my right lower tricep with KLOW due to slight strain during overhead behind neck dumbbell raises (too heavy). Left pec gets hard and pumped during chest training and right pec does not. More details to come but just did 30 pushups now and right got hard so hopefully was just a minor tweak for the week.

- 4 meals over 8 hours - eat at 11am/1pm/3pm/7pm
