GOALS

  • 5kg of fat to lose while leaning out and putting on quality muscle. I want to be able to see the faint outline of my abs and have definition in areas around my body.

I’m also on the road to vanquish the dad bod. I already have had one of my teenage daughters friends recently tell her that her dad is jacked!

I have been running the Gh all week and everything has been solid! Sleep scores have increased, and water/weight fluctuations have stabilised! Excited to do bloodwork in 6-weeks time!

Week 1 - Check in 17.02.2026

Hi Evo Fam! Just finished running around doing my dexa scan yesterday and reviewing the game plan for the next 10-weeks.
Pictures current as of today, with a side-by-side comparison from the start of the last log.

Looking at how far I have come (with a broken bone in-between), I am excited to see where I'm going from here!

DEXA RESULTS

My last dexa scan was around December last year, which had me at ~17.8%. My dexa results yesterday now show that I am at 12.3%.
DEXA scan shows a major body recomposition phase over the past two months.
  • Body fat: 17.8% → 12.3% (−5.5%)
  • Fat loss: −5.2 kg
  • Lean mass gain: +2.7 kg
  • Body weight: 94.7 kg → 92.1 kg
Despite dropping scale weight, I have also gained lean tissue, while body fat significantly decreased.
Cardio efficiency and work capacity have noticeably improved alongside physique changes - all the while, my focus has been more towards performance-based training rather than just weight loss.

Change in goal... Next phase: refine conditioning toward ~8 - 10% body fat while maintaining lean mass and strength progression.

SLU - PP - 332

I regularly use a HIIT session on the assault bike to track my cardiovascular fitness and VO2 capacity.
In my previous log, I was utilising Slu at 1000 - 2000mcg 2x per day before training.

Before starting Slu, my heart rate average on the assault bike was 162- 165bpm for a 10min interval session (1 minute working / 1 minute slow).
In that 10 min timeframe (without slu), I burnt just under 100 calories on the bike or around 160~ according to my Apple Watch.

After running Slu for just a week, my average heart rate came down to around 150bpm (lowest was 145bpm), and I burnt more calories within that 10min timeframe (110cals on bike and over 200kcals according to my watch).

I have been running @CladHQ's Slu-pp-332 (20mg caps) for the past week, and have already seen a dramatic improvement in my training!
For those who followed along in my previous log, you would have noticed that I am no stranger to mito stacks and my love/hate relationship with the assault bike hahah!

After finishing a month of running Cardarine + SLU, I’ve now dropped Cardarine and switched to @CladHQ SLU (20mg) only.
Just over a week in, performance is still climbing.

Control test (unchanged):
10-minute Assault Bike
3.5 miles / 5.63 km @ 21 mph (33.8 km/h)

Results

  • Baseline: 100.7 cals (avg HR 175 bpm)
  • Cardarine + SLU: 121.6 cals (avg HR 165 bpm)
  • SLU only: 127.1 cals
That’s roughly a 26% increase in work output from baseline at the same duration and conditions.

Less cardiac strain, more work produced, and improvements are continuing even after removing Cardarine, which is a very good sign for conditioning carryover.

I believe @CladHQ has hit the ball out of the park with this dosage offering! I find 20mg is the sweet spot for Slu, and I am excited to see how far I can leverage this in my training! Excited is an understatement. Here's to targeting North of 130cals on the assault bike...

Hi Evo Fam! Just finished running around doing my dexa scan yesterday and reviewing the game plan for the next 10-weeks.

Looking at how far I have come (with a broken bone in-between), I am excited to see where I'm going from here!

DEXA RESULTS

My last dexa scan was around December last year, which had me at ~17.8%. My dexa results yesterday now show that I am at 12.3%.
DEXA scan shows a major body recomposition phase over the past two months.
  • Body fat: 17.8% → 12.3% (−5.5%)
  • Fat loss: −5.2 kg
  • Lean mass gain: +2.7 kg
  • Body weight: 94.7 kg → 92.1 kg
Despite dropping scale weight, I have also gained lean tissue, while body fat significantly decreased.
Cardio efficiency and work capacity have noticeably improved alongside physique changes - all the while, my focus has been more towards performance-based training rather than just weight loss.

Change in goal... Next phase: refine conditioning toward ~8 - 10% body fat while maintaining lean mass and strength progression.

SLU - PP - 332

I regularly use a HIIT session on the assault bike to track my cardiovascular fitness and VO2 capacity.
In my previous log, I was utilising Slu at 1000 - 2000mcg 2x per day before training.

Before starting Slu, my heart rate average on the assault bike was 162- 165bpm for a 10min interval session (1 minute working / 1 minute slow).
In that 10 min timeframe (without slu), I burnt just under 100 calories on the bike or around 160~ according to my Apple Watch.

After running Slu for just a week, my average heart rate came down to around 150bpm (lowest was 145bpm), and I burnt more calories within that 10min timeframe (110cals on bike and over 200kcals according to my watch).

IRON CLAD LABS - SLU USE / FEEDBACK

I have been running @CladHQ's Slu-pp-332 (20mg caps) for the past week, and have already seen a dramatic improvement in my training!

It’s always that first month or two where you feel like nothing is happening. But it’s the suttle changes… the clothes starting to fit nicely, the strength and cardio improvements… then once patience and discipline prevails… results follow.

TEST CYPIONATE

Test is test right? Right?

In my previous log, I was utilising @PharmabolicsOz's Beligas Tri-test 350mg at 250mg per week, and overall, my experience with a testosterone blend just wasn't for me. I found it too difficult to dial in a consistent dose and keep my hormone levels steady. Earlier on, when switching from my trt cyp to the aforementioned blend, I did feel great (initially) - probably from the shorter esters giving me an 'oompfh' over the weekends -when I would normally feel a 'crash'. But as the weeks rolled by, I began feeling flatter and flatter.

Having switched back to @PharmabolicsOz - Alpha Pharma Testosterone cypionate, for the past two weeks, and moving to daily injections (M-F), I have felt absolutely amazing. Consistent hormone levels (with no mood swings) and steady strength gains since bumping my dosage up to 350mg p/w. Another thing... I can honestly rate Alpha Pharma as a great product/brand! Test Cyp is on point with bloods to come at the end of 8-weeks. I know it will be on point as I have had amazing results from the same brand with their primobolan - with blood work confirmed (previously stocked by @PharmabolicsOz ).

So question fellas... What's your favourite testosterone ester/blend and why? On the flipside, what is your least favourite?

Hahaha. Maybe I'm just sensitive :ROFLMAO:. Test e/c (not much of a difference for me)... but sustanon knocks me for six! I get the spicy nips from it :p

The @RGSX men’s vital stack would have you covered based on your current supp protocol & cut you down to 6 caps a day 😁
Can confidently say that cutting down from 15 pills has helped with the digestion too!

Wow this is a hell of an update man. Really impressive job. @roguepineapple I think it's funny how your BMI says overweight. That's the case with all of us, obviously.

@roguepineapple it just shows you that everybody is different, so whenever someone says "do this" or "do that," that's just their opinion. In the end, only you know your body; nobody else does.

I find test cyp more pip than enanthate but its subjective to the person, different clients feel different :D

I'm also running circa @CladHQ 20mg pre workout and whilst not tracking quantitatively as you are - have defiantly been feeling like i could do more in the gym once session is over (albeit i am away from family, work and likely better rested than standard day back home so this could be playing a part also)

Re Test - only ever used E, but as far as I'm aware, very little difference with the C. Changing to daily pins was a game changer for me!

EVO has been so good just to keep up to date with what everyone is doing and taking my mind off things. Not active enough to provide an meaningful logs though.

Hopefully back in a couple weeks and will pick my log up again and give some insight into the mito stack and improvement on health and general gym performance... Keen to get back to routine and will need to ask @CladHQ nicely for the high dose SLU next time.. I've chewed through the 5mg caps doing the 20mg pre workout :oops: .

Defiantly keen to try test C... its like a cult. Those on it love it. others have never touched it.... Perhaps more like a VOLVO :LOL:

Daily pins have been good for managing obvious sides...

Hey Mate! I have never injected Slu, only ever had the oral version! So I am curious to see how you go using it. I can't remember the exact science behind it, but I think I read somewhere that injectable slu cannot be reconstituted with normal bac water???? You have to use something specific for it etc. @CladHQ... have you got any info/experiences with injectable Slu?

As he pointed out it may appear to reconstitute like any other peptide however it gets bound (microscopically) in micelles that contain varying doses of the compound therefore each pin of the same # of iu will be a roll of the dice as to the actual dose of SLUPP you're administering per subQ injection.

The going theory is that to solve this that DMSO must be used to reconstitute it so that it stays homogenous and soluble however there's no way I'm ever injecting DMSO.

Give @Allupfromhere's explanation a read, my link starts with me asking the question about SLUPP and Bac water. I've researched using AA alone as well as an AA/Bac combo and no joy on that front yet. I have a vial coming from @biogenix that I'm going to use once I get to the bottom of this.

What about on the inside, though?
Well, earlier on, we saw @CladHQ launch his product line with jano tests galore! Since the 100IU kit had already undergone HPLC testing, I was confident the GH blood test from the 10IU vial supplied for testing would come back exactly as expected, which was later confirmed!

Reconstitution of @CladHQ's gh is pretty dam easy. As soon as that bac water hits the powder, it dissolves instantly, with minimal vial rotations required until it is crystal clear. Using the Lilly Ergo 2 pen sold by @CladHQ, I am able to reconstitute a week's worth of my Gh dose (3x 10IU vials) into the 3ml peptide vial. Which saves me time and effort at night when all I want to do is get to bed hahaah!

EARLY RESULTS

I can honestly say that I normally have water fluctuations between Hgh brands, with some brands even giving me swelling across my hands and feet (which eventually subsides after a few days). Not the case here, as my weight stayed the same once I started running @CladHQ's Gh! My sleep scores have significantly improved as well, with an average sleep time of 7 hours and 45 minutes (up from 7 hours). I also scored the highest sleep score rating since starting with Clad!

After I have run Clad's kits for another 4-5 weeks, I will be doing a follow-up blood test to check IGF-1 saturation levels... which I am sure will be amazing once again!

Jano's are one thing but this kind of bloodwork puts the nail in the coffin and is very compelling for both the purity of his GH and why EVO logs matter. Great labeling and packaging as well. Big win for @CladHQ with their GH.

I wish it was a podcast but it's a good read from a different log from earlier today where we were discussing this exact topic. I'm currently going OCD on subQ SLUPP administration since I believe subQ in general is best vs. oral. There are exceptions such as MK677, etc but just in general if I can do SLUPP pins I'd prefer that.

Just read through the thread mate. Interesting commentary from both you and @Allupfromhere. Definitely a lot to unpack! But I will correct one thing... @fingers86 has the highest slu dosage I have seen anyone run (140mg per day if I read correctly)... and @CladHQ is about to guinea pig an amazing slu + mito stack this week.

Thanks bro. Unfortunately I can't find any human data on subQ SLUPP nor a lot of anecdotal data or much chatter from reputable sources about how to reconstitute it with it being hydrophobic. This is one of those topics that's gonna eat at me LOL. I might have to go with orals in an enteric capsule. The source I had for my oral SLUPP from before provided tabs which are likely 5% bioavailable at best.

As he pointed out it may appear to reconstitute like any other peptide however it gets bound (microscopically) in micelles that contain varying doses of the compound therefore each pin of the same # of iu will be a roll of the dice as to the actual dose of SLUPP you're administering per subQ injection.

The going theory is that to solve this that DMSO must be used to reconstitute it so that it stays homogenous and soluble however there's no way I'm ever injecting DMSO.

Give @Allupfromhere's explanation a read, my link starts with me asking the question about SLUPP and Bac water. I've researched using AA alone as well as an AA/Bac combo and no joy on that front yet. I have a vial coming from @biogenix that I'm going to use once I get to the bottom of this.

SLU is not soluble with bac water and requires reconstitution with DMSO. A few reconstitution protocols have come out, but the most popular approach is:
- Pull 0.5ml DMSO into syringe
- Very slowly, add DMSO to 5mg SLU-PP
- Take an empty vial
- Put 2ml bac water in empty vial
- Pull the 0.5ml DMSO with SLU-PP mixed into a syringe
- Very slowly drop by drop, add this 0.5ml DMSO to bac water.

There are some US based providers that have started to introduce SLU mixed with oil as an injectable. Early results of this appear to be very good. Happy to share link to this (but not clear if allowed in forum as provider is not a sponsor?).

Great reply @CladHQ and thanks for chiming in with this level of knowledge on peptide reconstitution. I don't mind the idea of 0.5ml as that is only a 20% recon percentage in the entire vial vs. the BAC water.

I imagine you'd have to let the 0.5ml of DMSO sit for a while in the SLUPP before then trying to draw it out. And is this all with slin pins?
