Naw first night was some people who were cold in a store in the middle of a shopping mall....it was a joke. Needed to setup some temp heaters for them. I was sweating while I was working lol

Second call was another electrical contractor fucked up and left some lady with no power in her apartment. They couldn't figure it out so I had to try and talk them through it with no luck. I fixed it the next day
 
A bad night would be a family emergency or something bad happening to one of your pets so don't sweat the small stuff. Just go handle your business and make your money. Training will always be there if you miss a workout. @BeMe
Yea very true..actually on my way out life gave me a harsh reminder of that when a preview of Famous Last Words with Eric Dane came up on Netflix. That was pretty tough to see and really gave me some good perspective

At the time I was keen to get back into a commercial gym for the choice of equipment. Now though I'd have it back for sure. My prize possession (sold the Ironmaters at this stage) was a full set of dumbbells from 2.5kg to 50kg in 2.5kg increments!

Yea I was only kidding. One thing I am considering though is changing this from a bulk to a quick minicut in the last few weeks. I'm carrying a bit more bodyfat than I'd like and I'm thinking since I already have the Tren in my system it might make sense to cut a bit off at the tail end. I'm gonna get some progress shots up this weekend

I actually sold my Nuobells to buy the ironmasters so I went the other way lol

Yeah I started with the Ironmasters but then other people started training with me and it was a bit of a hassle. That's when I got the full set of fixed ones.
 
New attachment day in the gym. The last parts of my Rogue order showed up. All the stuff I got is replacing cheap stuff I had already. I get a lot of use out of these attachments so I figured it was worth investing in some good stuff.

Slingshot shake strap - Mark Bell is a mad scientist and slingshot products are always great. This thing has a stretch material that forces you to muscle each rep. Lots of pulling variations can be done with this one.

Rogue Stainless 20" straight bar really needs little explanation. The knurling is so good and the Rogue quality is as good as it gets. Feels great in the hand

Ohhh you had a full fixed set. Wow fancy bro! Wish you were selling those her and I coulda snagged them lol. I never see used sets that good come up for sale. Up here it's always 5-50lbs sets that people are selling.

Yea it's funny how spoiled we get to where changing the ironmasters feels like a hassle lol. It literally takes less than a minute but sometimes I find myself thinking about not changing the weight just to avoid that minute lol. So spoiled

Back on the grind in the gym yesterday. I was pretty exhausted from all extra hours at work and lacking sleep but my motto is always no missed days. I have to be completely wrecked to miss a day, no excuses. Halfway through my training I remembered I have pre-workout and kicked myself for not taking it. With the Tren I haven't had any need for any pre so I completely forgot I even have it as an option lol.

Session still went well. I pushed a little closer to failure than I should've for week 2 in a training block but I wanted to hit my targets so I thought fuck it.

The new slingshot strap felt amazing on triceps. I dunno how Mark Bell thinks this stuff up but he's right up there with Louie Simmons as a gym gear mad genius.

Really looking forward to catching up on sleep the next couple nights and hitting it hard this weekend.

Yesterday was a big day because I have a lot of long time Iranian friends. We were out celebrating all day. I may hate Trump's fiscal policy but he is the greatest at handling bad guys.

Back to training, it's been pretty strong lately. Wish I could say the same about my recovery. This whole week has been pretty mid. I was hoping some good sleep this weekend would kick me back on track but still pretty average. Maybe the Tren is taking it's toll or maybe I just pushed to hard last week cuz I was so busy at work. Hopefully this week is better.

My elbow is getting better but it's still giving me a bit a of trouble. Feels like the BPC is doing it's job and I'm on the mend though.

Thanks bro. I think it has a lot to do with the pics I took before too. I lean back when I flex my back and then I get a shadow allover my back where I normally stand. I just moved a little closer to the camera in a brighter spot so it would be more clear. So I can't take all the credit lol

Naw it gets me on pressing though.

But it's weird, ever since that surgery I feel like I have this knot in my muscle in my upper back on my right side. When I try to flex it I have to work hard. Almost like I have to push through something just to activate it. I've been thinking about adding some unilateral upper back stuff to see if that helps.

I know what would cheer you up. Some online gym equipment shopping!! Lol

You should really milk the lethargy and push for a big piece with the wife lol

Yea feels like my lifts have gotten a lot stronger. I'm hitting the same it not better numbers then before with much better technique.

I've changed it up a bit and working on slower more focused reps and really pausing and milking the contractions. I always focused on only the stretch cuz that was the prevailing wisdom the last few years but hitting the contractions hard has really elevated my lifting it feels. Also dragging the weights instead of exploding outta the hole had made a huge difference too.

Both actually. I find it's not too often the two don't correlate. I've had my whoop on for just over 1000 consecutive days unbroken now and I have almost 5 years of data on it. It has me pretty well pegged at this point lol

Training felt great yesterday. My delts felt like they were gonna explode. This new Bells of Steel multi-flight has been a great addition to the gym,. especially for the price.

I'm having issues with my leg extension machine. Pretty sure a bushing vaporized and now I'm getting a ton of deflection in the leg roller. It's not so bad on single leg extensions but it's for prone hamstring curls it's fucked. Gotta reach out to the company and see what they will do.

Bp was unusually high this morning. Not sure why but until today it's been pretty steady so maybe it was just a bad reading or something.

Sleep was solid last night and woke up feeling better this morning and my recovery is trending up again. Work was hectic again today so hopefully that doesn't cause me to back slide again.

Dinner last night was pork tenderloin in white wine cream sauce with carrots and sweet potatoes.

I was thinking about the rep one but it doesn't go low enough. Apparently they're working on a better one that will integrate with my rack.

I'm having issues with my leg extension machine. Pretty sure a bushing vaporized and now I'm getting a ton of deflection in the leg roller. It's not so bad on single leg extensions but it's for prone hamstring curls it's fucked. Gotta reach out to the company and see what they will do.

Bp was unusually high this morning. Not sure why but until today it's been pretty steady so maybe it was just a bad reading or something.

Sleep was solid last night and woke up feeling better this morning and my recovery is trending up again. Work was hectic again today so hopefully that doesn't cause me to back slide again.

Dinner last night was pork tenderloin in white wine cream sauce with carrots and sweet potatoes.

I don’t agree that Mexico is a failed state, but it depends on how you define it. We’re all just playing with Monopoly money anyway. There’s quite a bit of wealth and resources there. There’s a lot of poor people, very truly poor people, but if they could theoretically become an isolationist nation they would be better off than many countries.

I’m the sense that their government can’t control the cartels, sure, that’sa failed state, but It’sa perfect storm that allowed that to happen. They just don’t have government like we do. I think that heavy pressure on the cartels is going to raise the stakes. That’s a problem

Yesterday was a big day because I have a lot of long time Iranian friends. We were out celebrating all day. I may hate Trump's fiscal policy but he is the greatest at handling bad guys.

Back to training, it's been pretty strong lately. Wish I could say the same about my recovery. This whole week has been pretty mid. I was hoping some good sleep this weekend would kick me back on track but still pretty average. Maybe the Tren is taking it's toll or maybe I just pushed to hard last week cuz I was so busy at work. Hopefully this week is better.

My elbow is getting better but it's still giving me a bit a of trouble. Feels like the BPC is doing it's job and I'm on the mend though.

Training felt great yesterday. My delts felt like they were gonna explode. This new Bells of Steel multi-flight has been a great addition to the gym,. especially for the price.

New attachment day in the gym. The last parts of my Rogue order showed up. All the stuff I got is replacing cheap stuff I had already. I get a lot of use out of these attachments so I figured it was worth investing in some good stuff.

Slingshot shake strap - Mark Bell is a mad scientist and slingshot products are always great. This thing has a stretch material that forces you to muscle each rep. Lots of pulling variations can be done with this one.

Rogue Stainless 20" straight bar really needs little explanation. The knurling is so good and the Rogue quality is as good as it gets. Feels great in the hand

No pump in those pics. I did the shots before training earlier in the day so I wouldn't be to washed out from all the carbs I'm pushing.

No sleep issues actually. Sleep has been very good just recovery has been very average. Bounced back a little bit today so hopefully that's the start of a trend back up.

I know them. I’m on the family tree, which is hilariously large. That doesn’t make my opinion any more valid than anyone else’s. But perhaps explains the conviction behind my ideas

There are some that are really $$$ but the Set I am eyeing off are not too bad. I like the idea of having an alternative available for presses and I particularly want them for use as a shoulder press and neutral shrug option.
 
That's cuz it's my one and only spot in the house lol. I got the basement and garage so those are the only cool spots at my place
I wish i could have a ceiling tall enough to allow for cool spots in the basement for gym equipment lol

I credit Winstrol (mostly) for the dense look I have. I used it a decent amount. While I’m using it I look crazy and things like curls will make your biceps feel like stones. Definitely makes you strong too. The only time I got joint pain from it was when I took it by itself. All the other times I had pretty high estrogen and do not have any joint pain at all from it.

Never run winnie before so I'd be curious to see how I do on it. The Tren already has me feeling like I'm made of stone. It's the watery top coat from all the carbs I'm eating that I could do without lol

Woke up this morning and realized I forgot to put my Whoop strap back on after a late night shower yesterday. I think I just broke my 1006 day streak...what a bummer.

BP was the same as yesterday again. No clue why it suddenly jumped up a lot these last 2 days.

Feel completely exhausted today. I was pretty tired during training yesterday too but I still managed to maintain my progression on most of my lifts. I was going to train again tonight, which would be day 4 in a row, but I'm not gonna push it and instead try to get to bed at a decent time tonight. My wife kept me up last night...but it was worth it. She was coming off the bench so it was a big game day and I had to perform lol

It's been about 2 weeks now with Aromasin back on at every other day and my libido and appetite are back up. I think the joint pain I was experiencing wasn't estrogen related and overall I'm feeling much better at this dose.

Dinner last night was Korean Kalbi (Short ribs) my favourite

See I always say that too right cuz it's totally logical. But then when you're mid session, maybe a little tired, you tend to reach for the easiest thing LOL. Oh my Ironmaster quick locks will take 1 min setup so I'm just gonna hit the cables haha

The problem is Americans do not pick avocados. And Mexican avocados are subsidized by cartel income. Their entire economy is. A factory job (owned by Americans, of course) pays like $40/wk. an avocado from Mexico costs 89¢. But they have to eat too. Where’s it going to come from?

I got the in on the avocado industry too. My workout buddy in jail was a kickboxer from Michoacán who grew up migrating to the us to pick avocado trees with his dad lol
