That's right around where I'm at, but you got a lot of size on me. I guess in terms of mg to lbs I'm closer to your back in the day numbers. Still doesn't feel all that crazy to me though. Pretty mild compared to my run on NPP.

Yea I've noticed on Tren my weight really fluctuates a lot. Think it has a lot to do with what I eat for dinner cuz all other meals stay the same. Everything is just so much more pronounced both good and bad on Tren.

I'm really sensitive to sodium cuz my wife cut back on it in her cooking a while back. Now if I eat from a chain restaurant it's like my entire body dries out and I need to drink so much water. This Mexican spot we order from is pretty good about not using too much salt. I rarely feel dried out after eating their food.

Didn't get a nap in after work. I almost passed out for a minute but I had to much work to do so I had to fight through it. I'll get some good sleep tonight and try to reduce that sleep debt.

I didn’t even try to beat the case. I got pulled over within an hour of entering Nebraska from Colorado for suspiciously driving the speed limit. Cop said I smelled like weed, which I definitely did not and I told him to check his pockets which got me yanked out on my face. He searched my Tahoe and found the suitcase full of weed. When he hit the lights, I swallowed a small handful of winstrol and erased my phone. I was red as a lobster for three days in jail. And when I came up missing a buddy who had been working with me out in Indiana found me somehow and drove all the way out there and bonded me out, which was a hassle because then I had to keep going back to court dates like 10 hours away from where I was based. I didn’t want to spend what money I had left after losing my re-up on attorneys so I told them that I had no money and the event caused me to lose my job and I needed a public defender. The public defender was pretty decent. He was like “my client wasn’t doing anything wrong to get pulled over” which was true and I could’ve beat the case but I really didn’t care. My sentence was lenient. I served 101 days in total. The charge carried 5 to 20.

Trenbolone helps glycogen storage it seems, but sodium load/unload is going to impact weight no matter tren or not, especially you're on HGH. It's likely glycogen/water but helps you in the gym as well :D @BeMe

I can pickup walnuts. I have lots of almonds kicking around at home too.
can you switch to walnuts? those are way better omega 3 profile

Yea I'm the video game generation. Nintendo came out when I was like 6 or something like that and then when super Nintendo hit I was in grade 3 or 4 or something and everyone played that thing. I was never too into it or even that good though. Just something to do when it's cold or raining outside. These days tho the games look so good and the kids are becoming millionaires playing them

Never got a puck in the nuts but I've seen videos and it looks rough. The cups don't protect that well. People don't really stick guys in the nuts cuz the cup, they aim for the taint and that shit hurts like a bitch. Drops you instantly cuz the cup catches your nuts at the same time lol. Its the classic dirtiest move in hockey

That makes total sense because when I have big carb nights post training I wake up pretty heavy and looking very full instead of the usual flat.

I'll pick some up this weekend. I haven't eaten the almonds in a while and the PB is usually just 20g on Ezekiel bread for lunch. Love all natural crunchy PB. Never gets old

Well it wasn’t the end of my story, just the end of that story, which needed to happen. And you’re familiar with my motto that if you don’t plan the end, it will end badly. This event sealed that. I had always kept that avenue in my life open because I live my life as a gamble and I was just naturally good at hustling. I didn’t want to live that way, I got out by the skin of my teeth back in the nineties, but when my marriage and (consequently) my business ended in the early 10s, I stumbled on an old friend who never left the game. He’d lost some key players and was like “I can get you everything back and then some” it was just too tempting. So when we went to the show in the mountains we were celebrating, I had brought back the money and was done done. I was leaving two days later and he needed all hands available to trim a harvest. So I helped. And then I was leaving. AND THEN he hits me with “I’ve got something special, some of the best I’ve ever grown, but there are a few seeds in it and I can’t sell it here or they’ll get my genetics”. So I agreed to take one more load. But this time I paid up front so I didn’t have to come back.

After I got caught I could have gone back to work but he offered to keep me up and have me help on the ranch because it was closer to court. When it was all done I had the option to stay out there and run something big with no more driving or direct sales. But two strong personalities in the same place doesn’t usually work well and our friendship ended violently. Nothing crazy. That was just one more step for me separating myself from my past. It’s all a good thing. I’m not sad about any of it.

I learned some long overdue lessons in jail in regards to having to accept things you can’t do anything about. A flaw in my personality is my willingness to do unreasonable things to reach my goals. In jail, you can’t really do that. Or, I should say, I met my limit.
Also, you are stuck with people. You HAVE to learn to get along. You can’t run people off, you can’t skip town, you have to make it work

yeah i cannot stand you millenials to be honest. i just don't get you all. that is why i retired, i got sick of dealing with you all asking me 1000 questions a day on engineering. what ever happened to being self taught and learning as you go like i did ? you all want to learn from others too much.

Some of the worst things that happen to us are the best learning lessons. Sounds like you really took yours to heart and it was probably for the best when you really think about it. I was wondering if that was the jail time that changed your life or if that came at another point. There was a happy ending to the story afterall.

It is ironic. But you know? The whole point for me was that it WAS illegal. Making real money legally is a lot harder than it needs to be and I world have almost zero interest in the industry as we know it now. There’s still plenty of black market weed in the states, but the prices are in the toilet. I think it’s been disastrous for the economy but it would take a genius to show the evidence accurately.

I actually learned something the other day that makes a lot of sense. I never related to millennials, I hate a lot of them too lol. I'm just outside Gen x.

Psychologists coined a term called Xennials that include people from 1977-1985. Reason being we grew up pretty much the same as Gen x. No internet or anything like that.

Characteristics: They had an analog childhood (no internet, landline phones) but a digital young adulthood.

Perspective: They are often described as having a more cynical or skeptical outlook, similar to Gen X, but with the technical comfort of a millennial.

I watched a YouTube video about it and everything actually made sense

Yea I think they took a little too much of a free market approach in a lot of states. Up here the government has it much more tightly regulated so the tax revenues are much easier to figure out.

Fast money goes just as fast. Working hard for your money makes you appreciate it a lot more and spend it more wisely. Not having to look in your mirrors constantly and sleeping soundly at night is a good positive too. I won't even cheat on my taxes cuz I don't want any trouble with the government lol

Me too. I was so excited and then I noticed it said 1 of 2 pieces when it arrived and I was like awww damn. But I was most excited for this bar so it worked out great. You really can't beat Rogue quality when it comes to bars. Old school American quality

Sleep was pretty poor last night for some reason. I feel well rested but my app says I was waking up a lot. Not sure what's up with that. Woke up this morning looking pretty lean and my BP was unusually low but better than high.

Training has been great this week. Tricep day yesterday and my Tri's were insanely pumped. Starting my day with dips has been a real game changer for this day. Still maintaining around 2rir for most sets. I'm taking a few final sets closer to failure but this being week 1 in this training cycle I'm trying to leave a little margin for later.

Dinner last night was chicken stir fry.

The issue I have with that (and all structured training blocks really), is that they don't account for how your feeling at the time. Like say your in there and feel like superman but the program calls for 2 RIR. Or conversely you feel like shit and it's a push everything to failure week.

The issue I have with that (and all structured training blocks really), is that they don't account for how your feeling at the time. Like say your in there and feel like superman but the program calls for 2 RIR. Or conversely you feel like shit and it's a push everything to failure week.
So the programming will estimate your reps but if I'm feeling strong I just blow past them. These first couple weeks you'll see an upward pointing arrow next to the rep count cuz it's asking me to target 3rir. The 3rir is based on my best sets at a given weight.

Usually I only follow the rep progression in the first few weeks then for the last 5 weeks in an 8 week block I'll push for technical failure in every set as long as my recovery holds up. If recovery crashes then I'll back off a little bit for a couple days.

Gold medal hockey game was this morning and I woke up just in time to watch and forgot to do my BP. Pretty heartbreaking game. Shoulda won but that's how sports go sometimes.

My BP probably woulda been bad cuz I really overdid it on the sushi last night and woke up fat as fuck. Just couldn't stop eating last night and went to be so bloated.

Got to train with my new Rogue EZ bar attachment yesterday and all the reviews are true. Rogue really nailed the angles on their curl bars and they hit your biceps so much better than most. Doing slow controlled reps on this thing feel amazing.

Had some elbow pain pop up again when I was incline pressing so I'm hoping back on the BPC. I was hoping it would just work itself out but it keeps coming and going so I might as well run some BPC and try to clear it up.

I haven't really dropped much sodium at all. I think it was just a weird reading or something.

I'm still only week 1 in my training cycle so no dropsets just yet. Saving those for a bit later. I skipped my last deload cuz I had only trained for 4 weeks when it came up on my program.

Sleep was pretty poor last night for some reason. I feel well rested but my app says I was waking up a lot. Not sure what's up with that. Woke up this morning looking pretty lean and my BP was unusually low but better than high.

Training has been great this week. Tricep day yesterday and my Tri's were insanely pumped. Starting my day with dips has been a real game changer for this day. Still maintaining around 2rir for most sets. I'm taking a few final sets closer to failure but this being week 1 in this training cycle I'm trying to leave a little margin for later.

Dinner last night was chicken stir fry.

Naw Naw not at all at this point. Its only been 1 week at 45mg so I'm not even thinking about it yet. Maybe in a couple weeks but at this point I'm dead set on holding for a while.

Nono nothing terrible like a pop in my elbow. Just a little pain during certain movements like incline pressing. I think it might be my tendonitis flaring up again. Its not too bad at all but I don't want it getting worse so it's time for a little BPC.

Ugh I did it again...stuffed my face like a fat bastard at dinner. My wife got fresh mussels for mussels marinara. Fresh pan seared scallops. Casesar salad with homemade dressing and fresh baked French bread. Couldn't help myself it was all so good. Woke up this morning bloated with my heaviest am weigh in ever.

Surprisingly BP wasn't too bad this morning considering how bloated I was. Usually when I'm bloated like this my BP goes through the roof.

Completed my first week of this training block and my weights and reps are fairly dialed in. I'll do a little tweaking this week and I'll be good to go for the rest of the block.

This new training style I've been doing with slower reps and focusing on the stretch and the squeeze is really lighting up muscles. All it takes is 3 sets of something and I'm feeling it hard the next day. I expected my shoulders to be feeling it like always but my traps and Tris were so sore this morning.

Posting late today cuz work is really busy. Working on a big project bid on top of a load of regular homework. Very very long day.

That sucks about the elbow mate. Is it near where the triceps insert? I find foam rolling that spot can help if that's the case. Otherwise hopefully BPC does the trick.

So each of your (5 I think) days will have a main muscle group then you get a few other exercises in at the end for frequency purposes right. What are the 5 main groups? Looks like bi's and shoulders are two?

IM. Most days I'm pinning .7ml up too .94ml a couple times a week. I think that would be a bit much for subq. Don't wanna get all lumpy lol

I used a 28g slin pin do daily injecting isn't bad at all
 
Fun fact: fina kits would yield 75mg/ml tren ace. Some say the lord works in mysterious ways. Others say there are no coincidences. 😂 that dose is gonna get there.
It's like I'm an old school bodybuilder here lol.

Me too typically. Without the Tren I don't think my body would be able to manage all these carbs. Before this a high carb day was 350 lol

Yes very true. Being watery bloated and over stuffed bloated are very different. My wife knows to keep the sodium low so the homemade meals don't make me hold too much water
 
That sucks about the elbow mate. Is it near where the triceps insert? I find foam rolling that spot can help if that's the case. Otherwise hopefully BPC does the trick.

So each of your (5 I think) days will have a main muscle group then you get a few other exercises in at the end for frequency purposes right. What are the 5 main groups? Looks like bi's and shoulders are two?
Naw the pain is more on the forearm side of the elbow. But foam rolling would help too. I hit it with a theragun and that helps a lot. The BPC usually clears it up within a couple weeks.

Yea that's exactly how my program works. It's cool cuz I'm the secondary days I can really dig hard on the muscle groups that get popped in.

Main groups are chest, back, tri, bi, shoulders. It's an upper focus split with maintenance levels for legs. I have no trouble adding size to my legs even when I was natty so on cycle I really wanna focus on building my upper body. Especially my arms which never wanna grow lol

Hopefully tomorrow will be a normal day again.

This is my training from Monday night. Everything moved really well and my progression is on track.

Sleep has been progressively getting better. I've noticed when I change the Tren dose there's about a week of chaos before things stabilize and get good again. Recovery and sleep will get hit and miss but by week 2 everything settles in and gets good again. Everything seems to be levelling out again.

Fukn hell I jinxed myself. Another emergency call just came in. Here goes another long night

It gets logged as quads cuz the app has to place each movement into its own segment and for legs the only 2 options are hams or quads. I add the tib work in as extra to my program anyway cuz I used to deal with shin splints a lot and they're helping.

Oh ya I got dumbells. I have the Ironmaster quick lock dumbbell set that goes up to 130lbs. It's great. Right now the only thing I'm using them for is alternating curls and incline press. I usually like to have a few DB movements in each program. I'm just kinda spoiled with my setup and cables are so much faster and have a way better resistance profile

Still not bro. Honestly I'm just settling into 45mgs still. My work has been so busy it's been a tough week to gauge anything properly so it's kind of a wash. Atleast another week and a bit before the thought may cross my mind. Just going by feel i can't say 45 is all that different from 40. My health markers are still the same too. Gym progression will be more obvious over the weekend when I get some proper rest. I'm exhausted.

@BeMe looking really good on this gym setup. I like the new straps as well. There's a lot of cool things you can do with those. A lot of people in the gym don't even use them or take advantage of them, including me.

A bad night would be a family emergency or something bad happening to one of your pets so don't sweat the small stuff. Just go handle your business and make your money. Training will always be there if you miss a workout. @BeMe

Ah nice re the ironmasters! Had them when I had a home gym. Still can't believe I sold it all and went back to commercial :(

I know right...it's such an addiction. But atleast it's a healthy one. I love trying new attachments. Usually I'll get a cheapy version of something first just to give it a go and see how much I use it then after a while I'll commit and get a good version. Even with something as simple and bar the difference is night and day
