Peptides, Gains, & Questionable Life Choices – Road to the 2027 Stage with @Raptor Labs & Coach @R.AP

Introduction to the Log

Coached by the yoked af Coach @R.AP & sponsored by @Raptor Labs & @Raptor Rep

Raptor Labs have always been super accomodating and helpful. Goes without saying that I am immensely grateful for them sponsoring me and my goal of competing in 2027. There’s a lot of people on here that will be competing alongside me, so I know I’ve got some solid competition.

I’m excited to share it with you all. I’m just starting my push phase with a reverse and then we’ll get into full blast mode soon.

Workout Reviews

Workouts will have 4 sets per exercise. First 2 sets will be feeder sets into 2 final failure sets. I’ve been doing this since moving over to Camp Grin0 and the gains are undeniable. The split works very well for me and having two leg days allows me to focus on the things that genetics left off the table for me. 😅

Final Ramblings
I believe I’ve managed a decent base before the blast. Gotta make sure I can juggle a somewhat hectic work / life balance at the moment and stay super consistent in gym.

In late SEP25 I had a left distal bicep tear completely off the bone. It basically rendered the arm useless for months and required a decent surgery to fix it.

Post surgery I had some severe GI and inflammation issues making things much worse due to some complications during the surgery. I couldn’t even keep food down for almost a month. This caused a large weight and muscle loss. I couldn’t even lift a tea-cup or use a twisting motion with my arm until late NOV25.

@Raptor Labs ended up helping me out and sending me some BPC-157 and TB500 to aid in recovery. The @UGL OZ team have also been incredibly helpful in aiding my recovery. Wouldn’t be where I am today without them and Raptor Labs.

The arm is about 60-70% recovered at the moment. Still doing physio and rehab once a week. To combat the very obvious fatigue and strength loss in the left arm versus the right, I go to mechanical failure on the left arm most working sets to try and bridge the gap between the arms by using the right arm to continue helping the left arm well past failure.

Below are some comparison photos from late NOV25 when I could start doing upper body again in any capacity & started with Coach R. AP to MAR26.

Workout Review

Today’s “Back Complete” was a solid session. I was going in feeling super tired and lethargic, but managed to crank out a solid session. Got a very solid pump and after the session felt like I could’ve done even more, but told myself it’s best to not over train.

IMG_9580.webp

IMG_9582.webp

Final Ramblings

The sessions are becoming more enjoyable. I’m really getting into the groove with the proper mind muscle connection on everything. Lots of form checking videos being spammed in the camp chat and directly to @R.AP to make sure everything is on the right track.

Workout Review

Had a huge surplus of energy after a 12hr+ day at work. Was super surprised at how well everything moved. No niggles and everything was firing hard. Had a fair few PB’s as well. Last exercise was actually rear delt rows on the pec-dec machine.

Final Ramblings

All in all not a bad day. Work was ridiculously hectic and I still managed to get a solid session in after it. Will only manage 3 workouts this week but they’ve all been done with a high level of intensity.

Workout Review

As always the workout was fuelled by @Weight loss chems SS31, MOTS-C and Pre-Workout. Knew this one was gonna be a killer workout. Always love doing quads. Abs was a killer after such a hard leg workout. More PB’s across the board with super heavy plate loaded leg extensions to finish off.

Final Ramblings

Brutal session. Wasn’t able to get any leg press stuff in due to them all being either used or down for maintenance (wtf man) but I definitely enjoyed the workout. More PB’s each session with the higher cals too.

Workout Review

Today’s “Back Complete” was a solid session. I was going in feeling super tired and lethargic, but managed to crank out a solid session. Got a very solid pump and after the session felt like I could’ve done even more, but told myself it’s best to not over train.

Not wrong there. I always find if I have to push myself further than usual due to anxiety, fatigue, etc I end up having a far better session because I’m proud of myself.

Log Update (Monday)

Had a decent day today. Had a little bit of a sleep in and got up at 7 instead of the usual 5am (bloody body clock got me up but forced myself back to sleep). Did some house work. Mowed and whipper snipped the lawns That gave me some real nice inner peace.

Definitely stood there with my hands on my hips like a proud father looking over the lawns after I was done. Then the dog immediately copped a squat and shat right in the middle of it. 🤣

Got to gym a little later than I wanted, but the season was absolutely diabolical. Started the week with Upper & Triceps as I missed it last week.

Workout Review

Had an absolutely ridiculous workout today. Most likely didn’t eat enough beforehand but, I absolutely annihilated the workout. The comments from people (especially jacked randoms) really gave me a bit of a boost today. I felt kinda bloated and inflamed since waking up, so it was nice to have that little pick me up.

Final Ramblings

Great start to the week. I have 3 days off in a row for some personal stuff and I’ve already sorted the meal prep out so I can keep myself accountable. When I lose the routine of work, I tend to drift a little and not stay on track with eating / drinking correctly. Nothing too ridiculous, but enough to not be happy with myself.

Tomorrow I’ll likely hit Hammies & Biceps. I’m going to make sure I get at least 4 sessions in this week and hope to Christ that Coach finally ups my cals so I don’t feel like I’m starving. 🤣

Just to finish off today’s update, I’ve included a photo from where I began to recently.

Workout Review

Today’s workout was chest and shoulders. It went very well. The pumps were Absolutely epic and I genuinely felt like my skin was going to tear open.

Final Ramblings

Felt very lethargic to get up today. Probably because of the 2 hour trip to the performance shop. Everything I set out to do today got accomplished so that’s awesome. Here’s hoping that tomorrow and another gym sesh can be smashed out.

Just to finish off today’s update, I’ve included a photo from where I began to recently.

Log Update (Wednesday)

Oooooh boy — what a day.

Managed about three hours of sleep last night and woke up feeling absolutely wrecked. Groggy, flat, and with zero desire to train. Every part of me wanted to stay in bed.

While I was laying there I saw a few group chats buzzing — people fired up about their sessions, talking about how grateful they were just to be able to train and get after it.

That was the moment I told myself to stop being a sook and get moving.

So I got up, smashed down breakfast, took my peptides, and headed to the gym. The second I walked in I knew it wasn’t going to be easy — the place was muggy as hell and the whole session felt like it was going to be a grind.

Not every session feels amazing. Not every day you wake up ready to conquer the world. Some days you’re tired, flat, and everything feels harder than it should.

But you show up anyway.

Because the days you feel like doing it the least are usually the days that matter the most.

Workout Review

The workout felt awesome today. Everything was on point despite running on bugger all sleep and the gym being disgustingly humid. I sent a few form videos off to Coach and the Camp Chat, which had me really dialled in and focusing on making sure every rep was done properly. The mind-muscle connection was absolutely on point.

Back is definitely one of my strong points. I’ve always loved smashing out a solid pull session and really feeling that connection and pump through every movement.

Rest day tomorrow to recover and reset, then it’s straight back into it with hammies later in the week. Just keeping the momentum rolling.

Final Ramblings

The three days off this week, despite being messed around by a few people and companies, ended up being exactly what I needed. It gave me the chance to reset, refocus, and get my head back where it needs to be.

I might not have ticked off everything on the to-do list, but the things that truly matter were on point — gym, food, and quality time with family. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need to get grounded again and remind yourself what you’re working for.

Now it’s time to attack the rest of the week with consistency, discipline, and purpose. No excuses, no distractions — just showing up and getting it done.

I take a fair few sleep aids, but I have serious insomnia. I also only sleep around 3-4hrs a night at most, but it’s REM2 sleep the entire time. I’ve had that many sleep studies done and they just can’t figure out what the go is. I also tried a CPAP and it didn’t help the length of sleep.

Sleep Stack

Ashwaghanda - 500mg
GABA - 750mg
Magnesium Glycinate - 200mg
L-Theanine - 200mg
L-Tryptophan - 500mg
Melatonin - 10mg
Vitamin B6 - 250mg
Zinc Picolionate - 50mg
5 HTP - 100mg

Thanks Coach! I definitely need to start taking some posing lessons though and get back on the MT2. I’m haunting the gym with my whiteness atm. 😅

The hard days are the ones that define us. How we deal with them shows the real character.

Don’t have any issues with that tbh. Sex drive has gone through the roof since jumping on my first cycle with the Raptor stuff.

Emotions are all over the shop most days, but that was well before taking anything. I just do my best to stay calm and handle myself. I’ve got the Mrs and friends making sure I don’t have any drastic emotional changes or they pull me up.

Log Update (Monday)

The back end of last week after Wednesday ended up being ridiculously busy. Between home and work commitments I genuinely didn’t have a spare second to get to the gym. Food stayed completely on track though, and I still checked in with Coach and handled everything that needed to be done.

A bit disappointed I couldn’t get the 4–5 sessions in like planned, but sometimes life gets in the way and all you can do is control what you can and keep moving forward.

Got the first session of the week in today and it was a solid one. Pumps were absolutely filthy and the session felt really enjoyable overall. Strength and connection felt good.

Also realised I’ve actually been running half of my intended dosage protocol for the past four weeks due to my own stupidity when double-checking my maths. I relied on ChatGPT to confirm it and it misread EOD as End of Day instead of Every Other Day. Lesson learned there. Starting this week on the correct protocol moving forward.

All in all, despite the chaos last week, food stayed consistent and the week has started strong with a quality session today.

Workout Review

From the moment I walked in the door with my partner in tow, I knew it was going to be a good session. The car park was empty and the gym was much the same, which always sets the tone. We both walked in focused and ready to tear it up.

Ended up having an absolutely filthy pump session for chest and shoulders. Everything felt great and energy levels were high the whole way through. Really strong mind–muscle connection and the pump was next level.

Also tried out a new non-stim PWO — “King of Pumps” from Zombie Labs — and it honestly felt ridiculously good. Definitely helped push the session along and contributed to the insane pumps.

Overall, a really enjoyable session and a great way to kick off the week.

Final Ramblings

Good start to the week despite a few issues Sunday night and Monday morning. Took a moment to step back, pushed past it, and reminded myself that some things are simply out of my control. Once I moved on from that, I was able to get my head in the right place and get a great session in.

Really happy with how the session went and how the week has started. Now the focus is on carrying that momentum forward.

Here’s hoping I can get out of work on time for tomorrow’s session so I can keep the consistency rolling.

Gotta make this week count and keep everything on track.

Really happy with how the session went and how the week has started. Now the focus is on carrying that momentum forward.

Here’s hoping I can get out of work on time for tomorrow’s session so I can keep the consistency rolling.

Gotta make this week count and keep everything on track.

Another long day at work, but I stuck to my boundaries and only ran about 15 minutes over. Because of that, I still made it to the gym and smashed out a quick hammies & biceps session — in and out in about 45 minutes.

Workout Review

Walked into a packed gym today and immediately felt a huge case of CBF. Instead of overthinking it, I just got straight into it — no chit chat, no distractions, just in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The pumps were insane, especially in the biceps. Honestly felt like my skin was going to split at times.

A well-earned day off today, and I made the most of it. Got in a quality back session, knocked over the lawns, cleaned the house, and made it to the kid’s athletics day. Even squeezed in a bit of car stuff on the side.

Check-in done and everything handled. A productive day all around.

Workout Review

Workout was absolutely solid today. Hit a few PB’s and really locked in that mind-muscle connection across everything. Every rep was controlled, precise, and purposeful. Still running the same split and exercises, just executing them at a much higher level.

Coach has bumped my calories up as he’s happy with the progress so far. Now that we’re moving into the correct dosages (double what we were previously running), we should start to see some solid results.

Workout Review

Workout was absolutely solid today. Hit a few PB’s and really locked in that mind-muscle connection across everything. Every rep was controlled, precise, and purposeful. Still running the same split and exercises, just executing them at a much higher level.

Definitely felt good walking out of that session. Back isn’t my favourite day by any means, but it always gets done with intensity and precision.

love the back and abs really lean :D and strong arms! @Darth_Vader 68 pull overs to failure big win!
Thanks Lev! Using the two feeder sets to setup how hard I can go is really a helpful thing to guage how strong I’m feeling on the day.
@Darth_Vader impressive job on this. I like the chest-supported wide grip row and I like the chest-supported T-bar row.
I should chuck up some videos of this in progress. I’m really trying to nail the exact muscles every time but it’s a WIP. Always sending stuff to @R.AP and the Raptor Team to make sure I’m doing things correctly.

I’m still definitely a noob. 😅
made it to the kid’s athletics day.

I missed far too many 'days' of my daughter
They may not be mine, but I love them all the same. I treat them as if they’re my own and I hope they see that. I always try to in-still good values in them and help them with everything in life. Watching them light up when I turned up to their athletics day in the same colours as their house (team) was such a happy moment. Them being proud of me being there got me a little teary.
Looks really good on this buddy. The chest supported wide grip rows and the T-bar rows are really insane. @Darth_Vader
They’re definitely helping build the back. I’m trying hard to make sure I’m hitting the mind muscle connection every time.
Bros, I like the pec, deck, and rear delt fly. @Darth_Vader And you're not gonna go wrong with chest-supported wide grip row either.
I’ve gotten really good as pushing my arms out and completely eliminating my traps in this exercise. Took a few video and weeks to get it right but @R.AP stuck with me on it
@Darth_Vader Physique is looking super scary, absolutely shredded. Keep up the good work.
Thanks brother. I’m trying to stay as lean as I can during the reverse and push phase. I put a lot of effort into getting lean and Coach wants me to reap the rewards for as long as I can.

I like to yap a bit about the day. Shows not everything is about working out. A little more of a human side behind the screen. We’re all working towards the same goals in the end and sometimes showing a bit of actual life can help people.
super proud of your hard work bro it shows
Thank you Boss. I am still astounded at being able to be apart of the team. You guys are amazing suppliers, friends, and mentors.

Log Update (Friday)

Back at it today. From the moment I left for work, I had a feeling it was going to be one of those days. Fuel prices were through the roof (if you could even find any), and the traffic was absolute chaos.

Still, I made a promise to the better half that I’d hit the gym later and spot her through her session, so that was locked in.

Work ended up being a grind — one issue after another — but that’s just part of it. Days like that come and go, and you’ve just got to push through.

Calories were bumped today as well, so getting that extra bit of food in post-gym definitely hit the spot.

Had a bit of a weight jump over night. Didn’t eat anything different, so could be inflammation or stress.

Workout Review

Originally, I was just going to spot the Mrs and make sure her session was dialled in and focused. Ended up jumping in myself and running an Upper & Triceps session, swapping out most of the back work for extra chest and triceps since my back was still pretty sore from the previous session and work.

Honestly, it turned into an unreal workout. The pump was ridiculous, and the few photos I took showed I’m still holding a solid level of leanness and vascularity even during this reverse/push phase. I don’t think I’ve seen this many striations or this level of vascularity in a session for a long time.

Really glad I got in and trained instead of just standing around spotting — easily could’ve gone the other way, but this was 100% the better call.

Final Ramblings

Looking forward to tomorrow. Heading to Fitspo with the Mrs and I’m genuinely keen for it. Haven’t been since pre-Covid thanks to work, so it should be an epic day. Keen to check out some quality merch, new gym gear, and a few other goodies.

Hoping to squeeze in a solid Quads & Abs session as well to round out the week strong.

Hope everyone has an awesome weekend. Stay on track and keep pushing. 🙌🏼

Hoping to squeeze in a solid Quads & Abs session as well to round out the week strong.

Hope everyone has an awesome weekend. Stay on track and keep pushing. 🙌🏼

Huge pump :D you're looking amazing , 90 on chest fly wow! thats why your chest so pumped beautiful!

Thanks Lev! Using the two feeder sets to setup how hard I can go is really a helpful thing to guage how strong I’m feeling on the day.

I should chuck up some videos of this in progress. I’m really trying to nail the exact muscles every time but it’s a WIP. Always sending stuff to @R.AP and the Raptor Team to make sure I’m doing things correctly.

I’m still definitely a noob. 😅

They’re definitely helping build the back. I’m trying hard to make sure I’m hitting the mind muscle connection every time.

I’ve gotten really good as pushing my arms out and completely eliminating my traps in this exercise. Took a few video and weeks to get it right but @R.AP stuck with me on it

Thank you Boss. I am still astounded at being able to be apart of the team. You guys are amazing suppliers, friends, and mentors.
Thanks so much for following up man. The EVO family appreciates you.

Log Update (Thursday)

A well-earned day off today, and I made the most of it. Got in a quality back session, knocked over the lawns, cleaned the house, and made it to the kid’s athletics day. Even squeezed in a bit of car stuff on the side.

Check-in done and everything handled. A productive day all around.

Workout Review

Workout was absolutely solid today. Hit a few PB’s and really locked in that mind-muscle connection across everything. Every rep was controlled, precise, and purposeful. Still running the same split and exercises, just executing them at a much higher level.

Definitely felt good walking out of that session. Back isn’t my favourite day by any means, but it always gets done with intensity and precision.

Final Ramblings

A day well spent. Ticking off chores, getting a solid session in, spending time with the family, and doing a few random car things. Days like this keep me grounded and remind me to slow down and actually take things in.

Coach has bumped my calories up as he’s happy with the progress so far. Now that we’re moving into the correct dosages (double what we were previously running), we should start to see some solid results.

Another day down, but I managed to turn it around with an incredible gym session and an unreal pump. Really glad I pushed through, stayed disciplined, and got everything done despite how the day started.

@Darth_Vader Looking amazing bro....excellent update.....
Means a lot brother. I appreciate it. 🙌🏼
chest flys always good when loaded, nice pump :D
Absolutely they are. One of my favourite exercises to begin the session with.
Keep pumping that iron. We believe in you.
We need more iron plates in gyms. I miss the clang bang of them hitting each other.
Should be a good one for sure. Warming up is important.
Absolutely is. I’ve had a few severe injuries in life and am still rehabbing the full left distal bicep tear.

Thanks my dude. There was a lot of effort into where I am today. Gotta stick to it with the same, if not better drive.

Log Update (Sunday)

Let’s just say today topped off a hell of a week.

There were plenty of tough moments, some genuinely rough ones, but I’m choosing to put the spotlight on the good. And when I actually look at it, this week has been massive in terms of goals, KPIs, PBs, and personal growth.

• Hit my 5th gym session for the week — first time in a while I’ve nailed that goal

• Attended FITSPO with the Mrs — we both won various competitions, picked up prizes, and scored some awesome merch

• Locked in a 70kg pinch block at the Stand or Submit Asylum and even the announcer was surprised

• Got to meet and shake hands with Eddie Williams (Strongman and all round nice guy)

• Nearly tripled my KPIs at work

• Ticked off a PB or goal every single day

• Nailed every meal — no slip-ups, no excuses

• Showed up to the kids’ athletics day and got the best reception from them. They were so excited to see me

• Had three kids and my partner cheering me on during the parents’ events… honestly, if someone filmed it, they would’ve caught me tearing up mid-run

And hearing the kids tell me they love me throughout the week… that’s something I don’t take lightly. Sitting here writing this, I’m not gonna lie, it gets to me a bit.

Because no matter how many frustrating or tough moments came up this week, I didn’t fold. I kept pushing forward. Not because it was easy, but because I have to — and because I’ve got some incredible people in my corner backing me every step of the way.

This week proved something to me:

Even when things aren’t perfect… I’m still moving forward.

Workout Review

The final session of the week was Quads & Abs — and honestly, going into what’s probably my hardest session after a long, miserable day felt like pushing shit uphill.

By the end of the workday I wasn’t feeling great at all and was seriously dreading the drive to the gym.

But something shifted on the way there.

With every kilometre, my stomach started to settle and I felt a bit better. By the time I pulled in, I was ready — locked in and keen to get after it.

The goal was simple: go hard and chase PBs across the board.

And that’s exactly what happened.

Hit PBs on multiple exercises and walked out feeling a hell of a lot better than when I walked in. Funny how that works.

Another reminder that the days you least feel like showing up are usually the ones that count the most.

Log Update (Monday)

Coming off the high of last week’s sessions and overall growth, I’ve carried that momentum straight into this week. Started the day with a Chest & Shoulders session and it turned into one of the best pumps I’ve had in a long time — the vascularity and fullness were insane.

Weight has crept up to 86kg this week… sorry coach 😅. Let’s just hope it’s all quality tissue and not fluff.

Workout Review

Came into the session with good energy and intent. Noticed some irritation in the left wrist and forearm early on, so adjusted by slowing the tempo and focusing on control and stability.

Symptoms were present throughout, but manageable. Still able to push a few PB’s without compromising form, which is a positive.

Iced both post-session as a precaution and will continue monitoring.

Ohh brother looking dangerous now 🔥🔥

Loving the log and all the details. Great work.

Keep carrying that momentum in day by day, week by week, and wow - you’ll be an absolute beast of a man 🦍🦍

Nice work winning some comps at the fitspo 🏆

Not wrong there. As I get older it’s gotta be an even bigger focus.
Yeah usually gyms will drown out that noise with music but you can definitely tell when the music gets shut off.
The clang of old school iron always gets the endorphins going.

Log Update (It’s Been A While)

It’s been a little while since my last check-in. Both here and with my coach, and to say things have been hectic would be an understatement. Work has been full-on: seven-day weeks, no days off, and 14–15 hour days. It’s been an absolute grind.

Despite that, I’ve still managed to get in 3–4 sessions each week. Training has been consistent, nutrition has stayed on point, and I’ve been doing everything I can to hold the line. That said, fatigue is at an all-time high, and I can feel burnout creeping in.

I’m starting to recognise the need to set better boundaries and bring some balance back into things. It’s a tough one, there’s always more work to be done, and I know I tend to push myself hard, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.

I’ve got the next four days off, and I’m planning to use that time to properly reset, recover, and refocus. The goal is to come back sharper, more balanced, and ready to push forward again, just in a more sustainable way this time.

I’ve made a few adjustments recently based on how things have been feeling.

I’ve dropped the Reta, as food intake was becoming an issue, struggling to keep meals down, and digestion had slowed significantly, with bowel movements becoming less frequent. I’ve also dropped the Yohimbine & SLU to reset those.

I’ve also pulled the KLOW for the next two weeks to give my skin a bit of a reset.

HGH has been reduced to 2 IU before bed due to severe carpal tunnel symptoms. It got to the point where it was genuinely impacting day-to-day function, struggling to drive manual, grip a pen at work, and constant discomfort through the forearms.

Overall, just focusing on getting things back to a more manageable baseline before building back up again properly. Weight is up, but still feeling lean and vascular.

Workout Review

Too many sessions to break down individually for this one, but I’ll add some pump photos at the end.

I’ve stayed as consistent as possible in the gym, even on the tougher days, getting in there after 10pm and still being back up for work at 5:30–6am. Not ideal, but the work’s been getting done.

The next four days are dedicated to a proper deload and reset. The focus is on recovery, tightening up execution, and really dialling in that mind-muscle connection so everything is firing exactly how it should be.

Final Ramblings

I really need to start taking my own advice and putting myself first for once. Being pulled in every direction, every day, has meant I’ve fallen off the forums and chats, which is something I genuinely enjoy.

Keeping up with logs, checking in on threads, and learning from new info is something I value a lot, and right now I’m well behind. I’ll be making a conscious effort to get back on top of it and reconnect ASAP.

To be honest, the hunger noise was never ever an issue for me. After being (for lack of a better word) a fat cunt for 32 years of my life, I’ve learned a bit of self control as my own brain won’t let me get back to that stage.

Log Update (🐣Easter Sunday🐇)

Thought I’d finally get a sleep in today… nope. Body clock had other plans. Up at the usual time and couldn’t get back to sleep, so I figured I’d make the most of it.

Set up a full house Easter egg hunt for the Mrs and the kids, 73 eggs and bunnies of all sizes, colours, and shapes, all meticulously hidden throughout the house.

…and they found every single one in about 15 minutes. Absolute chaos 😂

To be fair, they had a blast. The rule was they had to bring everything back to “home base” as they found it. At the end, we spent a solid 5 minutes searching for #73 a medium-sized bunny. Convinced the dog had gotten to it.

Turns out the youngest had hidden it in her room playing silly buggers, causing full panic for no reason.

Mrs put together an unreal charcuterie board for lunch, and then the middle child (boy) and I got stuck into the lawns, hedges, and a bit of weeding. His idea too, which is wild.

Wrapped it all up with a brutal Quads & Abs session (with a cheeky bit of Bi’s) alongside the Mrs, because you’ve always gotta have your swolemate there for a proper session.

All in all, a solid day. 🙌🏼

Workout Review

Honestly, this one could’ve gone either way. Felt a bit crook after lunch, didn’t get much sleep last night, and a few hours out in the sun doing lawns and hedges definitely took it out of me.

But despite all that, the Mrs and I showed up and got it done.

We pushed each other hard and managed to hit PBs on pretty much every exercise. We’re running separate programs, but still spotting and driving each other where we could.

By the end of it, we both walked away feeling accomplished, one of those sessions that easily could’ve been skipped, but ended up being one of the best.

Final Ramblings

Kicking off the long weekend with four days off on a high is the perfect way to start. Definitely want to carry this momentum through the rest of the week.

Plenty to get stuck into around the house and with the car, so it’ll be a good mix of productivity and a bit of fun, with gym sessions sprinkled in between.

Great updates bro and you weren't gone that long we knew you'd be back!

Absolutely sick hack squats to failure with some heavy weight, nice work!

I’ve dropped the Reta, as food intake was becoming an issue, struggling to keep meals down, and digestion had slowed significantly, with bowel movements becoming less frequent. I’ve also dropped the Yohimbine & SLU to reset those.
With or without Reta I'd get the digestive aids really dialed in. Keep us posted when you restart the SLUPP, you're in the research thread bro.

Convinced the dog had gotten to it.
Really glad you found this, that's bad for them. I love the updates on the family too that's one of the best parts of EVO!
