Introduction to the Log
Coached by the yoked af Coach @R.AP & sponsored by @Raptor Labs & @Raptor Rep
Raptor Labs have always been super accomodating and helpful. Goes without saying that I am immensely grateful for them sponsoring me and my goal of competing in 2027. There’s a lot of people on here that will be competing alongside me, so I know I’ve got some solid competition.
I’m excited to share it with you all. I’m just starting my push phase with a reverse and then we’ll get into full blast mode soon.

Workout Reviews
Workouts will have 4 sets per exercise. First 2 sets will be feeder sets into 2 final failure sets. I’ve been doing this since moving over to Camp Grin0 and the gains are undeniable. The split works very well for me and having two leg days allows me to focus on the things that genetics left off the table for me.
Final Ramblings
I believe I’ve managed a decent base before the blast. Gotta make sure I can juggle a somewhat hectic work / life balance at the moment and stay super consistent in gym.
In late SEP25 I had a left distal bicep tear completely off the bone. It basically rendered the arm useless for months and required a decent surgery to fix it.
Post surgery I had some severe GI and inflammation issues making things much worse due to some complications during the surgery. I couldn’t even keep food down for almost a month. This caused a large weight and muscle loss. I couldn’t even lift a tea-cup or use a twisting motion with my arm until late NOV25.
@Raptor Labs ended up helping me out and sending me some BPC-157 and TB500 to aid in recovery. The @UGL OZ team have also been incredibly helpful in aiding my recovery. Wouldn’t be where I am today without them and Raptor Labs.
The arm is about 60-70% recovered at the moment. Still doing physio and rehab once a week. To combat the very obvious fatigue and strength loss in the left arm versus the right, I go to mechanical failure on the left arm most working sets to try and bridge the gap between the arms by using the right arm to continue helping the left arm well past failure.
Below are some comparison photos from late NOV25 when I could start doing upper body again in any capacity & started with Coach R. AP to MAR26.
