Veteran Log Toronto Pro Qualifier 2026 Prep Journal

Hey everybody , sorry I was away for a few days there, I couldn't access my login until I jumped on my laptop and had everything saved, anyways good to be back sorry about any misunderstandings I literally could not get back into my account until just now, anyways we are now 20 weeks out from toronto pro Supershow, so I've been slowly easing my way into prep which will start full-time middle of next month, right now I'm doing my bro split and cardio 5 days a week at the gym + cardio, I'm weighing in around 200 lbs . I did get some judges feedback this year as well. Thanks all for supporting my journey and I apologize, I literally could not get into my account until I grabbed my laptop from my place. Right now for gear running :

• Bellatropina HGH - 5 iu am, 5 iu pm
• Test cypionate - 500 mg weekly
• Deca D - 500 mg weekly
• Primatropin testosterone cream - 25-50 mg ed
• Superman - quarter tab for preworkout and blood flow.

SUPPLEMENTS
vitamin C, vitamin D, multivitamin, NAD +, creatine, whey isolate, milk thistle, turmeric curcuma, biotin

I'll be starting my 16 week prep contest blast February 15th - June 13th. It's actually 17 weeks including peak week, right now I've just been training heavy with low reps and eating a decent amount of calories my last weigh in I was 207 lbs at 5"3, I might fair well in the 212 class if I qualify for the Olympia at this event considering it is for shorter individuals, or would masters 212 be more ideal ? Let me know what you guys think? my contest prep cycle will include my usuals , just lower doses now that I'm in my 40s. Which will be 8-10 weeks of test e, tren e, EQ, dianabol, GH, test cream, nolvadex and arimidex followed up by 6-8 weeks of mast prop, tren ace, test prop, test cream , GH, clen, t3, halo, nolvadex, arimidex, winstrol and proviron. Will post updates and volumes as prep gets closer. Cheers Evo! At this event I will be going for my procard in masters 40 + heavyweight in order to compete at the Olympia.

Yea bro focus on the prep and the prep only. Don't worry about any of that other stuff.

In terms of what division to go for, which one is offering the most opportunities at a pro card?

I would think your best bet is masters cuz it's actually a fair competition given its your true class.

Huge congratulations to you @JackD42 this is one of the biggest accomplishments on EVO! I love your ambitions to hit the Olympia stage too and can't wait to see the mass monster that you will be at 220lbs!!! Major respect for how you show that bodybuilding keeps us out of trouble and is a great outlet that can replace the other bad shit. Your log has been a pleasure to follow!

Gotta love a good debate. @stevesmi has had me change my mind during show debates.

I'll address 2 points and set you a challenge (it occurred to me after posting yesterday).

In no particular order:
You refer to TRT above ''That would also apply for TRT, you want to know when to properly play TRT past the bridge phase''. That's a no from me. It's not TRT as written. It's just on cycle or on TRT. There's no on cycle, bridging AND TRT. People all too often say TRT when they mean bridging and vice versa. Proper actual TRT vs staying on a low dose for years then coming off (usually to have a baby) is, as I've written before, asanine and cart before the horse etc. It's NOT TRT then is it?

I DO like that info (clinical TRT data) is available. That would be awesome. Post a thread on it (not the challenge lol)

The sacrificing gains issue is one I've covered before multiple times. I don't think @LevButlerov means ALL the gains, To be clear I'd argue it's impossible to keep ALL a cycles gains. However, no on needs to (IMO) taper off in order to mitigate losing any because, again, no one keeps them all. The No1 and 2 biggest mistakes people make is NOT related to tapering etc but both diet and training related. Heck, even (and I know Lev will agree here) poor PCTs.

My challenge relates to a statement of Lev's from yesterday. He said: ''Tapering down lets your body reestablish its own hormonal balance instead of crashing suddenly from a full stop, this is a real thing, crashing happens a ton'' Can he find me 2 or 3 examples on Evo where members have said this has happened to them? IF he does I'd wanna look at what else they did or didn't do.

Worse case is we learn more right?

Dude I'm your guy to talk to about crashing I've done it on purpose to get a trt script I know some stuff about crashing after shows since I've competed 6 times since 2023 I know all about crashing post show or post cycle. And it sucks!

We recently did as show where the guest said his repeatedly crashing it to get a script ended up making him worse.

Plus who needs to any more when we can just self TRT and use an approved source?

I had to miss work that day and mobster had to miss a workout and you couldn’t even bother to let us know you wouldn’t be making it. You just completely ghosted and left us hanging over and over again. its literally a link that you click from any device, could even be from a phone to connect

Water under the bridge I completely forgive you for it, but please don’t act like we did not bend over backwards to make it happen so please take responsibility and own it

Nice I lived at Danforth and main with my aunt 20 years ago it was fun I trained at premiere fitness they had a boxing ring and I worked down the street at a pub called Wise Guys
Danforth and main was pretty tough back in the day. Its changed a lot these days. Kinda one of those trendy areas where you see a lot of hipsters now. Lots of drug addicts wandering around still tho lol

7x. He probably thinks the 2 times in 1 day is flaking. Vs the agreeing to dates and times and then rescheduling 5x.

One from memory was having to drive his Mrs to a hair appointment. He'd been booked for 2 weeks at that point.

Truth is we all know people who do this. They are NEVER on time. Something seemingly of equal or great importance comes up. They probably are 'in the moment' types vs planning ahead.

As I've told him via DM and in 2 of his logs being a 'pro' means being PROFESSIONAL.

It's not just a title or a card you pay an annual fee on.

Example, for reasons many here will have some experience of and for which we suspect 'Jack' may well be medicated for, every so often he has an episode. These have included completely and utterly fkin off and or being pissed off at sponsors and supporters. A lab he's worked with for YEARS and whose products he really LOVES was, in one case, suddenly under-dosed, dirty and one of the two owners scum. As soon as they both agreed to help him with costs (inc hotel, fuel and food money) suddenly they were great again.

It's perfectly fine if he suffers from manic episodes. Just say so @JackD42 and we'll handle it.

But
1. No podcasts
2. You GOTTA BE PROFESSIONAL. Meaning don't shit on those helping you and apologizing after. Other future sponsors will see this and avoid. All that grind, diet, posing and prep and then losing it when you flip out only hurts you.

This is something I haven’t seen before what’s the idea behind using test cream and how do you decide your weekly dose? I have some but haven’t used it.

1/4 teaspoon equals 25 mg of testosterone I rub it on my shoulders preworkout and post workout for energy . Gives me an extra 350 mg of test per week.

Just observations and ONLY based on these two poses.

Rear Double Biceps. Outstanding hamstring/thigh bicep detail. Good calves. Good to great bicep, tricep and upper back detail. BUT I'd like to see a little more lat flare (I know you have width cos we've seen it in a previous rear lat spread pic). I'd also have you tilt your head forward a tiny bit, What you'd lose from that trap detail you'd gain by looking wider.

Front Double Biceps
Arms look great as do outer quad. Is it genetic re inner thigh detail? I see a lot of competing guys doing inner thigh work. And here, a la Sergio Oliva (who had a small head and I say this as a bigger headed person myself (huge fkin hats me lol))tilt your head back / lift the chin a fraction. It'll make you look wider and you'll lose no muscle detail from it in this pose.

You need to change VERY LITTLE. As I recall you was... top 4 in your country last year?? The differences will be small at that level. When I've competed I was always toward the top three at my best (with the exception of when I competed at the Arnold Mighty Mitts in 2010 when I was 7th in the world) and all of us would be 'strong'. Only the small weaknesses separated us. At my best I'd win 3 of 5 events and be 2nd on the two I didn't win to win the whole thing.

Even smiling and looking like you fkin own the stage helps

Thanks mobster I appreciate the detailed description. And I'm open to any constructive criticism as yes I got top 5 internationally last June I need to secure that number one spot in order to compete the next day at the pro show then qualify for 212 Olympia . That's the plan . I will try all the above. Cheers.

I'm actually, from my own pocket, sponsoring a class 1 in a local (UK championships though) to me BB competition in September. Over the years, inc with a press pass when I had my magazine, I've been invited to various fed competitions. I'd know ho was in charge, the promoter or the judges. So an EFBB/IFFB Grad Prix event, the NABBA U and so on. Even lifted a challenge dumbbell on stage at an EFBB South Coast

TORONTO PRO IFBB CYCLE.
First 8 weeks of my 16 week cycle.
TEST E - 750 mg weekly
Test cream - 25 --50 mg ed
Dianabol - 50 mg ed
TREN E - 600 mg weekly
EQ - 800 MG WEEKLY
GH - 10 IU ED
ARIMIDEX - 1 MG EVOD

An inside look into the drug use of a real IFBB pro bodybuilder.

So what do top bodybuilder’s use and how much? I’ll tell you.

Just keep in mind that this is not a “how to” or a prescription, just an honest look at what’s really being used by pros. An actual cycle is very individual and should be changed according to individual needs.

  1. Increase anti-estrogens as the show get closer in order to get harder and dryer. This is where a lot of people fail because of lack of knowledge on the subject.
  • 1-10 – Testosterone Enanthate, 750mg a week (1000-1200mg advanced)
  • 1-10 – EQ, 800mg a week (1000mg advanced)
  • 1-10 – Tren E, 600mg/week (800mg advanced)
  • 1-8 – D-Bol, 50mg every day (up to 100mg advanced)
Pharmaceutical GH 6-12 IU ED for the whole cycle (If people can afford more then the sky is the limit. I know guys who’ve gone up to 30 IU but this is rare.)

Anti-Estrogens​

  • Nolvadex (Tamoxifen): 20mg ED for the whole cycle, taper up if needed starting at 6 weeks out.
  • Arimidex for the whole cycle starting at 1mg EOD and taper up as needed from 6 weeks out.

push ups like regular push ups for chest and pull ups for back wide grip :D

massage the site and train right after you pin it, shouldn't be a problem :D you're a pro so your muscles are all used to pins and training @JackD42

Personally I avoid training the muscle I pinned cuz it gets painful in a bad way but I'm not a vet like you. I've seen some pros say pin and train the muscles you're trying to grow. Probably bro science but it's been said and done. If you're fine with it I don't see a problem

I've seen either or.

The or is most find it uncomfortable to do so.

But some claim training the area after pinning helps dissipate the oils quicker

@JackD42 I prefer to pin muscles on non-workout days. I don't want any interference during my training.

Bros, I don't really get bothered by post-injection pain so I personally don't care. It just depends on each person and what you are injecting, I guess. @JackD42

Looking good on these pictures Jack. @JackD42 say everybody is individualized. Some people like to inject before the gym. Some people like to do it after.
