Is you a real champion riding your bike in that much snow. That take a lot of leg power to push through something like that. It's harder than sand. I'm sure. @JackD42

Amazing for someone who's only 5'3". @JackD42 To weigh 200 lbs is a lot of muscle on your frame. You are definitely a tank.

@JackD42 Man, for a shorter dude you pack a punch for sure. Absolutely incredible the amount of muscle mass on your small frame. That is incredible.

i didn't even know you could bicycle in the snow lol. i will have to try that sometime. no clue how you don't sink it must be super icy @JackD42

I do winter biking all year to gym and back it adds up to an extra 30-40 minutes of cardio per day. which helps too. I did it my entire prep last winter riding to and from gym.
i like biking. its a low impact exercise

people who run on sidewalk or treadmills are putting way too much pressure on their legs and ankles/feet

Serious answer too lee has 44 k I know his daughter well too ! She's also ifbb
I just read he had a few IG accounts suspended thats why now I get it :D @JackD42
wish you could get him on EVO :D

That's what I do high volume high intensity heavy weight , yes it is a lot but I'm also building up my chest too
Guess with your level of experience and competition that's what's required. Crazy workout bro

It's hella sketchy. That's why I worry about him lol. Your front tire gets all kinds of wonky in the snow. It's Iike riding in the sand x2

No literally only 44 k
That's sick that you talk with him. He's one of my all time favorites cuz of what he accomplished at his height and how he stood up for his fellow bodybuilders against the Weiders.

You guys have a lot in common with the height and the crazy physiques. Both you guys got some of the best arms in the business too

You are a legend yourself :D not many guys take high placings at Toronto Pro so big respect your way from the EVO family :D @JackD42

Yes I know you told me that but I've been doing some research that says belly button level is best because that's what judges will see basically. Off to gym for a chest blast.
In one way true. But they sit 3 rows back so it's less of an effect than you'd think. One way to compensate for the angle is to lean forward a fraction

Day 1 / 233
Currently mending a back injury after returning to the gym, I threw my back out at the end of a shoulder workout, this will be the third time in 2 years, not sure what's going on there, but at this point it's time to have an MRI or scan. It takes about a week or two to fully heal and then get back to the gym, if anyone has any input on that, it would be great, currently cruising on:

•Primatropin GH, 4-8 IU per day split am/pm ed
•Primatropin Wolverine stack TB-500 and BPC -157, 1500 mcg per day am / pm ed
•Test Enanthate pharmacy grade 400 mg weekly
•Cialis, 25mg, 1/4 tab pre workout and blood flow ed
•Anavar, 10mg pre-work out ed

Going to blast again 16 weeks out from Toronto Pro.

20 years of competitive bodybuilding is an amazing accomplishment. @JackD42 I mean, it's one thing to bodybuild for 20 years, and it's one thing to go to the gym for 20 years, but it's another thing to actually compete.

Huge congratulations to you @JackD42 this is one of the biggest accomplishments on EVO! I love your ambitions to hit the Olympia stage too and can't wait to see the mass monster that you will be at 220lbs!!! Major respect for how you show that bodybuilding keeps us out of trouble and is a great outlet that can replace the other bad shit. Your log has been a pleasure to follow!
