Veteran Log Lean Bulk Cycle - Testosterone Propionate, NPP, Boldenone Acetate, HGH and Retatrutide - Team Gold Standard Labs

Love the log as usual brother. It is perfect in balance and one of my favourites to catch up on.

Do you think single arm pull downs and straight arm pulldowns help create width in your back? I struggle with width also.🩵
Thank you brother, I appreciate you always stopping in.

Yes I do for sure, I think narrow grip pulldowns and really focus on that J motion as you come down and the single arm and really drop that shoulder as you pull towards your back pocket, I feel it light up my lower lats like mad.

I want to hit 1g of carbs and 1g of test by the end of this cycle lev, but yes really feeling good and seeing the growth now!
1000grams of carbs you mean :D

• Macros: 279 Protein, 820 Carbs, 93 Fat

• Sodium / Potassium: 9615/6884

Compounds / Supplements

• Test:

970mg weekly 900 Test E 10mg Prop all daily shots - @Gold Standard Labs

• Other AAS / peptides:

400 EQ - @Gold Standard Labs

4IU GH - @Gold Standard Labs

50mcg LR3 - @Norvex

5mg MOTS C -@norvex

8mg KLOW 80 -@norvex

@RGSX Cycle support daily, which has made my life so much easier not having to take literally 25 caps a day.

Sleep stack Glycine, Magnesium, L Theanine, Melatonin.

• Notables:

1200mg L Cartinine

.5mg MT2

Recovery / Health

• Pumps: Getting better daily, today my biceps were so pumped they hurt - havent felt that in awhile.

• Joints/tendons: Fine

• Edema / water retention: Have pushed alot of my carbs out of the day to be around training and prebed - this has helped a ton.

• Energy / mood: Again since adding prop - way way better

Notes / Adjustments

• Feeling better each day as the extra 100mg test comes online and the prop works, an important lesson in E2 is not the enemy, until recently I would of perceived these symptoms as high e2 and added to the pain by using AI

• Training is tracking very well, I have put alot of focus into my weaker areas like lat width, upper chest and calves - hoping by end of cycle I see some balance

• My RHR and HRV numbers are actually getting closer to my TRT/Natural baseline, havent seen the 50s since pre cycle, very encouraging, given my androgen load

• Sleep has become simple for me, my sleep latency is about 7-10m.

• Given that this cycle is going to be around 20-26 weeks long in the end I will be doing bloods every 4 weeks to monitor, so they are booked for 9/3/26.

• As always, thank you to my sponsors - I couldnt do this without you and I cant recommend @Gold Standard Labs, @Norvex and @RGSX enough for any of you wanting to take your physique to the next level.

• Overall, very happy so far with where this is headed, weight is increasing, strength is increasing, fat gain is minimal, visually my body is changing - we are on track for my goal of competing in 2027 I believe.
Absolutely elite brother. Training, nutrition, supps. You’ve got it all dialed in 🔥🔥

Dang bro all the way up to 970 now just to combat that 400EQ. You Aussies really can squash some e2 with EQ. @Allupfromhere was in the same predicament before. Wonder if Canadians have the same problem. Guess I'll find out in a few months lol

If the scale is moving now looks like you won't get to 7000kcal afterall LOL

It blew me away man, you gotta think aswell, I was struggling with high e2 on trt, now cant raise it with nearly a gram, I do think the scale was stalled with the low e2 though, that little extra test has completely changed my whole training and recovery - e2 is so important ive learnt, sad though seems to be the end of the carb party for now

Great update brother. You are looking proper shredded. Proud to have you with us

It blew me away man, you gotta think aswell, I was struggling with high e2 on trt, now cant raise it with nearly a gram, I do think the scale was stalled with the low e2 though, that little extra test has completely changed my whole training and recovery - e2 is so important ive learnt, sad though seems to be the end of the carb party for now
Lol carb party is officially cancelled bro!!

Yea I remember you were the same as me with high e2 on TRT. We talked about it way back. You were super lean then too.

Low e2 is a sneaky bitch if you're not looking for it. Like you said it can easily be mistaken for high e2 if you're not careful. I'm dealing with a bit of low e2 at the moment as well but mine is just self induced and had to back off my AI a bit. Same sorta thing with weight and progress plateaus and then achy joints were the biggest indicator.

Can't wait to see what EQ is like and finally run test high for a change. You must feel like a god at 1g lol

How has MOTS-C and KLOW been like. I'm really interested in trying them. Just have to justify the dollareedoos. You are absolutely killing it man.
They have been really good man, Mots c has been a funny one for me, I have been using it a little different to most, I take it at the end of the day pre bed where majority of my carbs are to help with nutrient partitioning and glucose control, works a treat to keep my lean while eating a ton of carbs.

The klow has been really great for my joints and skin, I had a recent rib irritation, which was pretty painful tbh, didnt stop training, gone in a week.

Notes / Adjustments

• All these e2 related symptoms are up and down, I am holding steady at the moment to give the increased test e a chance to express but looking like another increase is likely - I am having no negative sides from the androgen load, just the lack of e2 - my next bloods in a couple weeks will be interesting to see where e2 sits - I am learning alot about my body and how it feels to be high/low etc which will be very valuable in the future.

• Hitting Prs in nearly every session again, which is a great feeling and the connection is back and I feel like I am training with intent again.

• Diet has become very dialled for me, carbs are all around training and prebed which has helped so much with my energy and water.

• Back in the gym tomorrow for some cardio, calves and abs.

• Talking to Norvex tonight, probably going to be adding Slu back into the stack pre training, really excited to give that a go again now that everything is close to dialled.

• Eq is a very interesting compound, I really like what it is giving me from a physique pov, but anyone reading this who is thinking of running it, dont underestimate what it can do to your e2, I wqs someone who couldnt do trt without an ai, and now 400mg of eq is making me low on nearly a gram of test.

• As always, thank you to my sponsors - I couldnt do this without you and I cant recommend @Gold Standard Labs, @Norvex and @RGSX enough for any of you wanting to take your physique to the next level.

Forgive the pic, this is end of the night after 450g carbs 😂. I will get a pump pic next time. But my quads are starting to get some size for sure.

Looking🔥🔥 bro even without the pump !!

Tell me more about the addition of prop and how that helps mood energy etc?

PRs weekly is a testimony to your consistency and dedication to program! Love these updates man keep them flying in 🙏🙏

Bloods are all in finally.
Pretty happy with where they are all at, not really concerned with liver numbers, GGT and ALP normal and had a very very heavy leg day day before the bloods.

E2 is a little low, I feel a bit low and moody at times, libido off and morning wood a bit unreliable, going to slightly bump test a bit, but overall, being controlled very well with eq

I will run this panel every 4 weeks while on this cycle. As you can see, most of the numbers have stayed pretty consistent, unless I am reading this wrong - I think I am managing this cycle pretty well
Your liver (and kidneys to a lesser degree) are angry at you and you have a hall pass to bump your test bro (with your e2 marker), go for it!

All good bro we knew you'd be back

Great update legend as usual 🥰
How is the specific calves training working?

Your diet really is dialled in. You have been comfortably sitting over 800 carbs for a while now and still look like a shredded beast 🦍🦍

Love the breakdown of the eq. It's something I consider but really need to study up on more to watch those e2 effects.🩵

Looking🔥🔥 bro even without the pump !!

Tell me more about the addition of prop and how that helps mood energy etc?

PRs weekly is a testimony to your consistency and dedication to program! Love these updates man keep them flying in 🙏🙏
Thank you brother.

For me, I am dealing with low e2, but I also have a very low shgb, which means all these moves in hormones I feel very intense, so I am trying to fine tune it to avoid overshooting, I feel okay, like I would say 70%, but I feel something is missing still, which is evident in my labs, the prop gives me the ability to test higher levels of test without commitment basically, adding 10mg a day for example, I will feel that within 2 days, if it feels good, push on if it feels bad, its gone in a few days so no real problem, I think my test will end up around 1100-1200 to really feel good, but if I went straight there with test e and its too high, I am stuck with it for ages or playing with AI again.

This is my understanding and strategy anyway - and its working for me.

Your liver (and kidneys to a lesser degree) are angry at you and you have a hall pass to bump your test bro (with your e2 marker), go for it!
I am unsure its anything nasty, I never rest before my bloods, I did a huge leg day the day before those bloods.

I pulled a cystatin c last bloods and it came in perfect, I dont have too much concern really about it, I do and take nothing that would harm the liver

Thank you brother!

Yeah being so tall, I find my soleus is lacking so I am using the seated to try and get some thickness around the ankle and under my calf.

Thank you on the bloods man, I feel like with these sorts of dosages and cycle length every 4 weeks is a good spot, like all of us, I want to do this as long as possible, I have been pretty fortunate my bloods are holding well so far.

The MT2 is daily, I am actually about to cut it back to 3 times weekly

So far so good on the calves, it will take awhile to see the growth, but they recover so well they can take an absolute beating, hopefully we can see them really transform haha.

I really have taken a liking to eating like this - a bit worried for when its time to diet down or cruise haha I am gonna miss the carb feeds.

Man, EQ is magic, truly, but you gotta be careful with the e2 I thought I would be okay being that I aromatise so heavy, but hell 😂

Ahhh ok then this could be all it is. Next time I'd get bloods after a rest day and definitely not around leg day or near a deadlift day. For the creatinine being juuuust a bit out of range you can increase water and run higher dose of N2Guard.

The MT2 is daily, I am actually about to cut it back to 3 times weekly
Haha it's funny how different we all are. When I run this high dose ED of MT2 I end up looking Pakistani instead of tanned LOL. I have to take MT2 only if I'm actually tanning either outdoors or 'fake n bake'.

Thank you brother.

75iu HCG to assist e2

Recovery / Health

• Pumps: Really solid

• Joints/tendons: Fine

• Edema / water retention: Feeling a bit watery and soft lately, playing with e2 and test - to be expected a bit

• Energy / mood: Night and day difference to a week ago with low e2

Notes / Adjustments

• Decided to add 75iu of HCG daily, I had a bit left over from my fertility push last year, thought it might be a better lever to pull rather than just continuing to pile on test, this seems to be working I am 2/3 days in and feeling a bit more myself, will have to watch I dont overshoot but its nice to feel human again, some will be the extra test e coming online too.

• Still hitting PRs - strength is climbing and so is rep quality, my training is feeling great.

• My energy is now holding all day, it dawned on me today that I train huge volume, do daily cardio, work 9 hours a day and do things around the house when I get home as my wife is pregnant, and yet I spring out of bed at 4:30 every morning for training, I put alot of weight into Mots C for this - I am considering adding methylene blue back in, and am going to be running slu again when Norvex gets stock

• Pull day tomorrow - keen as, I have been seeing alot of progress in my pull days, I feel like I am finally getting the muscle mind connection right and really getting my lats activated and not letting my upper back/arms take over.

• Adding 400mg primo to the cycle to replace my NPP courtesy of Norvex - this will run with me until the end of the cycle end of may or when bloods tell me to stop. whichever is sooner. - I am betting I make it to May the way things are tracking.

• It never was the plan to push this cycle as high or as hard as I am, but its working well, bloods are happy, body feels good, I will be on a pretty long health cruise/cut after the baby is born so thats how I am justifying it 😂

• As always, thank you to my sponsors - I couldnt do this without you and I cant recommend @Gold Standard Labs, @Norvex and @RGSX enough for any of you wanting to take your physique to the next level.

You only just figured out you shove more into one day than most people do in a week 🤦‍♂️. Your ability to do what you do consistently is quite staggering.
Volume on your training alone is killa you beast 🦍.

@Dreamer Seems like a fun workout right there. I like to work out the chest and the pecs as well. It's one of the bread and butter types of workouts you can do

If you rated your sleep how would you score it?
I would say a 7/10 - I do sleep very well almost every night, its just the need for more hours, but even on nights with no alarms, my body likes to wake up around the same time.

There is something to be said for the way I report my sleep, I am asleep by 9.15 and wake up at 4.30 which is 7 and a bit hours but the oura ring reports movement and variations in breathing as time awake, so it isnt as bad as it looks in time.

That was my thinking. I don't use apps in that way. Either I'm rested or not

I am on the fence if they help or harm to be honest, I used to really over think them, now I really like to just see trends to see if things are looking good on a surface level, but the problem is and I have mentioned it before they arent really made for people using AAS and training this way, so it muddys the data a bit

You know what? it very well could be, its a quiet achiever that product, my RHR and HRV have both improved significantly since adding it - my stress levels from not having to sort out 3 trillion different pills are better too

I tend to agree with you for sure. A lot of things out there make things more complicated. At the end of the day simplifying things sometimes is the easiest way to do it.@Dreamer

Oh I hate that shit too. @Dreamer that's why I tell people to consolidate more when they're taking things. The less the better.

Sometimes ‘too much’ knowledge is a bad thing. Over optimisation can take away from results in my opinion (not to argue with strict obsession/dedication, imo they’re two different things) too much time spent worrying about the best way to do something often results in a huge mindset shift towards what you’re doing. I believe it’s much better to think of something as a quest/crusade than as a perfectly and meticulously mapped task. Hugely takes away from the authenticity and inherent drive I feel towards things.

@Dreamer excited to see how it works with the Primo. It seems to be hard to get Primo right now but I see some people starting to add it back so hopefully things are getting better on that end. It will be nice to see you use it and maybe more guys will start using it as it comes back into stock.

Bros, I give you lots of credit for doing a great job on this. I like how you track your different stats and you stay consistent with that body weight, 110 kg. Not bad at all. @Dreamer

Solid brother 🔥🔥

I look forward to your updates! Motivational and your hard working nature is contagious bro 💪

And as always.. looking fantastic. Physique on point 🔥

Definitely sometimes people overthink things when it comes to this stuff.

• Type: Elliptical

• Duration: as fast as I can do 3km while keeping zone 2 today 21 mins

Sleep stack Glycine, Magnesium, L Theanine, Melatonin. - soon to add @rsgx sleep support instead

• Notables:

1200mg L Cartinine

.5mg MT2

An abundance of information as usual legend. Your back is fucking amazing. So much definition and the effort you are putting into gaining width is certainly paying off. Calves are looking better too brother.🩵

- Strength Gains / Losses: Strength steady

- Recovery Status: No recovery issues - HRV up RHR down

- Other Observations:

Really nice pull session today, back felt strong and pumped, Really trying to put some focus into my width of my back, feel my biggest missing things in my physique is that upper chest which I have mentioned and my general width through my delts and back, hoping to address that through this cycle.

Enjoying my stack, its taken this long but I finally feel its all clicking and I have found my sweet spot - I do wonder if I am starting to get the EQ effects though, my endurance feels way up and my appetite is crazy.

Ok... Usually I make comments in the order of the post ... But fuck me mate... Those photos! I know you have been a bit worried as the scale wasn't moving despite your food. You are looking fucking huge mate! It's no joke hey! And still lean as! Arms and shoulders in the first one and then your back is crazy. You've packed on some serious mass lately!

On the workout... Just the seven exercises. I like. Well plus calves I suppose. You obviously know this but I'll mention it anyway. Remember recovery is finite and adding something may require taking something else away.

On calves, when I was younger I had full on stick legs and decided bringing up calves was important to help in that regard. Inspired by Arnold, I found the following is what worded best:

Train calves 3-4 times per week with 2 exercises each session

Train calves first in the workout

Hit them with extreme intensity. At the end of sets it was typical for me to be on the ground in pain clutching at them. My intensity modifier of choice was usually partials at the end of the final set. My favourite setup was standing calf raises, doing around 4 sets to failure, upping the weight and dropping the reps as I went. The last set would be lowish reps (say 6) and finish with partials till I couldn't move it at all.

Bro - how do you keep your RHR so low?

Bro - how do you keep your RHR so low?
Well, I have noticed since adding @RGSX vital support my oura numbers have improved dramatically, not a plug, the honest truth.
I also think having a solid cardio regime - I never ever skip my zone 2 and keeping electrolytes balanced plays a big part, I maintain a 1:1 ratio potassium and sodium everyday.

Thank you brother! Yeah I think as my e2 is stabilising its all just clicking man, my strength has started shooting up and the fullness comes along with it.
My biggest learning this cycle has been the importance of e2.

Calves are definitely coming up, I am training them like this
1 day seated priority say 4 sets and then 3 sets standing and rotate - have had no ankle soreness just that dull calves have been worked feeling, but they are looking so much better and getting stronger .

Maintaining such good composition & insulin sensitivity on high food. Very impressive! 😊
I monitor it daily, the minute BGL drifts - I pull back or start utilising berberine/reta etc.

Insulin sensitivity is key.

Thanks everyone for the support! I appreciate it more than you guys know.
I have been a bit MIA at the moment, busy with work travel and just life in general with a 6 month pregnant wife, also been a little under the weather (its all happening)

I have still been training, I take my meal prep wherever I go for work so the consistency stays the same.

I have increased calories, increased test, will be starting some gh through @Gene-Tropin on Monday.

The primo from @Norvex has started kicking in and giving me a lovely lean look.

My @Gold Standard Labs EQ and Test is absolutely insane, I am 8 weeks into the EQ now which has also started really expressing so my strength, endurance and overall look has changed, I have had some issues with e2 but I am every day edging closer to optimal, which I can tell by the symptoms easing and my performance increasing.

As always - thank you to all who sponsor me and those who support me, I will aim for an update tomorrow for Push day! after probably what is the very first full rest day of this entire log 😂

Nice - when you say zone 2, is that walking or jogging ( I find people refer to zone 2 in different ways) - what are you using for your potassium / sodium?

You are in killer shape bro and to keep your health markers so clean is a testament to your hard work.

I like the elliptical, I use an apple watch to watch my heart rate, I generally put the resistance to about 15-16 and keep heart rate under 130.
25 mins a day is the sweet spot.

Sodium and potassium is through heart salt, regular salt and food, I eat alot of sweet potato, oats, bananas and greek yoghurt.

Thank you brother - I do try very hard because I like to push doses high

Absolutely killing it as always brother. Your consistency and dedication, regardless of why life throws at you, shows your resilience.

You’re in absolutely elite shape. Very motivating for the community 🔥🔥🔥

We at all better off having you around 🤜🤛

Awesome, very proactive. Not everyone agrees with me about avoiding elevated BG even when carb intake is high, but I think it’s key too. No use having the extra CHO if all they’re doing is floating around in the bloodstream to put in simply. I’ve never tried Reta, Berberine works minimally for me, low-dose Metformin XR I’ve seen the best result from with no sides 😊 the GH might impact your fasting glucose some, AM dosing of it fixed that for me 😊

Nice to see an update legend. Hope your travel went well well for work. Everything is solid as fuck as usual and still pushing 800 carbs and looking like a topography map of the Alps on your back....unbelievable 😳.
Fascinated to see how 10iu goes. We are certainly coming at this from 2 completely different directions, almost diametrically opposed if you like.🩵

Great update brother! Your back is looking ridiculous! keep getting peeled more and more everyday!.
Sleep support sample should be landing to you next week along with vital support.
We noticed you take Glycine already. If you still have it on hand, you can run it along side our Elite sleep! We originally were going to have glycine but it's such a large MG you need that it would have added 2 more capsules to the serving and even though it's great for sleep support, we absolutely stand by our premium products and dosages in both our Vital/elite support. As good as glycine is for sleep, our Premium products at the dosages we have will do the job.
But by all means, if you still have glycine on hand - don't waste it - please use it and let us know 🙌

Check out @Alice_In_Ironland review on her log - we know she is very knowledgeable on supplements and compounds and has rated it her best sleep supp of all time 😍😍😍.

Can't wait to keep sending you guys new ranges and stoked to have you on our team of something that keeps growing every week.

We may even have to looking at getting your Dreamer Elite sleep artwork framed and sent to you on 🤔🤔😆

Thank you for keeping my health looked after brother - I have started to see my RHR back into the 40s which running 2.5g of gear is pretty impressive imo.

Cannot wait for the sleep stack - I am sure from you guys itll be top notch too.
Glycine is a great compound, but I will give it a whirl solo first and see how it goes.

Man, I would love that - I am really quite chuffed to be on the package of something so great 😁

Yeah we will definitely look at getting like A3 or A4 full size prints to send you guys to hang up or whatever your would like. Sticky tape it to the fridge door 💪😆

I'd love to hear your feedback taking the Elite sleep one night and then the Elite sleep plus glycine.
But honestly the feedback we have had from everyone is basically blown away that it isn't just like a normal sleep support or just Melatonin.

Appreciate you for being pumped because it pumps us up to keep designing new ranges 🙌💪
Enjoy your Sunday brother

Recovery / Health

• Joints/tendons: No issues

• Edema / water retention: A little bit worse at the moment with test increase - will settle down

• Energy / mood: Has been much better with higher test, up and down still

Notes / Adjustments

• Great session today, hit a few PRs but more importantly, form is progressing, the same weights I am getting better connection and stretch from

• Sleep is not great at the moment, took a mirtazapine to sleep last night which has made me feel gross all day, wont be doing that again, hormones are moving which always happens to me when changing dose.

• 5800 calories at the moment, tracking the scale to see movement, would like this last 12 weeks to go to 113-114, but may be wishful thinking with minimal fat.

• Back into the swing of things now, log updates will be regular again.

@Norvex is sending me some dbol to help with my e2 issue I have been having, while I get everything dialled in, but I have been thinking about dbol pre workout - anyone have experience?

• Bloods will be on the 13th of March, for my 4 weekly check, not sure where we will sit - waiting for my HCT and RBC to go up from the Eq but hasnt happened yet. - E2 may not be the most accurate given my recent increase but I will at least see if its trending well.

• As always, thank you to my sponsors - I couldnt do this without you and I cant recommend @Gold Standard Labs, @Norvex and @RGSX enough for any of you wanting to take your physique to the next level.

Recovery / Health

• Pumps: Brilliant, feel really full in the gym

• Joints/tendons: No issues

• Edema / water retention: A little bit worse at the moment with test increase - will settle

• Energy / mood: Has been much better with higher test.

Notes / Adjustments

• Test is now at 1300 a week, bridging with 20mg daily prop until its expressed - definitely working and feeling better

• Gym performance has been solid - progressing weekly.

• Sleep is average again - think my hormones are in flux, but also dropped GH out - will be starting again Monday with @Gene-Tropin with the plan to ramp up to 10iu for the rest of my cycle - never done that before.

• Have been travelling for work, and a little unwell too, but still training and sticking to my diet.

• Primo is fully working for me, feeling tighter and drier, love this compound.

@Dreamer man, I can't imagine if you were to get your ducks in a row, what you would turn into. You already look fantastic. I think you have great genetics for bodybuilding and it shows.

• Pumps: Really solid, and lasting the whole workout now
