New member that was just looking for some a little step in the right direction. Working out and doing the normal routine has never been an issue for me. But i am 43 and i have an urge to just up the game a little bit. I'm not on anything wild. Just TRT atm. basic NAD+, some oral vitamins, creatine. and some other simple stuff. I guess the question i have is fairly simple. While i know it's different for everyone and people respond to things in different ways. What is a protocol that can be recommended for someone that's going to be going past dipping his toes in and maybe getting knee deep? I was thinking of a mass building peptide or some sort of oral to add with a few things? I'm not trying to be an absolute monster, but im not not trying to look like an absolute jacked monster either. im open and willing to listen to some good options. Thank you in advance!
