Chest and back this morning. Took out some things that I felt were redundant. Realized after I got back home I didnt do my pull overs for the serratus. Ill do some later today. Overall a good workout. Had overnight oats before workout. Bagel and shake after.

Wanted to check e2 levels while running primo 1:1 with test and 25mg proviron daily. Not to horrible, get an idea for when I do my eq cycle next.

@floridaman1984 Are you pretty pleased to where your estrogen is I swear it's so different between the americans and australians how these steroids affect estrogen
 
I dont feel bad where it is now. Only slight joint pain I have is in an elbow but its mild and probably unrelated to the e2. Hormonal wise I feel ok.
I always tell people I much rather have estrogen a little lower than a little higher if it's higher you can end up with things like gyno and flare up cancer cells and those are not good things
 
Yeah that's kind of what I was thinking too. As far as the gyno goes. Didn't know the cancer cell part.
that is why women who have breast cancer for example are put on anti estrogen drugs for 5 years after treatment. to keep estrogen down

The cable flies and the underhand barbell rolls are terrific @floridaman1984 And the dips are also looking good I love that type of training

I love dips. I need to start doing weighted ones again. Just have been trying for the higher rep range now.

@floridaman1984 I think you're doing a great job adjusting things. back in the day we used to just wing it. now you can get bloods done fast and adjust as you go

Shoulders and arms. By the end of the 3rd set of barbell curls my biceps had a good pump going almost to the point of painful. Assuming that's the anavar in the mix. Only used 45lb dumbells for the overhead press. They felt taxing enough today.

Rest day today. Getting my walk in, they're repaving some of our streets. Had one of the workers stop me and ask if I did any personal training lol. Take the rest of the day for this head pump to go away lol.

On another note switching back to tirz has increased the suppression for me, and the tesofensine definitely seems to increase the effect even more. Have to make sure it doesnt suppress it to much now.

I’ve been using Reta. Never titrated higher than 4mg / week but also never had any suppressive effects at all

It does everything the other glp-1 does except it also boosts metabolism. I switched to it back in October and definitely have had results from it. Just the appetite suppression isn't as good as tirzepatide for me. Probably just a person by person thing.

Tesofensine I just got also kicks up the appetite suppression. Could always try adding that in if u need too.

Will be interesting to see how you set this up. I'm not the biggest fan of full body. Four days per week means you'll have to be careful during the back to back days.

Yeah we'll see. I might get bored of it to fast honestly. Just wanted to give it a try, since this time at work I'll probably be pretty busy. But if something changes I'll probably go back to ppl or arnold split.
 
@floridaman1984 whats your thoughts on the primo?
Ive enjoyed this cruise cycle so far. Its definitely keeping my E2 level knocked down and im for sure getting the muscle hardening effect from it.

I still havent ran EQ yet so I cant personally say its the better bang for the buck yet. But most people feel that way.

But I can see myself running this cruise setup again for sure.

Backed off my weight for barbell curls and hammer curls also, ego took a hit lol. Used a machine for shoulder press for the first time,actually liked it more than I thought i would.

Scale weight this morning was 222 lbs. Gave the abs a couple taps before the pic to help them show up lol. If this damn skin would tighten up id be alot closet to what I want visually. I 100% have more body fat I need to shed. But going to stay chipping away at it.

Got some USP sustanon and some proviron. I've started daily injections this last week now that i've got 6 pinning locations im comfortable with. I've always wanted to give Sustanon a try just wouldnt do it, because i didn't want alot of spikes in levels. But with daily pinning it'll be a non issue. For the next week i'll do 1/2 sus and 1/2 test e. Then fully swap to sus. The proviron i've been taking 25mg daily and will keep that in for the foreseeable future, really like the stuff.

Traveling day always sucks for eating. This is pretty much my go to in the airport. Grilled chicken and white rice. Had some oatmeal before leaving home.

Not to bad for airport food. It can be hard to eat properly when traveling. That doesn’t look to bad at all
 
It honestly puts me in a better mood. Lowers your SHBG. And gives a little bit of muscle hardening. Definitely worth trying.
I can confirm, and I’ll say that Proviron (mesterolone)) is probably the only drug that lowers SHBG so quickly and effectively. Even using it solo enhances performance in both small and larger ways, ha ha ha.

Proviron is an excellent add on! I have been using it for some time now and the bloods don't lie and neither does my wife 🤣
