Approved Log Testosterone Enanthate Primobolan Cruise Cycle Log

Long gym session for chest and back. Felt good though. On a positive note the flat barbell bench press hasn't been bothering me the last 3 times ive done it. Did 255 for 5 then backed off to 205 for 2x8 on the flat bench today.

Did my vertical pulls first as far as the back work goes. I usually start with a row exercise. But I want my vertical pulls to get stronger so hitting those while fresh for now. Im plenty strong on the row movements for now.

you mean wins are chin ups and dips those are going to really work your whole body as you do them.

That is a ton of volume - how long were you in the gym?

Just a little over 2 hours. Session felt good, plus nothing else to do on off time at work lol. Ive been trying to shorten up my sessions. Some of what I do is probably redundant and unnecessary. I just get in their and if its feeling good I just would rather stay working out.

The test e has been smooth no pip, still just been using up the Pharmaqo primo so far. Ill be using the USP primo pretty soon. Just came in. Doing injections every 3 days, probably will raise test to 300mg primo 250mg. Ill add in Anavar mid April or first of March. See how all that goes.

I'll try out their EQ if this all goes good during the summer and fall with some npp at the end.

I get it, I love to be in the gym too, It has taken me ages to try and trim some of my volume haha

Nice numbers on the incline press there mate!

I reckon you're probably harming your gains with that much work though. A lot of redundancy in there. Four presses and two flys. Could easily cut one each of them. For back you could easily cut one of the pulldowns. Just do the other pulldown with a different grip to the pull-ups.

Yeah kind of what i was thinking too. I dont know why i always feel like i need to squeeze in everything. I'll just have to make myself get over that. Like making myself take an extra rest day which has been benficial. 3 on 1 off then repeat. Instead of 6 on 1 off.

Love seeing skullcrushers, one of the best for tris
Definitely love those. Only thing I didnt do was triceps extension with the rope. Was pretty wore down after everything else. Id say close grip bench, skull crushers, and extensions are my favorite tri exercises.

I do dips and reverse grip bench on chest day, which I also love for tri work.

It looks like another strong log coming up 💪

Gaining some strength would be awesome, mostly just hoping to hold onto it while trying to lean down for summer. My next log is going to be a strength building one. With test, eq, and npp being what I currently have in mind for it.

Great lifts bud, love the skullcrushers.

Thanks brother. Its hard to go wrong with those. Always a great stretch in the muscle for me, from those.
 
Pretty embarrassed to say I really dont do any or consistently anyways. I need to. Every once in a while, some hanging leg raises. Ab wheel. Or decline crunches.

Id mostly credit them to the barbell compound lifts for stabilization.
Could have fooled me ! lol nice work man , my abs are harder to show definition due to loose skin from my original weight loss journey , but slowly building and getting skin tighter around the stomach area

Scale weight this morning 223. Went back up just a little. Going to hit shoulders ans arms today. Still havent figured out how to get some good back photos lol.

Nice leg workout. Really good selection of exercises. Nice weights on the squats and leg press!
 
Rest day today. Will be flying back home this evening. Possibly rest day tomorrow also, just have to see how I'm feeling. Then to get back at it and get my long walks going again.

Yesterday's chest and back workout. I lightened up the chest barbell work. Im leaning towards lightening up alot of my lifts to focus closer to the 10-15 rep range and see how i respond to it. I still will probably keep 1 top heavy set on the compounds just to do it. I know being sore isn't the best indicator on how effective a workout was. But im definitely feeling a little more in my chest and back today. Good sore not bad.

Also got in 6.4 miles of walking.

Mind-muscle connections is where it is at, not always about going heavy. Controlled movements are efficient

Shoulders and arms today. Did the facepulls on the seated cable row machine, really liked the added stability. 6.5 miles of walking also. Shoulders were definitely pumped after workout during the walk. Arms to but not as much as shoulders.

Instead of Reta, today im going to take a Tirzepatide injection to see if the appetite suppression is any different. I might alternate my injections, Monday reta, Friday Tirzepatide. I love what reta does but im pretty sure Tirzepatide suppresses appetite better for me. We'll find out.

Legs today, going to just use my local gym. Unfortunately no leg curl machine so RDL will have to cover the hams today. Plan to keep it simple.

Got some more SLU coming in. Ordered from Umbrellalabs this time to try the 50mg capsules. Got some Mk677 also for the Eq cycle when I do it.

Yes I did have a shake also. Ill look in the cagri. I just have the tirz on hand since that's what I buy for my wife.

Nice workout mate. Love the order of the shoulder exercises with the rear delt, then side then press. Although I would do the press before the triceps so fatigued tri's don't affect your press.

Yeah i could try it like that. I was just rotating each body part in for recovery in between. It would make more sense the way your saying though.

Ive been taking the 250mcg from Dragon Pharma. Ive liked it, I dont know about an energy boost but I definitely can tell that I feel a little hotter. Like its kicking things up some. So I wanted to try the 50mg from umbrella. Hopefully they come in before I go back off for work. My last couple orders from umbrella have been on the slower side getting to me. But they always make it.

The dragon pharma SLU is a toss up I saw COAs on it low dose like 70% low tested and pure trash China raws too thats the issue @floridaman1984
 
Lightened up squats to 225lbs for 3x15. Last set only got 12 reps. Legs felt cooked after that. Lunges were just body weight. See how much walking. I can get in now.
yes lighter squat but huge 350 leg press wow :D

Rest day today. Got some great sleep last night, best ive had in a while about 9 hours total. Leg and glutes nice and sore from yesterday. Going to get my walk in then try to do a little core work.

30mg a day starting tomorrow. Ive still been taking 3 caps of n2guard daily. But will go back to 7 with adding in anavar.
smart move :D move to 7caps and space the n2guard 1 hour with the anavar so no absorption issues @floridaman1984
