- My discipline in attending the gym needed tweaking. Since I've been working out with my son I find I have gone an extra 1x week. Being more accountable can create discipline when motivation is lacking. Necessity is the Mother of Invention!
- Not doing enough cardio and using "the time it eats" as an excuse. This is no excuse and is justification and rationalization to make myself feel better about not "making" the time and hence being lazy!
Rx Meds Update:

- Dx 2014 Operator Syndrome - continued to operate until 2019 (now undergoing lifelong therapy)
- Dx 2019 Heart Failure - reduced ejection fraction (in remission)
- Plan still is to titrate off all that is unnecessary
- Valium dose and other changes will be highlighted in red as I drop down over the next 6 weeks

- ECG w/ contrast on Wednesday 14Jan - results and pics (if possible) to be included in log when available
- Called cardiologist office and spoke with front desk on 24Feb - on cancellation list and appt. in April to discuss
- Last ejection fraction Jan2025: 52%
- Going to call again to confirm appt.
Gyno Update:
- Had ultrasound of chest - called Doc and gyno confirmed, have to go back to get an ultrasound of a lipoma on my back (bigass zit full of white blood cells) as a precaution before appt. to discuss gyno (along with removal of lipoma)
- Still waiting for appointment for lipoma ultrasound
- Going to call again and see what's the hold up

- Ok I found the right combination of oats with rice to hit my macros. I definitely feel the bloat a bit more at carbs this high but wake up fine. I can tell I'm 'spilling over' a bit but I feel amazing and workouts are stronger!
