If you split up them then you have less days of recovery. You also want the most frequency of each muscle group with low volume. All depending if you train hard enough which most don’t. Why would you split it up ?Looking good mate.
Out of interest, why not split the training sessions up a bit more? Like back and hammies together (and tri's). Can you give the same effort to hammies after training back as you could doing them on their own day?
