Tue 21 Apr Update (Training from Mon 20 Apr, Upper A)
Since I'm going exclusive on Evo from here on, I'm pulling the fertility side of things over from my ABX log into this thread. The whole picture will sit in one spot going forward.
Actually glad everything is sitting in one place now so anyone following along can see the full scenario at once, rather than bouncing between two threads to piece it together.
Honored that @Prymal has my back on all the peptides and now @Southern Cross Labs is on board for the oils and AI side too. Such a lucky boy I am, the support side of this has never been better.
Fertility TLDR (carried over from my ABX log):
- Post-PED fertility recovery while cruising on TRT, wife and I are doing IVF with ICSI since we have been having issues to do it naturally.
- Cruise stack until last week: Test E 40mg Mon/Thu + HCG 500IU 4x/wk (Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri) + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun) + Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu
- Exemestane bumped from 6.25mg to 12.5mg late March when nipple sensitivity flared. Brain fog cleared too. Holding well since with no sides.
- Semen analysis progression:
- Jan 2026: Concentration 16.8M, Motility 42%, Morphology 1%
- Feb 2026: Concentration 19.2M, Motility 48% progressive
- Apr 13 (latest): Concentration 82.8M (Jumped the full 4.9x inside one spermatogenesis cycle, HCG + HMG (first 5 weeks) then HCG + Puregon doing the heavy lifting while cruising on TRT), Volume 5.2mL (best yet), Total Motility 58%, Progressive 39%, Morphology 4% (up from 1%) - IMG attached
- Faster bounce back than the 74-day spermatogenesis cycle, HCG + Puregon combo doing the heavy lifting while cruising on TRT
- IVF clinic pre-booked implanting cycle for May pending PGTA, new egg retrieval as backup
Protocol now:
- @Southern Cross Labs Test E 250: bumped from 40mg to 75mg Mon/Thu (150mg weekly), first pin landed yesterday arvo
- Pharma Arimidex on hand as backup AI (came with the SCL box)
- @Prymal HCG 500IU 4x/wk (Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri)
- @Prymal Puregon 75IU 4x/wk (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun)
- Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu
- @Prymal BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day (AM ankle, PM wrist), week 2 of 8
- @Prymal TB-500 2.5mg Mon/Thu loading (weeks 1-4), steps down to 2mg weekly maintenance weeks 5-8
Training, Mon 20 Apr (Upper A, 88 min):
- Smith Decline Bench Press: 20/30/35/45 x 8/8/8/6 (per side)
- Chest Dip: +20/+25/+25/+25 x 10/10/8/9
- Pull-up (normal grip): BW x 8/6/6/6
- Barbell Bent Over Row: 20/20/30/35 x 10/10/10/8 (per side)
- DB Seated Shoulder Press: 22.5/27.5/30 x 10/10/8
- Cable Incline Bicep Curl: 18.1/20.4/22.7 x 10/10/10
- Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extension: 18.1/20.4/22.7 x 10/10/10
Wrist held up clean on the pull-ups and the row, that's the real test for the BPC + TB stack right now.
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Sleep 8h
Ankle: 1/10 discomfort · Wrist: 1/10

Wed 22 Apr Update (Training update from Tue 21 Apr, Lower A)
73 min, 27 sets, hit the full program with one kit-forced swap. Weights below are per side, excluding the bar.
- BB Full Squat: 15 / 25 / 45 / 55 x 6 (up 5kg per side from last Lower A, moved well)
- Lever Leg Press: 120 / 143 / 165 / 188 kg x 10 each (188 top set clean)
- Bulgarian Split Squat (RDL kit was taken so swapped in): 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 per hand x 8
- Lever Seated Leg Curl: 70 kg x 10 x 4
- BB Hip Thrust: 25 / 55 / 70 / 80 x 8
- Smith Calf Raise: 109 kg x 20 x 4
- 3/4 Sit-up (superset with calves): BW x 15 x 4
Ankle held up well during the session, 2/10 max, leg press and calf raise were the spots it niggled but nothing that needed backing off. Then later in the arvo I went to play squash and stepped funny mid point, that one hurt. Today it's a bit sore but nothing major, BPC + TB keep doing their job. Lesson for next time, be more careful lol
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg AM ankle + PM wrist, zero PIP, same sites, same routine. TB-500 2.5mg loading, cruising through the back half of the 4-week loading phase.
Sleep: Ordinary the last couple nights, Starlink shat the bed which took my home automation with it so my wake-up routine isn't running, and my body keeps waking me up in a panic thinking I'm late for work. Back on manual alarms until the new dish arrives.
Protocol: No changes. Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL Test E 250), HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/week, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu.
Bloods: Still waiting on the full panel, E2 is the marker hanging in limbo. Getting a bit stressed about the delay, sitting here wondering if it's pending because it's out of range in either direction. Will post the full panel as soon as it lands.
Fertility / IVF: Hoping the PGTA results come through this week. Wife is climbing the walls waiting.
Subjective: Energy 7/10, Mood 7/10, Libido 5/10. The waiting game isn't helping any of those scores.

Thu 23 Apr Update (Rest day check-in)
Sleep
9/10 last night, 9:30pm to 7:30am, no wake ups. Proper reset after Tuesday's Starlink-dropped-manual-alarms mess.
Ankle
Monday's squash play niggled it through yesterday (3-4/10). Last night I pulled the BPC off the wrist pin and doubled the dose back on the ankle. Woke up 1/10, pain gone. Since BPC runs systemic anyway the wrist stays covered without a direct pin, so I'll keep both subQ doses on the ankle for a stretch and see how fast I can get full ROM back on dorsiflexion.
Wrist
1/10 today even without last night's pin. Confirms the systemic coverage is holding, can concentrate subQ at the problem joint now.
Peptides
BPC-157 250mcg x2 daily, both on the ankle this stretch. TB-500 2.5mg Mon/Thu SubQ belly, back half of the 4-week loading phase. Zero PIP, clean draws, same sites.
SCL Test E 250 (@Southern Cross Labs)
Pinning in really smooth, noticeably nicer than the Test E 400 I was running before. Happy I made the switch, cruise is feeling cleaner on the smaller volume.
Bloods
E2 still the marker hanging in limbo. Contacted RoidSafe, they're chasing the provider to find out what the delay is. Getting a bit stressed wondering if it's pending because it's out of range or just lab backlog.
Fertility / IVF
Still no PGTA results, another nerve-wracking week. Tamara climbing the walls.
Protocol
No changes. Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL Test E 250), HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu, BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day (both ankle), TB-500 2.5mg Mon/Thu (loading).
Feel
Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 7/10. Monday's leg day wrecked me Tuesday but I'm back on song today. Upper B scheduled for 5pm.
Other
Diet mostly on plan. Work cruisy but still annoying enough I'm watching the cortisol creep. Might camp this weekend if it lines up, not locked in.

Fri 24 Apr Update (Training update from Thu 23 Apr, Upper B)
Solid hour in the gym last night. Weights per side, excluding bar as always.
Upper B - 8 exercises, 1 hour
- DB Incline Bench Press: 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 40x6
- Superset: Cable Low Fly 9.1kg x12 x4 + Lat Pulldown Close Grip 57/63/70/70 x10

Wrist: 1/10 resting. Felt it a bit during the cable work but nothing that backed off. BPC is still running systemic so it's covered.
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day both on ankle (tweak from Tuesday, holding the new pattern). TB-500 2.5mg Mon/Thu SubQ belly, back half of the 4-week loading phase. Zero PIP, same sites, smooth as always from @Prymal.
Protocol: No changes. Test E 75mg Mon/Thu on SCL Test E 250, HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu.
Bloods: E2 still sitting pending, now 2 weeks and counting. Doing my head in.

Shoulder and arm supersets are fucking fire, pump was next level after finishing up.
Ankle: 1/10 stiffness today, the doubling up on both daily BPC pins at the ankle was the right move. Dorsiflexion range keeps creeping back.
IVF: PGTA results also still pending. Wife is climbing the walls, I'm right there with her.
Subjective: Energy 7/10 (slight headache and very hungry today), Mood 7/10, Libido 7/10. Slept 10pm to 7am, solid 9 hours.

27 Apr Update (Weekend Recovery, Bloods + IVF Note)
Day off Saturday and Sunday, kept it chill and focused on recovery. Back into Upper A today.
Ankle: 1/10 stiffness this morning, wrist 0/10 zero pain or stiffness. Both BPC pins still parked on the ankle and it's doing exactly what I wanted, the ankle keeps loosening and the wrist is holding fine on systemic alone. Will get a proper read on the ankle this week when leg day comes back around.
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day both pins on the ankle. TB-500 2.5mg Mon and Thu SubQ belly, last week of the loading phase before maintenance drops to 2mg weekly. Zero PIP.
Protocol: Stable. Test E 75mg Mon and Thu (SCL), HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon and Thu. No changes.
Bloods stuff up: The lab LOST my E2 result, just gone. RoidSafe chased the provider and flagged it back to me. Went in today to redo E2, FSH, and LH. Genuinely not confident in the lab now, if they can lose the most important marker in the pull I'm not trusting the rest of it either. Chasing RoidSafe to write a fresh referral for a full panel resend, including the markers that did come back, because I want a clean baseline I can actually trust. Not happy about the time burned.
IVF: PGTA finally moving. Clinic rang the wife today saying results should land this week, and they're already drafting the implant plan for next month. That's the green light we've been waiting for since the start of April. Positive note after that bloods stuff up.
Subjective: Energy 7/10, Mood 7/10, Libido 8/10. Sleep fine, normal weekend rhythm.

(giving that one another crack next round)

Quick photo I took after the workout
Ankle: Feels really nice today. BJJ this arvo to test it out properly. Squash caught me out last time mid-leg-week with the side-to-side stepping, so this is the first proper contact go since. BPC both-on-ankle pivot from last week worked.
Wrist: Zero pain through pull-ups and rows yesterday. Systemic BPC is fully holding it.
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day both pins on ankle. TB-500 2.5mg Mon and Thu SubQ belly, final week of loading before dropping to 2mg weekly maintenance from 2026-05-10.
Protocol: No changes. Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL Test E 250), HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/week, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu.
Sleep: Weird night. In bed at 9pm, body kicked into the old PEDS era wake-up at 4:30am and I had to fight back to sleep through a few rounds before finally getting up at 8. Used to wake at that time on cycle so the body remembers.
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 8/10.
Bloods: Still waiting on the redo (E2, FSH, LH) plus the fresh full-panel from RoidSafe.
PGTA: Still waiting. Clinic said this week, hoping it lands.

Wed 29 Apr Update (Training update from Tue 28 Apr, Lower A)
Yesterday was a doozy. Had my first proper BJJ class booked in the arvo so I did Lower A just before BJJ started, then rolled straight from the gym to the mat. Don't recommend it bois. I was partially dead by the end (I spent 4 hours in total at the gym yesterday). Got home, shower, fed, straight to bed. Woke up slobbing the pillow which I haven't done in years
Lower A (73 min, weights per side excl. bar):
- BB Full Squat: 15/25/45/55 x 6, then singles at 65 and 75. Heaviest squat work I've put through the log so far, ankle felt completely fine on every set.
- BB Romanian Deadlift: 20/35/45/60 x 8. Back on the menu after the Apr 21 Bulgarian sub when the kit was pinched.
- Lever Seated Leg Curl: 70 x 10 x 4
- Smith Calf Raise (SS sit-ups): 109 x 20 x 4
- 3/4 Sit-up: BW x 15 x 4
Skipped: Leg Press + Hip Thrust. Ran out of time getting to BJJ. Trade-off I'll wear today.
Ankle: 1/10 today and 1/10 through the squat singles. Held up beautifully through BJJ too, which had me a bit nervous going in. Crew there were absolute legends about it, didn't push my left side once I told them. The BPC both-on-ankle pivot is locking in proper now.
Wrist: 0/10 through pulls and RDLs, no direct pin needed, systemic BPC still doing the work.
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day both pins on the ankle, zero PIP. TB-500 2.5mg Mon SubQ belly went in yesterday. Second-last loading pin lands Thu, then drops to 2mg weekly maintenance from May 10.
Protocol: No changes. Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL), HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu.
Soreness: 10/10 today. Everything hurts. First BJJ class in 25 years and I went in fresh off legs, what was I thinking
Sleep: Solid. Body just shut it down once the head hit the pillow.
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 7/10.
Bloods: Still pending. RoidSafe chasing the redo plus the fresh full panel, no movement yet.
IVF / PGTA: Still pending. Clinic said this week, fingers crossed by Friday.

Thu 30 Apr Update (no fresh training data, second post-BJJ recovery day + TB loading wrap + big IVF news)
Skipping the gym again today and the body is going to thank me for it. Tuesday's first BJJ class in 25 years has me feeling like I got hit by a bus. Whole frame is wrecked. Neck, triceps, everything. The 5/6 rounds of 5 minute rolls at the end torched me. Today was the last day of the max burpees in 2 min challenge at the gym and I'm walking away from it. Ego goes in the bin, body wins this round.
The one bit that came out of BJJ feeling fine is the ankle. 1/10 first thing today, no flare from the rolls. The crew at the mat were legends about not pushing the left side and I held that line. The BPC both-on-ankle pivot keeps quietly doing its job.
TB-500 milestone today: the final loading pin lands tonight. 4 weeks of 2.5mg twice a week (Mon + Thu SubQ belly) wraps up. Drops to 2mg weekly maintenance from Mon 11 May, one pin a week from there.
Today's pin slate (Thu):
- Test E 75mg (@Southern Cross Labs Test E 250)
- HCG 500IU
- Puregon 75IU
- Exemestane 12.5mg
- TB-500 2.5mg SubQ belly (final loading pin)
- BPC-157 250mcg AM + PM both on ankle
Protocol holding. No tweaks since 20 Apr.
Big news on the IVF side:
PGTA results came back today. We got 1x 4BB embryo and we're going ahead with the implant next month.
For anyone not across PGTA grading: the number is the developmental stage at day 5 (4 = fully expanded blastocyst, the cavity has filled out the whole embryo). The first letter is the inner cell mass (the bit that becomes the baby), the second letter is the trophectoderm (the bit that becomes the placenta). Scale runs A to C with A best. So 4BB means a fully expanded blastocyst with both the future-baby cluster and the future-placenta layer at solid B grade. Very transfer-viable, well within the range clinics like to work with for an implant. Today is the last birth control pill for the missus, she gets the new protocol tomorrow to start prepping the lining for the transfer. Big weeks ahead.
Bloods: still chasing the E2 redo + the FSH/LH redo from Monday. As soon as they land I'll post the markers.
Subjective: Energy 6/10 (wracked), Mood 8/10 (PGTA news running the show), Libido 8/10. Sleep was solid but woke up 4 times again pre-dawn, body still pinging on the old early-cycle wake patterns.

Saturday 2 May Update (Training update from Fri 1 May, Upper B)
Quick one before the rest day kicks in.
Pushed Upper B from Thursday across to Friday morning after Tuesday's BJJ class wrecked me through Wed and Thu. 49 min, 23 sets. Weights per side excl. the bar (or per DB where noted).
Session (Fri 1 May, Upper B):
- DB Incline Bench Press: 30 / 35 / 40 / 40 x 8/8/8/6
- SS Cable Low Fly 9.1 x 12 x 3 + Lat Pull Down CG 57 / 63 / 70 x 10
- Single Arm Bench Bent Over Row: 40 x 10 x 3
- SS Cable One Arm Lateral Raise 9 / 9 / 11 x 12 + Cable Face Pull 20.4 x 12 x 3
- SS DB Incline Curl 9 x 12 + Cable Pushdown 27.2 / 29.5 x 12 (last superset cut to 2 sets, time)
Rep targets fell a bit short on DB incline (programmed 10s, hit 8s) and the final superset got trimmed. BJJ soreness from Tue was still hanging around, body told me when enough was enough.
Ankle: Recovering really nice. Zero issues across Friday's session, day to day stiffness 1/10. Both BPC pins still on the ankle and it's working a treat.
Wrist: Nothing to report. Cable work + bent over rows didn't flag a thing, systemic BPC has it covered.
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day both on ankle, zero PIP anywhere. TB-500 finishing loading, drops to 2mg weekly maintenance on Mon SubQ belly from 11 May.
Protocol: No changes. Test E 75mg Mon/Thu @Southern Cross Labs, HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu, BPC + TB from @Prymal as above.
Bloods: Still waiting on Monday's redo. 5 days and nothing back. The lab is taking the piss. RoidSafe is still chasing the fresh full panel from a different provider, hopefully something lands this week.
IVF: Hospital fees paid yesterday and the paperwork is in. From here it's just following the protocol the wife and I have been handed, transfer next month is locked in with the 4BB embryo sitting ready. Feels good to have the admin part done.
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 10/10. Sleep 8-9 hr through the week, dialled in.

Tuesday 05 May Update (no training data, BJJ recovery test today)
Quick check-in fellas, no gym session to report. Last lift was Friday's Upper B. Monday was wedding anniversary so I traded the gym for time with the wife, no regrets. Sunday I was up in the hills cutting a new dirt bike track close to home, walked uphill for a couple hours and rode the moto for the rest of the arvo. Ankle didn't blink, nice confidence check.
Today is the proper test. Heading back to BJJ this arvo with NO legs stacked on top. Last week I rolled straight off Lower A into my first BJJ class in 25 years and got cooked for the whole week after. Lesson learned, ego in the bin. Going in fresh today to see what the ankle and the body actually do when not pre-fatigued.
Ankle: 1/10 stiffness, basically nothing day to day. Hike + moto Sunday didn't flag a thing.
Wrist: 0/10, still holding on systemic BPC alone, no direct pin needed.
Peptide protocol changes since last update:
- BPC-157 taper: dropped from 250mcg 2x/day to 250mcg 1x/day SubQ near ankle from Sat 2 May. End of week 4, both ankle and wrist much improved, killed the PM shot and kept the AM ankle pin.
- TB-500 maintenance kicked in early: Sunday 3 May was the first maintenance pin, 2.5mg held weekly Mon SubQ belly. Didn't drop to 2mg, the loading dose was sitting beautifully so I'm holding it. Loading wrapped at end of week 4 instead of dragging another week.
AAS / fertility protocol: Stable since 20 April. Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL Test E 250), HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu.
BLOODS ARE BACK
Finally. 9 days from collection (27 Apr) to result. Drawn one week into the bumped 150mg/wk Test E, with full HCG + Puregon + Exemestane stack running.
- Total T: 20 nmol/L (range 8-30, BB 20-35)
- Free T: 473 pmol/L (range 200-600)
- E2 (sensitive): 188 pmol/L (range 40-160, BB 70-180) - 8 above the BB top, 28 above standard
- T:E2 ratio: 11.3 (target 14-30 standard, 10-40 BB)
- FSH / LH: <1 / <1 (suppressed, expected)
- HCT: 0.47 L/L (range up to 0.50) - no creep yet on the bumped dose
- Liver: ALT 30, AST 21, GGT 16 - clean despite BPC + TB + bumped Test running together
- Lipids: Total 4.4, LDL 3, HDL 1, Trig 0.8 - all in line
E2 is the talking point. Total T sitting comfy mid-cruise, Free T solid, but the T:E2 ratio at 11.3 is below the 14 standard floor. I will start taking Exemestane to 12.5mg 3x/wk (37.5mg/wk total), I want clean E2. Pharma Arimidex still on hand if I'd rather flick the AI entirely. Open to thoughts from anyone running similar.
Lower T reading likely culprit:
HMG → Puregon swap
HMG = mixed FSH + LH activity. Puregon = pure FSH. I lost the LH-side testicular stimulation when switched in early March. HCG is my only LH-analog now. So the testicular contribution to Total T dropped meaningfully.
IVF: Wife took her last birth control pill last Thursday and is officially off them. Waiting on the clinic's next round of instructions for the lining-prep protocol. 4BB embryo still locked in for transfer next month, just sitting tight on the call.
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 8/10.
Sleep: 9/10 across the long weekend, big reset.

Wed 06 May Update (BJJ without legs result + IVF locked in)
Quick check-in, no fresh gym data since Fri's Upper B. Mon was the wedding anniversary so I traded the gym for the wife. Tue I deliberately skipped legs and went to BJJ on its own to test whether last week's full body wreckage was the leg+BJJ stack or BJJ alone doing it.
BJJ test result: hypothesis confirmed. Plenty of energy through the class, finished with gas in the tank and could've kept going if asked. Big shift from last week. The catch is BJJ fitness is its own animal, shoulders and arms ran out of glycogen halfway through the rolls and the gym work doesn't carry over the way you'd think. Going to take a handful more sessions before those muscles get used to the position-specific stretches.
Sleep: In bed 9pm, slept like a rock til 4:30am. Woke up with the right shoulder blade screaming from yesterday's arm locks, couldn't find a position to drop back off. Fought it for a bit, eventually got back under and slept til 9. Muscles aren't used to those stretches yet, expecting it to settle as I ride out a few more classes.
Ankle: zero issues, holding up beautifully. BPC's still doing its thing on the AM ankle pin only. Wrist holding 0/10 on systemic alone.
Plan today: custom full body session to catch up the Lower A and Upper A I missed Mon/Tue. Loading legs and pull work into one block, keeping it tight on time.
IVF lining-prep is live: the clinic delivered the final transfer plan yesterday. Wife doing her first blood test today, then 5 days on Letrozol, then a fresh blood pull, trigger the ovulation, scheduled scan, and if everything tracks we transfer the embryo on day 6 after ovulation. Fully on the rails now, no more waiting on admin or PGTA, just executing the protocol.
Subjective: Energy 9/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 9/10. Body feels good apart from the shoulder blade still being on fire.
Cheers fellas

good day with bjjbut careful with any injuries from it!
All sounds like its moving well brother! Good news with ivf! And also happy to here the injuries are recovering really well![]()
interestingOne thing I noticed since starting on BPC/TB is that my scars (and I have lots of them from moto etc hahah) that being this one below or even my stretch marks the colour in the center where it used to be just a pale white-ish colour now is really like light pink/red
Its crazy to see how BPC/TB is working and its improving microcirculation and collagen activity in those areas.

Friday 8 May Update (Training update from Thu 7 May, Upper B)
Upper B done Thursday. Same numbers as last week but the bar moved better. No top set PRs, the work just felt cleaner across the board, taking that as the bumped Test E quietly doing its job.
Thu 7 May, Upper B (weights per side excl. bar / per DB):
- DB Incline Bench: 30/35/40/40 x 8/8/8/6
- SS Cable Low Fly 9.1 x 12 x 3 + Lat Pull Down CG 57/63/70 x 10
- Single Arm Bench Bent Over Row: 40 x 10 x 3
- SS Cable One Arm Lateral Raise 9/9/11 x 12 + Cable Face Pull 20.4 x 12 x 3
- SS DB Incline Curl 9 x 12 x 3 + Cable Pushdown 27.2/27.2/29.5 x 12
Ankle: 1/10, basically background noise now. Single AM pin holding it.
Wrist: 0/10. Systemic BPC still covering it without a direct pin.
Right shoulder blade (BJJ residue): still niggling overnight from last Tuesday's arm locks, doesn't flag at the gym. Workable. Expecting it to settle as the body learns the new positions.
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg AM near ankle (1x/day taper since week 4). TB-500 2.5mg/wk Mon SubQ belly (maintenance). Zero PIP everywhere.
Protocol: Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL Test E 250), HCG 500IU + Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu/Sat (3x/wk from this week, 37.5mg/wk total). First bumped Exemestane pin at the new frequency went in Thu, no sides.
IVF lining-prep is LIVE: wife's first blood test came back clean and the 5-day Letrozol block has started. Once that wraps it's fresh bloods, trigger ovulation, scan, then embryo transfer on day 6 post-ovulation. 4BB embryo locked in. After 3+ weeks of admin and waiting, it feels great being on the rails.
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 9/10. Body holding up well, sleep solid bar that one bad shoulder blade night.

What Happened
About 2 months ago I had a pretty solid off on my Beta 350 out in the bush. The bike came down and landed right on my foot/ankle. Hurt like hell. Got it scanned straight away, no fractures thankfully but the scan showed soft tissue damage (ligaments/tendons around the ankle).
It's been about 8 weeks now and while it's improved, it's still not 100%. There's still some stiffness and discomfort especially in the mornings and when I'm pushing heavy on leg days. I can train through it but it's definitely limiting me on squats, lunges and anything that puts load through that ankle.
So I've decided to run a BPC-157 and TB-500 protocol for 8 weeks to see if it can get me over that last hurdle and fully heal this thing up.
The Protocol (8 Weeks)
Peptide Dosage Frequency Route Source BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day (AM + PM) SubQ near ankle @Prymal TB-500 2.5mg 2x/week (loading 4 weeks) SubQ belly (systemic) @Prymal TB-500 2mg 1x/week (maintenance 4 weeks) SubQ belly (systemic) @Prymal
Keeping the doses on the lower end. BPC pinned as close to the injury site as possible, TB-500 subQ in the belly since it works systemically.
Last Blood Results (new coming soon)

- Australian, IFBB competitor, currently off-season
- Currently on TRT (Test E 40mg 2x/week) + fertility protocol (HCG, Puregon, Exemestane)
- Training 4x/week, Upper/Lower hypertrophy split
- Dirt bikes are my other passion, ride a Beta 350 RR in the Victorian bush
The ankle is the main thing holding back my lower body days. Squats and lunges are where I feel it most.
- Mon, Upper A (compound focus): Smith Decline Bench 4x6-8, Chest Dips 4x8-10, Pull-ups 4x6-8, BB Bent Over Row 4x8-10, DB Shoulder Press 3x10, Bicep/Tricep superset

- Pain/stiffness (1-10 scale) daily
- Range of motion (dorsiflexion, inversion, eversion)
- Ankle circumference (swelling)
- Impact on training (can I squat/lunge without limitation?)
- Any side effects from the peptides
I've been talking about BPC on a few threads around here and now it's time to put my money where my mouth is. Keen to see what 8 weeks does.
- Full recovery of the ankle, no more stiffness or limitation
- Document a real world BPC/TB-500 healing log with actual measurements

Tuesday 12 May Update (Training update from Monday 11 May)
First proper Upper A in a few weeks (the U/L rotation has been Upper B heavy lately). 47 min, 7 exercises, weights per side excluding the bar.
- Smith Machine Decline Bench Press: 20/35/35/45 x 8/8/8/6 (Pain 1, Pump 4, Workload 4)
- Chest Dip (loaded): 54.4/54.4/68/68 x 10
- Pull Up normal grip: BW x 6 x 4
- Barbell Bent Over Row: 20/20/30/40 x 10/10/10/8
- DB Seated Shoulder Press: 22.5/27.5/30 x 10/10/8 per DB
- Cable Incline Biceps Curl: 18.1/20.4/22.7 x 10 x 3
- Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extension: 20.4/22.7/24.9 x 10 x 3
Decline bench felt great on the front delts, dips loaded properly, pulls held up clean.
Biceps tendon niggle: caught a 1/10 ache at the inside of my elbow this week, classic distal biceps tendinitis. Quick anatomy refresher for anyone who hasn't run into it: the biceps brachii has two heads (long + short) that converge into a single distal tendon, which inserts onto the radial tuberosity right below the elbow joint. Heavy elbow flexion under supination is the exact load profile that hammers that insertion point. I get this same flare when I do too many arm wrestle sessions, or when I throw in too many legless rope climbs where the elbow stays locked in flexion under full bodyweight tension. This week's trigger was Wed full body straight into Thu Upper B, two upper days in a row stacked rowing and curling volume on the distal tendon. Lesson logged: spacing curl volume across the split matters more than total weekly tonnage once that tendon is flagging. Backed off curls today, will keep it light through the week.
BPC localised pin trial (Sun, Mon, Tue): put a 250mcg shot directly on the biceps insertion near the elbow joint each of the last three days. Honestly the biceps is already feeling significantly better. The previous times this tendon flared on me it took WEEKS to settle, this round is looking like days. Same pattern I saw with the ankle when I dropped both pins on the joint, localised BPC hitting the irritated site directly absolutely earns its keep. Will keep monitoring through the week but this is shaping up as another strong data point for BPC's site-specific tendinopathy effect on top of the systemic recovery.
Ankle: 0/10. Background noise gone, walking + dirt bike riding + BJJ all clean. AM BPC pin on the ankle still doing its thing.
Wrist: 0/10. Systemic BPC holding on its own, no direct pin needed.
Peptides (@Prymal):
- BPC-157 250mcg AM near ankle (1x/day taper, week 4+), zero PIP
- BPC-157 250mcg on the biceps insertion near elbow (Sun + Mon + Tue, targeted 3-day course for the distal tendon), zero PIP
- TB-500 2.5mg Mon SubQ belly maintenance, clean
AAS + fertility protocol (unchanged):
- Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL Test E 250)
- HCG 500IU 4x/wk
- Puregon 75IU 4x/wk
- Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu/Sat (3x/wk = 37.5mg/wk, second week at the bumped frequency)
IVF lining-prep: Letrozol block wrapped, wife's fresh bloods came back clean, and the lining scan is booked for tomorrow (Wed 13 May). Next stop after the scan is trigger ovulation, then the transfer lands on day 6 post-ovulation with the 4BB embryo. Fully on the rails now, no more waiting on admin.
BJJ: Class this arvo. Second solo BJJ session, no legs stacked beforehand. Will see if the shoulder/arm glycogen capacity has shifted with the recovery week in between.
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 9/10. Same numbers as last post, body holding steady.

Wed 13 May Update (no fresh gym, IVF scan + BJJ + biceps trial check-in)
IVF lining scan today. Scan + bloods done this arvo. Lining still on the thin side. More bloods tomorrow and possibly Saturday to read where the cycle is heading. Two paths in play: either trigger ovulation manually or wait for the wife to ovulate naturally if the lining catches up. New scan possibly Monday to confirm. Embryo transfer (4BB from PGTA) still locked, just need lining + ovulation timing to line up.
BJJ Tue 12 May (second solo session, no legs stacked). So much more gas in the tank this week than the first solo session, glycogen capacity in the shoulders and arms is climbing already. Biceps was the bottleneck this time (distal tendon still flagging through grip work and locks). Also caught the wife's flu, throat went sore yesterday and the BJJ chokes irritated it badly. Hard to swallow food and water today, so gym is off the table this arvo.
BPC biceps insertion trial update (Sun 10 + Mon 11 + Tue 12 + extending). Significantly better like 99.9% better. Keeping the 250mcg localised pin on the biceps insertion going daily until it fully resolves, but this thing is incredible man, I am shocked with the results! Zero PIP on the new site.
Ankle: 0/10 holding.
Wrist: 0/10 on systemic BPC alone.
Biceps: 1-2/10 ache at the elbow, trending down day on day.
Peptides: BPC-157 250mcg AM near ankle + 250mcg PM near biceps insertion (localised trial). TB-500 2.5mg/wk Mon SubQ belly maintenance, clean.
Protocol (unchanged): Test E 75mg Mon/Thu (SCL), HCG 500IU 4x/wk, Puregon 75IU 4x/wk, Exemestane 12.5mg Mon/Thu/Sat (3x/wk, third week at the bumped 37.5mg/wk frequency, zero sides).
Subjective: Energy 8/10, Mood 8/10, Libido 9/10. Same numbers as Monday despite the flu creeping in. Sleep solid bar the sore throat last night.
