1. 16 pull-ups consecutive
2. Bench press warm up. Felt very weak
3. Overhead press warm up sets, ran out of time
4. >8000 steps. Pretty mean steps though. I first bought an Apple Watch because I thought it would count poles for me as flights of stairs. It does not count the poles I climb as steps or stairs or anything lol. Finally made it out of the ravine today.
