Rapid fire update:
My check in with coach yesterday was great, we’re at the half way mark of our timeline for the fat loss phase
Looking and feeling a tad flat now, not that I’m complaining as we are digging it and I’m so excited to see the change.
Calorie drop about 180 this week, I’m sure there’s plenty more to drop haha
Have not missed a single beat this whole time, zero off plan anything, not that I’m saying this to glorify myself - only to highlight the commitment you should want to undertake if you have a serious goal at hand
King Kong had 2 new athletes join the team today as well, very very grateful for the amount of evo legends trusting me with there goals
