Not sure I've ever seen 5 bicep exercises in a session before. You reckon that many is necessary? Even the standard arm day is normally 3 each of bi's and tri's.

Maybe maybe not lol. Sorry honestly I was just feeling really good in the gym and decided to put in some extra brother usually I do four but took advantage of feeling really good and an empty gym

Yeah I use the rythm at home test monthly. Then I do the VA twice a year along with my primary care through my insurance twice a year. Comparing all three the numbers are all very close. Now RYTHM isn't not has in depth but it gives me 38 markers and I am 100% fine with that. It gives the big stuff that matters to me anyways.

Man I was an 18D (Green Beret or Special Forces Medic however you want to phrase it, technically it's Special Forces because technically Special Forces means you are a Green Beret. Now Special Forces/SEALS/Rangers all fall under the Special Operations umbrella)

We had five ourselves IV on the top of our feet, in our thighs etc.

Cardio:3.5 mile run on treadmill in 30 minutes. The timer does say 31 minutes but I have to start the belt to input age/weight/time so the first minute I only went .01 miles.

Core: 65 hanging leg raises/50 ab wheel roll outs/60 oblique Crunches/Plate Loaded Crunch 15x115x3

Headed out of town tomorrow, have to drive up to see my Granny and Papaw in Kentucky. I have been blessed to be nearly 50 and them both to still be alive. Granted my family and myself are a bunch of hillbillies and my granny had my mom at a young age and my mom had me young both were 16, I somehow managed to not have any children even though when I was younger I was completely wreck less lol. But my papaw ain't in the best of health and I need to go see them.

That being said I have already dirt bagged it and signed up for a free trial at Planet Fitness one day and Crunch another for Friday and Saturday. I am driving back home Sunday. Gonna get my cardio in with my service dog and do a couple runs both mornings. I will still post and keep you guys updated on my log.

Thank you sir, actually I really like to run and come from a running background. I have been taking it easy on the running just because the way I typically run isn't condusive to putting on muscle. For example the minimum I would usually run would be five miles in 35-36 minutes so running around a seven minute mile. But like I said I have been a runner for 25+ years.
 
Oh shoot it's above the SHBG I must have cropped it out on accident and didn't realize it 😂. That's on me but it's at my Estrogen is at 22 and like I said I don't do prolactin. I am a really low aromitizer to begin with in regards to estrogen and I am running primo which helps with E2 already. I have never used an AI before.

The highest test I have ever ran was 700mg the first time I cycled primo because I heard how it can crash your E2 out. But for me personally anything. Above 500-600 test just makes me feel heavy even though I am not treating water or heavier really if that makes sense.
