Since Monday, I have been taking a break from training. I'm still pinning my gear, but I have been resting up. I had major head surgery, so I've been out of the game for a week


. But that's okay.
I think I might start doing some light band work at home, depending on how I feel. These painkillers that have been prescribed to me are definitely interfering with me, but that's okay. Recovery comes first

Diet is still good

. Training, not so much at the moment

. Oils are still great

. I'm really enjoying the oils from Shadow Labs. Currently, I'm running Test Enanthate 250, Masteron Propionate, Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 150mg/mL, and Equipoise 100mg to keep eq in check.
I'm also taking HCG at 250 IU twice per week (15 units Monday and Thursday) just to keep the boys alive

Absolutely loving the gear, and I'd say it's GOAT-tier


. Very happy with the team I'm with and very happy overall. Just a little disappointed about the surgery, but I'll be back at it soon

Also, the beautiful hoodie that Shadow Labs sent me is so comfortable, and I get compliments on it at the gym all the time


. Definitely a nice bonus.

If anyone has any tips for some light band work I can do, I'd appreciate it. I already know the basics, but I'm always open to different exercises, ideas, or suggestions

I'll be posting an update every weekend


with progress shots, training updates once things heal a bit better, and any changes to my gear. That includes any dosage adjustments, compounds added or removed, whether I decide to cruise, come off, or continue running. At this stage, I'm leaning towards staying on, but we'll see how things progress over the coming weeks.
