A nice little easy Saturday session in the books. Taking it easy this week and eating whatever we feel like. I figure after 3 months of hardcore lifting and dieting I can take a week to recover. Starting late next week will be the start of the final 12 week push to end this cycle. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get strong AF!!!

I can sure feel the anadrol now that I have been in a slight cal surplus while deloading the last few days. My arms feel pumped even though it's been like 4 days since I've trained them. BW up about 9lbs since increased cals for the last 5 days. Midsection same size.
anadrol + high carbs/protein thats going to pump you up, you're refeeding now right? @RoidRage69

Had a really good push session today. Got out 3 sets of 5 with 315 on Incline Bench. Decided to go up and test my strength and got out 1 rep with 335 which is a massive PR for me. I am shocked at this since I stopped taking TNE and Anadrol on Tues. I expected to lose some strength but low and behold I just keep getting stronger each week no matter what I take. Since I am no longer taking the TNE I am increasing my Test Cyp dose to 600mg per week which is close to the amount needed in order to replace what I am no longer taking. After a few weeks of being off the anadrol I will be adding in Tbol and anavar to finish off the last 7-8 weeks of the year. So this is my current cycle until I add in the var and tbol.

@RoidRage69 I had clients use anavar and tbol just for your reference stick to higher anavar and lower tbol more smooth that way.
do you need full 600 cyp or can you do with 400? not sure how you respond bro :D

I will be lowering dose of test down to 400-500 and mast down to 200 when I add in the var and tbol.

interesting, I see PRs almost every time you train @RoidRage69 , you are clearly getting stronger while you lean out, very impressive bro :D

the lower cal food days are harder, I suggest adding psyllium husk and berberine at higher doses to help

Had a good session today. I accidentally misloaded the skullcrushers and thought I was doing 140 but ended up doing 150. I was wondering why I got out 8 reps last week and only 6 on sets today. My recovery is definitely alot slower without HGH. I can only imagine how fast I would recover if I was on it. Ok everyone have a good training week ahead and bust out some gains!!!

I don't know where you get your motivation to keep killing it

it takes great discipline to train consistently like this
but this is why you have such great results

Monday workouts are never fun
 
make sure you do some fasting for that loose skin
that will really tighten things up around the stomach
