i have been eating and eating and eating because i have gotten away with being thicker and still being in demand when i go out in fact, they prefer it and yes they still focus on my body fur not my muscle.
but i stepped on the scale last night at

pounds. That's way in my danger zone of the 200-225 fatty territory.
this morning i made a egg turkey cheese sandwich and still made pancakes too.
the last 7 pounds happened in less than two weeks.
just a few months ago i was 185-189 with a low of 182. very cut.
then 188-192 ignored that. then firmly inthe 190s. and now look.
i'm not even eating very much i mean less than most people eat.
maybe these work outs are making me hungrier and certainly i like the thicker beefier up body look that comes with it.. but this has to stop.

i want a tight waist and flat stomach on the beach.
a gradual approach won't work. i need drastic measures.

it doesn't look terrible but its puffy and undefined.
i mean i can that i look hot by the stands of my peers but for my own desire to wear a tight tank top .... and i have been round and round about diet on this log.
but food is yummy and soothing like drug

Drop the carbs and just go high protein/fat until you leave. After 3-4 weeks fat will fall off. Bet you could easily lose 20lbs.

i'll start the fasting walks . that really worked. it's just summer just suddenly vanished and we went right into cold dreary. ( well no it's not north dakota or buffalo , but still...

just a quick update

i turned 60 in November ugh.
but im looking pretty good for 60 year old.

Current stats
age 60
height 5'9"
weight 202 (eeeeek)

after we finished the german volume training, having paired up with fwb to split costs i've been on circuit that has a little more cardio mixed in mainly in the form of shorter/ no breaks

So we do 3x week MWF

6 exercises 15 reps each x 3 times around.

warm ups are 3m bike or row
j curls ball / pressure on sore spots
and bands / pull aparts

this week i'm alone cuz my fwb had to run to MX for family business so when it's just me Dan has me on just a basic bro split

for the birthday/ holiday period i just started eating. everything lol. my protien is down pasta and cookies are up, So not only had i gone from the 180s to the 190s, but the big batch of spaghetti i made blew me up to 202. pasta just blows me up like nothing else does.

BUT i have made gains in size and strength so im carrying the weight and still looking good. So i'm just going to call this " winter bulk"
i like how it makes my arms bigger. And it's just the usual dilemma we have have bulk? or Cut.
That said, the pasta is excusable but the oreos maybe not.
i'm up to 165 x five reps on my bench. 135 incline

the things we cover in a typical week are
front squat dumbell
RDL
kettle dead lift
reverse lunge
fly
reverse fly
bench p
in-line p
shoulder p
row
skull crush
hammer

i inputted info to two different body builder calculators to see " ideal measurements "

i'm on target with some and lacking in others not surprised to find it's exactly the areas i figured.
Since i self measured it was a little sloppy trying to get shoulders and chest etc but roughly
current ------------------/goal per calc
neck 17 > 17
shoulders 52 > 54
chest 43 >46
waist 42 bloated/38 held tight >33
hip 39 > 41
wrist 7
forearm 12.5 > 13
bicep 15.25 > 17
quad 22 > 24
calves 16 > 17

i'm not that far off but adding 1.5 inches to a bicep is a heavy lift

You are definitely a wise man this is the time of year going into New Year what a lot of people abandoned their relationships

It seems like you're very dirty carb sensitive where they blow you up so that's something you've got to work on

true but it's a guideline i mean obviously my waist is not going to be 32 unless i stave to death and then i'd lose my gains
but im very close neck calves chest quads i can make those numbers ifnibkerpngoing it might take a couple more years of this
overall im finally pleased .
but ive really been a fuck up on my diet
so now it's drastic measures
 
202 lbs at 5 ft.9 is not bad.
But yeah, definitely set a goal at what you want to get to.
 
Good job on this training. It's what it's all about.
Growth hormone is also a wise choice, just don't overdo it. Keep it at a low dose.
 
be careful with tren and don't be afraid to lower the dose.
the main issue with tren is it spikes carb cravings which is the last thing you need!
 
I would have told you to use Primo instead of tren.
also i would do anavar instead of masteron but that is just my opinion.

i would use tren only 4-6 weeks that is it.
swap out of it, don't stay on too long it will cause toxicity.
ok. i have anavar to switch too.
i'm wondering now that i have the hgh what will that do versus the other stuff.
i may need less
masteron is a staple for me it seems to make me harder drier
tren isn't the best but it seems to give me the aggression i need. lately ive felt so, not aggressive enough

meanwhile the right bicep tendon is being a pain in the ass so i'm going to ask DR for a shot. i know it's not good to do it multiple times but ive done for other issues ( wrist knee etc) and usually just one shot cures the issue. its really impediing progress. i could increase five or ten pounds lifting without the chronic pain.
i would use tren only 4-6 weeks that is it.

the extra weight makes the ED worse and the trimix less effective. I think it affects blood flow.
Not good for me considering i have a responsibility to take good care of all the pretty twink puss out there 🤪 there a s shortage of tops so I have a duty to perform. I could do more good if i do two at a time.😬

well i've been eating like a pig so that helps.. it's always the dilemma eat get big but a thick belly or starve get cut and lose the beefy upper 🤷
of course i'd id eat some protien and just cut the carbs in half and stop eating the garbage my coworkers leave laying around....
 
You have a lot of muscle on your frame, so that spikes your body weight more than It should.

in this case it prescribed by doctor ( for legit condition) and covered by insurance. So i'll assume it's correct dose in fact i should post a pic ...

yesterday was day one of getting the diet back.
of lucre it's sunday so i had to go to eagle for an hour then i had a date with the prettiest femboy omg 🥵 but... i didn't eat any garbage. actually i didn't eat most of the day so i was so hungry... and came so close to cheeseburgers and things... but i waited drive home, and the ground turkey with some salsa and a corn tortillas.

I'm so hungry now and i train in 90
minutes so i'm gonna get up and have more ground turkey with some eggs on top.
if i do this all week my weight will drop very quickly.

this morning : 201
goal 189

half of that 12 pounds is probably water from the garbage food.( skittles oreos, coffee cakes, the 5 boxes of chocolates o got for my birthday the dominos pizza and the gallons of juice i drink.

since workout partner fwb is out of town Trainer took me off the circuit we were sharing has me doing just basic lifting with emphasis on chest and arms since those are the areas i want to add most. especially upper chest. i know genetics has a lot to do with how we are shaped but just want more pump up at the top.

we also did some pull ups today which we have done ina while cuz we are in makeshift temp space so it's a lot of improv.
but honestly you don't need a gym full of high end machines. i've made all my progress this year training between classes at a makeshift crossfit gym in a temp space. there are NO machines. it's just weights a couple benches and some bands. he can turn that into a full effective workout. ( and no membership $)

meanwhile i'm going through it cuz fwb has been so occupied with his husbands issues and the holidays etc and it seems there no time for me not even a text. But i have no real indication anything has changed i even said "im afraid your over it" repose " why would you think that we're fine we've had this talk before "
but i go directly to the " you better dump him before he dumps you" mindset which is greatly exacerbated by the adhd. ai have a habit of fucking up good things. so "mouth shut and take no drastic action. "
and our vallarta trip is in 9 weeks so do t fuck it up.

all you need is a few weights and a bench and you killing it
amazing you doing it well, and you going to get shredded for the trip

my justification for tortilla chips ( and these a local west coast family company and fairly clean) is that they're corn so no gluten and thus better than bread . but yes of course there's some fat

you won't find too many people over 60 who have your type of physique.
 
you should set a goal and if you hit that goal you should make a pledge that you're going to shave your chest lol. that would be cool if you did!
 
your past experience is doing sports has definitely helped you even at your age.

I definitely agree on not needing a high end gym. You work with what you got and can still get a great session in.
what i like best is that since it's a crosst fit space. ( in fact a temp space in old back lobby while the next door thai restaurant is being converted to the new crossfit space) for the most part there's no know one else in there But me and trainer. There's one other girl who's a trainer and sometimes has her client there )
but since i don't like to share and i don't like people it's nice to work out in peace and without that damn rap music these kids today listen to. god that grates on my nerves. ( all then music sucks today anyway)

cortisone will make you bloated and fat, massage therapist can fix without the bloating, massage is win bro

i know the shots are bad repeatedly but i've had them as a one time deal with no sides and it worked ( wrist)
so what i'll do is see the chiro/phys therapy gal monday and
and make a back up appt with my ortho just in case.

i seriously think i could lift ten pounds more without the pain without even trying.

The best way to heal those is massage, acupuncture but if you want long term healing you need to get BPC157 or hGH, didnt you get an HGH script?

yes i started my hgh about 10 days ago
and i just cancelled my therapy chiro/ massage gal cuz she said the insurance deducted is 500 and they are out of network

@SFDom415 are you sure you are taking a WHOLE vial each day? thats a lot of HGH so need clarification

well the dose is one vile per day mixed with 6m of the water they send me 4 weeks supply at a time
4 boxes with 7 viles each

yes per the instructions. i mean ill double check in the morning but like i said
they send me a one month supply at a time
they are pre packaged in packs of
7 viles and 7 water viles
one for each day of the week
and there are four weeks worth each month .

you draw the water to 6
inject the water into the powder dissolve
draw the mixture out at 6
and administer sub q

it comes with the month supply of syringe
draw needle and poke needle
one per day. 🤷

Dealing with people all day would drive me nuts. Especially with social media and review sites. A Karen will post a negative review over something stupid. That’s why I will never own a brick business and deal with people face to face. I would end up in fights lol.
 
@SFDom415 for the really sick guys yes its 1 vial but generally speaking you are supposed to get 2-3 IUs per day
