No it doesn't. I like the pin loaded version of this though. I have to do standing straight arm pull downs/pullovers in place of it.
Same here actually its not bad at all, but having something like this, cpuld you imagine the rear delt stretch you could achieve.

I forgot to mention in the log it was narrow stance too. I like doing them this way as it really activates the quads really well.

Went up and did a single with 335 for a PR. Shoulder doesnt like the way flat bench feels. Can definitely feel the pain it causes. Incline bench doesn't hurt at all compared to flat so we will stay away from flat bench and concentrate on inlcline exclusively since our gym has a crappy bench to start with. Not wide enough and the starting point is way too high with no adjustments so it sucks for the wife as she cant get tucked in lockout position. Had a massive PR on incline bench following the flat bench. 8 weeks ago I maxed out and did 1 rep with 335. Today I was pre exhausted and went up to 340 for a set of 3. I could have done 4 or 5 but didnt want to push my luck. Very excited about that!!! I think 365 in within reach by years end. Also did DB incline flys for the first time in many years. Had a good stretch at the bottom with good control. Will be likely doing these every chest day for the rest of the year. Will just go up 5 lbs each week until I fail. Doing deadlifts on Friday. Ok everyone have a good solid week ahead.

flat bench and shoulders always a pain for me as well I like to get a wider grip myself for it

Funny thing you say they, there’s an older dude today at gym little guy he has a trainer at the gym usually not today no spot! He was incline bb benching behind us we were on dumbbells. He got stuck racking wt, RR saw him he had 95lbs on the bar, half wt racked half missed the peg, he was holding on fir life, ran back he got the other half. He was ok. Thankful. We were talking about our age and pushing one more rep when we know shouldn’t, not as young or a strong as we used to be…. He said well you guys are “Industrial Strength” lol. We all laughed pretty good at that one. Never heard that before we have been called inspirational and strong, I wanna be you, be never Industrial Strength 🤣🤣🤣

Do any of the mass monster pros these days do decline bench? Is it a good mass builder or waste of time? Thinking about adding it to my chest day.

Today was a milestone for myself. Finally broke the 600 lb deadlift barrier. 575 was my best before today. Did 585 and it flew up so fast I decided I had to break 600 so went for 605 and it went easily. I think if I had skipped 585 I could have gone to 625 and made it. So now I have to hold back and wait another month before attempting again. I feel every 4 weeks is about my limit on maxing on deadlift. Hoping to break 625 around my birthday this Christmas. Ok everyone have a nice finish for the week. Get strong AF!!!

Went in for a late afternoon session today since we had to take ferry back across the sound from our daughters place. Not the normal amount of energy. Didnt eat too much and even skipped dessert yesterday after eating prime rib. Slept for just over 10 hours after dinner last night. Strength is still picking up while eating on average of 2000 cals per day. Waist is still getting tighter. Planning to do 305 for sets of 7 next week on incline as I dont see any reason why my strength will fall at this point. Just finished 4 weeks on Tbol and Anavar. Have another 4 weeks to go at 40mg of each per day. Not changing a damn thing. When things are working keep it the same until it doesn't. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!

I think I will go one more hard week before deloading followed by a heavy week with low volume tapering so I can max out the week after. I should lose a bunch of weight in the process as muscle/excess water weight will drop during the taper. As long as I am stronger I don't give a shit. I will have plenty of time to slowly put the muscle back on with IGF in the fridge. Ok everyone have a great week ahead and get strong AF!!!

I also wanted to point out that every single set I did in the gym is listed including the 4 warmup sets for deadlifts. I have a belief that once your main exercise is warmed up there is no reason to waste sets going forward unless its a completely different muscle group that didnt get any blood flow in the first exercise.

Today was the start of a taper that will last 3 weeks. Going to try and max out at as close to 365 on the incline bench as possible by years end. Cut all tricep work out today and will only do a couple tricep exercises on arm day if at all. Might even skip arm/delt day until after the year to help the taper. If not we might just go really light and deload on those days just to keep blood pumping and recovering from everything else. I felt so strong on my pec/dec fly machine today. Able to do the stack with perfect form with nice long stretch and hold on top and bottom. Felt explosive. Probably not going to do them next week and help the taper even more.

Also went to a powerlifting meet this weekend. Man all I could think of is I want to get on that platform and compete and see how far I can go. I really want to break those records. I would have a fun time going up against the 20 year old crowd. Would be fun to smoke em!!! Planning on possibly looking for a powerlifting meet in Mid May which would be about 12 weeks into my next cycle. Most likely going to be a Test/Primo cycle as I dont want to gain any muscle mass. I need to be able to stay under 220 lbs for the competition so I will have to do a water cut to make weight when I do it. Ok everyone have a nice strong week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

I've been at this weight for the last 3 weeks now so it's not like it's drastic. I'm most likely going to stop the Masteron now as that really dries me out. I kind of remembered last time I had to stop Masteron after 8 weeks cause it got me too dry it seemed.

Another day of peaking and hitting another all time best on my incline bench. Went up to 350 for a single. Could have done more but I want to see how high I can get by the years end so I have 2 more sessions left to peak to the fullest. Feels good to have zero shoulder pain today. Took a meloxicam last night and it completely took care of the inflammation. I can imagine my body will probably start twitching from all the energy being stored up from tapering so much. Feels good on the body. Almost like a deload but better as peaking for heavy lifts is alot more fun. I will be back on Friday for possibly attempting 635 on my conventional deadlift. I will at least attempt to do it. If I fail I will most likely hit it the following week as my body will at least know what the weight feels like. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week.

We got him all loaded up for his 350lb incline bench. Went up pretty fast. Would took a pic but had to spot him. I think 365 is in reach no prob. Nice job!! 💪💪🌸💕🎄
