First time logging, a big thankyou to @Sydneycitysupplements for the sponsor.

I’ll be running 125mg test e twice a week and 1mg Reta once a week. Will be getting bloods in 6-8weeks. Also got EQ to try once I feel ready.

Age - 34
Height - 175cm
Weight - 89kg
Body fat percentage - mid 20’s

Goal is to drop that fat % into the teens.

History been on 250mg a week test for at least 3 years now as I now have 3 kids haven’t had the time to blast or log.

My main exercise is calisthenics and cardio 4x a week. Now about to start weights again after that long. I will be logging my missus reaction and weight loss on Reta aswell. ( currently not game to ask her weight but will find out )

Also need to also drop the weight as 2 bulging discs in my back can give me hell. I see a chiropractor once a month to help aswell.

My diet is not really set or balanced, when I’m home breakfast is scrambled eggs on a slice of toast, when I’m not home it’s an energy drink, trying to give up them. Lunch can range from two rolls of sushi to a chicken and salad wrap, dinner is always a protein and vegetables whether it’s steak or lamb and greens, chicken stirfry with rice, roast pork or lamb and roast vegetables. I love my hot foods but acid reflux says otherwise sometimes 😅.

Over the past 3 years on 250mg Test a week did you drop any weight/notice an increase in muscle mass?
If you want to run this as a cycle did you not want to put the Test up a bit? say 350 and see the difference? Especially if you are going to
start lifting.

I sort of just maintained what muscle shape I had prior to the break. Can notice loss in strength doing certain thing now tho, my weight fluctuates around 87 to highest 93 that I’ve been. I was thinking of tapering up to 400mg a couple weeks in.

Make sure to hit that cardio to get that BF down - reta should help you stay in a deficit.

Update - been a big weekend work Saturday and Australia Day 🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘 🤙 Reta has both myself and wife eating less and feeling full 💪 and loving how smooth @Sydneycitysupplements test e is. Will be training arms today with what free weights I own in my shed. Also added a probiotic for gut health and haven’t noticed the normal acid reflux I get 🤞

Have decided to up my test to 500 a week in 2 shots 250 each and 200mg of EQ once a week. Have ordered some premobolan 25mg orals from @Sydneycitysupplements to sneak in to once they arrive. Really looking forward to see the results of adding them both.

Help with increase muscle and strength, going up on test after so long wouldn’t hurt to have its ai help.
500mgs test and 200mgs eq is a legit cycle but primobolan tabs? not sure thats a requirement but up to you, primobolan acetate is not the best imo and you need an Ai with 500mgs test. @AE1079 can add to this.
 
probably just need half a tab of aromasin twice a week. EQ will help bring E2 down anway.
Agree with @LevButlerov - primo orals - just go primo injectable instead of EQ - or swap the oral for some Var or tbol towards the end of the cycle.

think the only real way to know would be blood work to see your E2. THough most people say the sweetspot for EQ is 500mg.

Update - both me and the wife have upped the Reta to 2mg I’m down 2kg she’s is down 3kg stuff is amazing. Will take a side on pic when I get time today. Absolutely loving this gear.

I had terrible stomach pain with sema, was waking up to the pain middle of the night and would sit on the toilet till something moved lol. I’m not sure if the fatigue is anything from the Reta or my kids testing me 24/7 🤣

I have 2 important learnings from sema. But might be relevant to all glp1s

1. Fiber, probiotics, and a lot of water
2. Eating too fast and too much will give me HORRIBLE spasms when I straighten my body and if bad enough, when lying down. Levsin is a LIFESAVER for it.

So cardio is now slightly limited thanks to a haematoma above my knee cap thanks to corner of the bed and a screaming kid. Already had xray nothing is fractured thankfully. Still seeing increases in strength and would love a take out meal like pizza but with this reta I would probably eat one slice and be done.

So cardio is now slightly limited thanks to a haematoma above my knee cap thanks to corner of the bed and a screaming kid. Already had xray nothing is fractured thankfully. Still seeing increases in strength and would love a take out meal like pizza but with this reta I would probably eat one slice and be done.

I've been on for about 5 months - less sides. No delayed gastric emptying. Not as much appetite suppression but you just seem to lose weight. Drops sugar levels and raises resting heart rate. Takes while to start working - about 4 weeks at 2mg a week. Lot stay on 2mg but many need higher doses. I do 3mg every 3 days so effectively 7 mg a week. Does the job nicely

My missus is loving it! same thing as you not much has changed in her life style (diet and ect) but is down 4-5kg 3rd week unless she’s working out while I’m at work 🤔 doubt it tho lol she was previously on 1mg sema from another vendor with very little effects.

Yeah I’ve been on both now, sema worked but the sides where very quick to show, the stomach cramps when I first started where shithouse, Reta hasn’t effected me at all negatively. Just quick weight loss and appetite suppressant. It’s great

Did not train yesterday, got told by a mate in the morning that had bowel cancer and it cut out and treated to now spread to lungs and liver! Same age and a good mate. I’m not gonna lie I feel useless when all I can do is offer help. It doesn’t help he jokes about it but knows he is fucked. Will get some motivation this afternoon and train and brace for a cyclone 🙄
