Hi Lads,

Starting a new log while posting the good news, log goal is still the same, to spend this entire year putting on lean tissue to look like a bodybuilder by 2026.

New annoucement is that am now moving all products over to @Liquid Gold Labs as they are now my official log sponser, Just wanted to say thank you to both @Liquid Gold Labs and @AE1079 for all the support and the assistance and am super excited to be moving forward with some incredible products.

Compounds should stay the same for the year, doses will change based on timing, cruise etc, will be using: Test 400 / Mast 250 / Eq 400 & HGH,

Current Dosages are:
800 Test E
500 Mast E
200 EQ
5iu GH ed pre bed

Non LGL products being used:
Retatrutide 1.5mg per week
SLUPP332 500mcg to 1mg per day
Lantus 15iu per high day

Current Caloric Breakdown - Starting Weight 8 weeks prior start of original growth phase was 80.3 Average - start of this week 80.9kg average, with more muscle and less bodyfat.

Today is a rest day, have physio for my shoulder which is almost at 100 percent now thank god, tomorrow will be Push,

Currently waiting for a package for the remainder of my stack :) have already pinned the 250mg mast and was impressed at how smooth it went in, was very nervous as generally in the past high concentration if not made correctly can hurt like shit, and have been running 5iu pre bed since monday, hands are tight, body fat is low, sleep has been good, will keep updating as the weeks go by,

Also attached a shot took last night from my kitchen pre bed, food has only just gone up, this was at the end of 3850 calories, post leg day, food all being shuttled to the right spots and seeing how lean I still am, lots and lots of room to be able to push up the food, need a tonne of mass this year so please follow along!

appreciate you lad, will start adding them, i eat the same thing everyday pretty much, except i do work in sales so lots of lunches out, but i just eat smart and pick things to fit my numbers (lean meat and carb)

You're definitely gonna get good results on the stack. I'm hearing a lot of good things about retatrutide.

been on it for about 6 months now, has kept me leaner, most importantly keeps the food noise away, as i used to be a massive binger

curious to see how you do on SLP-PP.

Seems like a lot of people are using it now.

appreciate you lad, i started at 78kg after my diet, and now im 81/82kg after 8 weeks of growing but im even leaner haha, growing inside out, slow and steady, 90kg at same leanness by end of year would be amazing, thats some actual tissue

all work synergistically, thank god im very lean, no estro sides at all and anytime i push it up furhter just add a bit more eq

hopefully never, fucks my digestion, only benefit is i can use literally 100mg a week and get crazy results, so maybe later :P

4000 calories and a big leg day, that's great.

You must have a very strong metabolism.

thats my high days, training days 4 a week, low days are 2650 on rest days and 1 off meal a week depending how i feel (still tracked), aim is to get high days to above 5k calories while still being lean. follow along appreciate you lad

Here is my training from last nights pull session. Weights all solid. Shoulder better now so able to progress much faster. Very excited for this push.

If anyone has tips on how to pose my rear double properly please let me know as I know it’s not opening properly. Especially when you see the lats on the rear lat

Okay lads, sorry it took longer my nails finished and i needed to change my numbers on a computer, another thank you to @AE1079 helping me change my foods around, new gear and diet as below:

Basically reduced carbs and removed lantus then added in some fats on both days to get the carbs to stick and to get the tissue to stick. focus is using the test to convert estro to then let the IGF1 from the gh work its magic, and special thanks to @Liquid Gold Labs and his high concentration smooth injectables changing my gear to 400 test and 400 eq (1ml of each per week) lets me save up to be able to run higher gh,

will continue at 5iu but eventually will up to 6 or 8 iu down the line, giving me a lot of leeway with dosages, which when abused are what fuck your bloodwork and health in the long run, gh is much less violent on markers and health :)

Steps will stay at 10k minimum per day (i average a lot more as i enjoy them)

hey mate, literally just dropped it haha, good friend gave me some good advice similar to that, Test will no longer be the anchor for growth, more so the IGF1 from GH and the estrogen from the test :)

previous total mg was 750 test 500 mast 200 eq - 1.5G
New MG Total as of today - 400 test 400 eq - 800MG total,

yeah was just using oil to use it almost haha and i feel ya on the protein but im taking it slow, also i felt the same way i started at 200 and now im at 220, what do you normally run your prot at? im 82kg atm so thats i think 180 pounds at 5'9 and pretty lean if i say so myself :P

Hi Lads,

lets start this week strong, Starting week 10 of this growth phase, please see below, updated weekly weight was 81.8 from 80.9 but this is most likely due to coming back into the gym after being sick all week 8 with chest infection, also that i upped food that week, now as you know my food has changed over slightly higher fats lower carbs so that is can stick.

First day today of new training split, will keep you all updated, operation grow everything massive but even more massifer glutes

Switching out, your dosing is not a bad idea.
There's no rule to it, feel free to switch when you feel like it.
 
800 mg is fine.

Doing testosterone and equipoise together is a good one.
 
I think as you go on the cycle, you can fluctuate things as you please. You might want to lower testosterone, or you might want to raise it, who knows?
 
masteron is more of a hardener.

But equipoise has a lot of different versatility to it. I think you'll enjoy it.

There's no rule to it, feel free to switch when you feel like it.

agreed! very smart fella @AE1079 gave me some great advice so now I am using the test for the estrogen, Eq as an anabolic & anti e and the main growth will come from the high IGF1 from the HGH at 5iu ed, this also letting me use less anabolic load save more money and put it to more gh as less sides and more results :) all products @Liquid Gold Labs

agreed, sometimes im my own worst enemy and want to push dosages even though i dont have the tissue haha, we all do it! but yep, anti e and anabiolic from EQ for the test

I think as you go on the cycle, you can fluctuate things as you please. You might want to lower testosterone, or you might want to raise it, who knows?

oh youve got it mate ;) doing bloods in 4 weeks to see how my estro goes with this mix, may end up being 600 test 400 eq or other way around and slowly titrate like that to keep estro in range whilst growing, how do you liketo run your cycles?

agreed :) and i keep my steps at minimum 10k a day (normally 12-14) and i do HIIT twice a week post training on non leg days, to keep all things moving. how high do you run your eq?

thank you very much! goal is to make everything bigger whilst keeping waist same if not smaller basically, just switched routine to 2 leg days a week now, hopefully some big things coming!
 
Morning Lads,

Had my first workout of new split last night - all attached in images :) was really good splitting legs to be honest, got a crazy ham and glute pump so that was something, also my first day of new calories, Carbs slightly lowered and fats increased,

felt good overall hunger low, energy was great during training a lot more sustained, maybe my fats were too low,

Bit soon to tell but will keep updating throughout the week, have pull tonight :)

Training will be a mix of volume and failure as basically just standard progressive overload on weekly basis, also focusing on contraction of muscle, if you look at my log youll see my weights arent super heavy but thats becuase I can feel each rep, i used to be much "stronger" slangin and bangin but i also had no muscle mass haha

Morning Lads,

Had my first workout of new split last night - all attached in images :) was really good splitting legs to be honest, got a crazy ham and glute pump so that was something, also my first day of new calories, Carbs slightly lowered and fats increased,

felt good overall hunger low, energy was great during training a lot more sustained, maybe my fats were too low,

Bit soon to tell but will keep updating throughout the week, have pull tonight :)

Training will be a mix of volume and failure as basically just standard progressive overload on weekly basis, also focusing on contraction of muscle, if you look at my log youll see my weights arent super heavy but thats becuase I can feel each rep, i used to be much "stronger" slangin and bangin but i also had no muscle mass haha

@Oracle911 why did you separated Quads from the leg split?
I can see that your quads looks ahead but I think you can still do a complete leg training just by starting with the leg Curl like your already doing ( i can see a lot of sets is it because your still looking for your set weight?), and then do a leg press variation or squat variation or isolation for the quads like extension and then the compound.
You can always put another exercise for hamstrings of course after the one for quads, your doing 2 Adduction machines and one Abduction i see, from a muscle building standpoint I'll suggest you to use the Cybex machine since you can do both Adduction and Abduction (hopefully that model otherwise yeah i understand the other Abduction Machine) and to put the seating pad all the way down to lenghten the muscles and you will see at the first try that you'll be much weaker than tou would be otherwise seated and will feel it much better in the muscles.
If the Cybex you have can do the Abduction as well you're golden and performance it with the same settings, the panatta standing Abduction is shit since your balancing yourself and are not stable while also bending at the hips and won't activate the muscles to the fullest.
A bit of an essay but trying to give my two cents especially since my Adductor and Abduction muscles are pretty well developed in would say thank to these settings and executions.

split them up more for glute focus, and overall leg growth so splitting them gives frequency, could still add a hamstring prior to quad day for sure, seated hamstring curls for me is to get blood in the muscle around the knee so exercises dont hurt (john meadows) also exercises were a bit all over the place as was my first ham glute split day, so was trying things out to see what ill like to do, should be more in tune next session :)

nah this wasnt as smart as that haha, i got onto the first machine it used to be my normal one, but as of lately it tweaks my hamstring, i got on did one light set and then thought nah fuck this, moved over to the nautilus, will be using that moving forward.

RIP John Meadows, i do Leg Curl for the same blood flow and "protective" reason.
Keep the Adduction and Abduction machine you won't regret it and will build a very big bum 😂
 
Training Update,

Last night was Pull session, attached below :) got cut slightly short as went to take progress shots in my usual bathroom and then as leaving the door handle broke off and locked me in the bathroom :ROFLMAO: thank god my mate was still training so i called her and she managed to break me out, then i told the front desk staff he had a laugh, then i find out later he locked himself in there by accident :ROFLMAO: anyway, great session good pump and strength on the rise. also got my HIIT in, now i have 2 legdays can only do it twice but good lord i love it, gets the heart pumping!

As well as this weight has been steadily climbing upwards, not sure whether becuase i have dropped test from 800 to 400 or more likely because i have dropped the 500mg of masteron.

SLUUP 600mcg pre morning cardio 600mcg middle and 800mcg pre weights for extra burn, honeslty not sure about this compound yet but i do like the increase output. as im in offseason its not so much for bodycomp (which i wouldnt mind) but more just to help food move through and see what it does.

Food has been higher fat as of monday to help the food stick more, so im a bit stuck as i changed too many variables re weight, but will keep this going for 1/2 weeks gauge and go from there, if i get too fat ill drop food a bit, i doubt it as currently GH at 5iu and steps are at like 12-14k as they clear my mind.

If you really want to build up your glutes do sumo style deadlifts.
agreed but would fry my CNS if doing legs twice a week, more trying to hit things direct, but i do stiff leg deads on a plate loaded machine so i can keep contant tension :)

feeling good with the change up of compounds, interested to see the next few weeks once EQ is fully in blood if 400/400 matches my estro, if not keen to see.

Funny you say that, today my mood has been really really good, lots of energy, pep in my step almost, thinking that 400 test 400 eq is the perfect mix and my estro is finally in range hahahhaa, will get bloods in 2 weeks to be sure though once fully in my system.

last night was my second leg day of the week of this new split, quads and glutes, only did 4 exercises as legs were not used to being hit so close together from their last session, hamstrings still a little bit sore from 2 days ago but figured its my first week they will get accustomed to the 2 sessions, was able to get an absolutely insane pump in my quads and glutes which furthered 2 points to me:

1. previous stack with high masteron in it, for some it may be a good anabolic, for me it is not, kept me hard but also stopped me getting filthy pumps.
2. Test & EQ seem to work amazingly for my body, hoping that when i pull bloods in 4 weeks this is solidified and i can run them longer and higher to continue this growth phase,

food will stay the same for at least another week so i have 2 full weeks to gauge fluctuations and photos from checkins, feeling fuller now the mast is out, was worried initially but has evened off and still have abs veins etc we good to go :)

From your number I don't think you've tried to put the seat all the way down on the Adduction and Abduction 😆, otherwise I'm blown away 😮
haha no i actually did! that was my last exercise and i really liked it, will be a staple moving forward, but this machine is lighter than most, its just one that doesnt pull my hamstring

oh it definately is just as to how much it effects you is personal, the funny thing, yesterday i was in the best mood ever, then today, sliiiiiightly shitty, while nothing else has changed makes me think that the eq is starting to hit full saturation as longer ester than my test and may be starting the pull the e2 down, which is no big deal just means up the test from 400 to 600 and keep eq the same, but i want to give it a bit longer to make sure before i pull bloods

I was surprised with EQ and e2 lowering but over time thats become fact. @Oracle911 I would cut down on EQ dose.

I agree to a degree, buttt it may have just me being a grumpy ass and work being a bit full on this week, dont know if mentioned before but am in sales, and days and weeks can change at the drop of a hat haha, as i am feeling normal again, mood is fine, also pumps in the gym have been crazy, will do my due dilligence and wait another week to get bloodwork to make sure levels are accurate before changing, if super low will raise test from 400 to 500, or if need be 600, but am really liking the look of test/eq so far :) very excited to continue, will post some updates on next post

thought estro was a bit low from current stack but i think was just a long week at work and just life in general as when i got to the gym pump was fantastic, as mentioned above will wait 1 more week to get bloods to ensure that levels are at full saturation and accurate then gauge from there,

as well as that just wanted to post a special thank you to @AE1079 as he suggested the compound and macro change, honestly it has been night and day difference, initially I will admit i used to think all that mattered was total mg in stack so as long as you had for example like 1.2g of gear and most of it was mast youll still grow as technically thats an anabolic.

I can now say (at least for my body) that is not accurate at all, have gotten more out of 400 test 400 mast than i have pushing doses upwards of 1.5 as you can see earlier in this log. even have dropped lantus too which has not slowed gains at all.

As well as this another thank you to @Liquid Gold Labs for the support and the amazing products, I went from needing to pin 5ml plus a week to get previous doses, not i literally shoot 1ml twice a week thanks to the smooth products and high concentration of the test 400 / EQ 400,

please continue to follow along, i will look like a bodybuilder eventually :)
