Great push session yesterday, was a late one due to high work volume so didn’t get to logging last night, super happy with how the body is responding post being away, first few days was a little run down but feeling super fresh and ready now. We should see the anabolics really kick in the next week which will be nice.

Body feels like it’s in a great place to grow, fresh and fresh looking.
Some post session posing rounds which I’ll be doing 4-5 times a week at around 15 minutes now to build up my posing fitness

Checkin in for the week ladies and gentleman, first one post Bali and 8 days post putting initial blast numbers in.
everything is feeling good def not my best but you can expect that after a 10 day holiday in a different country and limited access to gym half the holiday.

weight was down by a kg on last checkin but with gh only being back in 1 week and only at 3iu that was expected. overall happy with the physique will be keen to see how much pop we can get back in it over the next few weeks !!!
still unsure on shows, we may end up gunning for season c shows but atm thats maybe looking unlikely with tissue required imo, classic lineups in Aus are no joke and I want the first one to be super competitive and if I'm not confident it will be its hard to get in the mindset of all in in prep.

In saying that in a great spot, plenty of time and training is only going to get better from here !!

Health is long term, you can be a bodybuilder and be healthy. :D thats why I'm anti-insulin use unless you're going pro.

looking crazy man, do you always start legs with abs? (rope crunchs) have you found it helps the midsection? also what app do you use for sleep? i have an apple watch but the fucking thing needs to charge every 2nd night so its useless for sleep haha

Always start legs with abs as I find I get better midsection control from this and a means to turn my abdominals on before big movements.
Secondary to this I also don’t have to do them at the end when buckled so it’s win win.

Yeah I quiet like as a strategy. feels like a chore at the end of. brutal leg day, at the start its out of the way and serves as a great warm up too
