Yeah I quiet like as a strategy. feels like a chore at the end of. brutal leg day, at the start its out of the way and serves as a great warm up too

Quad shot post legs
@PopRox19 Killer quad workout! Those hack squats sound brutal, but good work pushing through. Solid volume and intensity throughout.

A great push session in the books from last night, pump was good and feeling the extra stimulus now. recovery has come up a lot which is a perfect telttale sign. some photos of posing post workout as I'm practicing 3-4 days a week as of now. 112.7 post trining clothed but were seeing this creeping up to so next checkin should be a good one.

A little update, I’ve been a bit quiet as I’ve been away on the Gold Coast and still trying to work so things have been super busy.

At a bodybuilding show yesterday so didn’t train hamstrings until today, today is hamstring top up so here it is only 4 movements but was a great session.
