A little update, I’ve been a bit quiet as I’ve been away on the Gold Coast and still trying to work so things have been super busy.
At a bodybuilding show yesterday so didn’t train hamstrings until today, today is hamstring top up so here it is only 4 movements but was a great session.

Checkin in for the week ladies and gentleman .6 up on last week even after being away, in saying that I hit macros across being away pretty close to a t so that wad good, only thing that was out for 6 days was GH so was nice to see the weight not drop off to majorly. tells me that a lot of the weight is not just water and muscle density is there !!
Really feel the added assistance and quite happy with the shots this morning, up .9 this week which is a nice pickup again !!
Only change this week gone was 1iu extra gh, I felt it though and changed to new source as a mate of mine tied me over till I get on top of some and and wow did I feel it in the hands.
Seems to have bought a bit fuller look along with the liquid gold that is just superb.

was a decent session, was feeling a little bit run down yesterday but still smashed it. have been flying all over the country this last two weeks judging bodybuilding shows so has been a hard trot and really felt it yesterday, smashed it none the less and feeling heaps better today session as follows and photos from posing yesterday too
