are you sure you are experiencing tendon issues? it might be nerve pinching.

or if the area is inflamed due to a chronic injury it can make your tendons sore around it

The tendonitis was bilateral patella tendons. I did this doing heavy single leg extensions and felt it the day I did it.

I do definitely have nerve issues aswell. I do regular nerve flossing exercises to try to help this in both arms though

What part of your body is hurting when it comes to tendons?

You've gotten awfully bigger and stronger in a short amount of time.

Mainly quad focused movements affective patella tendons. I've dialed back and given them some time to recover

When your muscles grow so fast and you get strong so fast, you can definitely pinch up the nerves.

Definitely have tight nerves all over, I always thought I have muscular pain/issues but now learning it's due to tight nerves activating the muscles around them.

I regularly take PEA and Curcumin, plus running peptide and hgh mix atm aswell as nerve flossing for my neck and arms

This cycle has really set in the foundations for my love of the gym and what can be achieved with consistency and hard work as well as educating myself in all other aspects of fitness.

Feeling like im making some decent progress, shoulders definitely growing and starting to create the look im after

Just need to something to take some better photos in as my arms are always in the way trying to take selfies

Weight increasing, just shy of 90 kegs. Appetite is ramping up again which I'm happy abouf

I absolutely low training hard out for 1 top set

Training logs proving my methods work while natty and goes crazy on cycle.

My only issue was putting on muscle to fast for tendons to catch up. But with the peptides and the added iso holds I think im on a winner

thats rare but you got that mike mentzer training bro 1 set and hard
 
@willipede wow you grew a lot! abs are tight chest and arms are huge and you're getting bigger. I would bump up the DIPs more 2 sets+ and up the cardio to tighten up.
Agreed on the Dips, just didn't have it in me that day.

Pendulum Squat is mega-light
Yeah a bit light, knees are only back into action. So not my heaviest lifts

Also this month I'm taking part in a charity fund-raising event that consists of 58 squats each day for the month of march. So trying not to destroy my legs 😅

Thanks everyone for the support. First time I've really been happy with how I'm looking, but I've also never worked so hard for this and consistantly before

So goes to show that hard work and dedication can do. Aswell as intelligent training and prioritising this
 
Update

My training has changed a little bit. Added isometric holds, aswell as rotator cuff and core strength exercises.

Have recently started a new powerlifting education course to learn proper techniques on bench, squat and deads not that I plan on competing in that but I enjoy learning.

Did a PB on Bench Press for 1RM 140kgs moved pretty smooth havent done these for atleast 5 years

And an easy squat PB of 1RM 210kg

Hey bros and the few gals in here, update cycle has been going great. Will be coming off 3 weeks from now. Health is fantastic, BP is 120/60 better than it ever has been

Reason for cycling off is ill be having surgery so out of action for a bit, will be coming to a cruise about 150mg test e. Give the body a rest and aim to get into some BB comp at later in the year depending on surgeries

Weight is up slightly increased to 91-92kg, strength is up heaps, decent increase in lean mass

Diet going well and digestive system feeling happy

Training going well. Enjoying my high intensity low volume workouts as well as my supplementary core,rotator cuff and spine erector exercises. Seem to be helping as my chronic pain has reduced since doing these supporting exercises

Deviated septum and some other problems in my nose, plus Tonsils out while they're in there.

Should fix my breathing and sleep apnea

100% I still think ive got a long way I could go, ive really only been consitantly training with proper diet and lifestyle for the last 2 years

No I love the feedback as I would like to get on stage one day, I would love some overall chest development. It has been progressing albeit slowly, I could probably add some chest dips

This wasn't by accident as I had upped my food intake when my strength started to plateau. This increased food allowed me to continue getting stronger in my workouts

I completed this cycle bigger, stronger, leaner and healthier overall. My diet has been a lot better, training consistently

I am in a lot less pain than I was at the start, improved mobility due to stretching & activation exercises

Cardiovascular performance has improved.
