@Jezzaa its a pretty good cycle layout. i actually like how you kept tren 200mgs only and are using ace. If the side effects get too nasty, you can always lower the dose or stop it.

@Jezzaa good job with your support supplements on a cycle like that. tren and test alone is quite toxic. not to mention the anavar on top which strains the liver. So, you are doing a great job.
Also much respect for talking about your weaker points and wanting to bring them up.

Hey guys. Calf and bicep day for me.
Little update for you.
2 weeks in now. No side effects or bad pinning experiences with the gear. From the test to the npp and the tren pinning every 2 days everything has been going great with @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals.
First thing im noticing is the pumps are becoming alot better. Im on a pump after the first exercise i do after about 3 sets. Thanks to the anavar It's great!! I have missed my cals a couple days this week and I haven't hit the water mark alot to. Just being honest. I have been getting my protein in though.
I might bump up the GH and the tren maybe in a month. Depending on how I feel and all that. Im also gona get my bloods done soon again just to make sure everything is all good.
Energy wise i feel like i have more. Im a busy person who owns my own business so I work alot. Feeling abit more energetic. Strength feels normal couple extra reps here an there tho nothing crazy.
As i said im only 2 weeks. So there will be better updates as I go on.

@Sassy's Pharmaceuticals gear feels great! No sides or weird feelings pinning. Its always smooth an easy. Pumps are still bloody insane.
Really wana take this seriously so iv hired a coach. He has suggested to me not to take npp and tren together. So he wants me to swap the tren out for eq. He's a great coach so im gona take his advice. So it will be eq 600mg instead of the tren. He's also told me to ad Cialis 10mg a day and to bump of the Hgh to 3iu before bed. He said my sups are good. He is gona add a few more in witch i will let u no in the next update.
I do feel noticeably stronger nothing crazy but its there. And I just feel myself wanting to push harder an do that little bit more.
Energy is awsome. Feeling up to what ever task all the time witch is cool.
Sleeping fine. Sometimes I do feel like its hard to get out of bed. Once im up im fine. Thats normal without anything tho ayy.

@Jezzaa i think swapping out the tren is a good idea. it gives you more flexibility on the cycle. EQ is a lot more versatile

that is pretty normal and common
as long as you get up and get your day started and don't miss your workouts

He's a great coach so im gona take his advice. So it will be eq 600mg instead of the tren. He's also told me to ad Cialis 10mg a day and to bump of the Hgh to 3iu before bed. He said my sups are good. He is gona add a few more in witch i will let u no in the next update.
I do feel noticeably stronger nothing crazy but its there. And I just feel myself wanting to push harder an do that little bit more.

So I have some news. Im just gona keep it real on here. I had to drop the tren. 2 reasons. 1st reason being I have a coach now and he told me not to run tren with npp. Although you can do that. He wanted me to earither run the tren with eq or past p or run the npp with eq or past p. And the choice was up to me. 2nd reason being the last 2 jabs I had it put me on my ass both times. Throat seized up and got tight. Felt like it was really hard to breath. I felt burning on the bottom of my feet like some1 was holding fire there. Lol the second time I jabbed I made sure to pull back like 4 to 5 times to make sure there was no blood at all.. still put me on my ass.
So I said to coach ill drop the tren please ! 😆
So the stack is test 600mg npp 400mg eq 400mg anavar 30mg (went down abit to see if the pumps where just as good and they were. Need to take more if still getting what I want out of it) Cialis 10mg. Happy to say I told @SassysPharma of the change up and they have sent me over the eq no problem. @SassysPharma is a top company to communicate to and the gear is the real deal.
Everything has still been easy as to draw up an pin. Very smooth still. Since im week 4 now. I feel stronger and I have an extra drive in me to do more. Its weird I can't quite explain it. I want to do more. Even if I physically can't get it. I won't it !! I feel more full all the time. Even just wake up in the morning no water no food no nothing my muscles feel kinda full. Im not 100% sure bro. Tren is such a toxic compound dude. Soon as I jabbed it in. Heart pumping. Hard to breath. Chest gets tight. And feel fire on my head an feet. Have no idea because I pulled back an no blood. Not for me bro. My coach said we can get there on other stuff that's not as toxic. Thanks for the comment bro your looking jacked man keep it up.

Just wana say thank you so much for everyone that has left a comment. I was a little nervous doing this. All u guys look amazing. Hope i can achieve some of the stuff that u guys have.

Ok week 6 I think. Mate I am looking full. I have deffs put on some size. Iv put on 2kgs not sure if iv mentioned that or not. @SassysPharmaceuticals is the real deal and iv deffs put on some muscle even though i have been eating better im still not eating like i should. I have missed my cals here and there. But when I say I really struggle to eat. I mean it. I have done so much better with my eating tho I must admit. The easy to heat up meals have been a game changer for me.

Ok guys im gona show you my back and quads today. This is the whole point of the cycle. My coach has based this cycle and traning around those 2 areas that are lacking quite abit. Don't laugh please my mum has peg legs and I got her genetics when it comes to legs. My dad has good as legs witch is annoying.

So im feeling amazing. Every work out the pump is incredible. I have zero side effects that I know of. Iv been busy so im gona try to get my bloods done in the next week or so. Its very important I know. So I will make sure to make it a priority. Also so myself an u guys can see what's going on. I am taking good sups tho so im hoping and praying nothing weird pops up with my bloods. As I said i feel great no side effects to my knowledge.

so my macros are
300 protein.
300 carbs.
100 fats.
Cals 3300

Guys that's alot for me. I know that might be nothing to alot of u guys but iv never been a big eater. I was a long distance runner and played lots of sport. Was always skinny an just ate crap.
So hitting these macros 3 to 4 times a week is a victory for me. With the eq i was hoping that it would up my appetite and it has. I am feeling hungry more then the norm witch is awsome so im hoping to be able to hit those macros every day as soon as possible an with that eq upping my appetite I think I will eventually.

So eating iv got a high calorie shake in the morning. Its about 1000 cals.
For lunch and dinner I have these clean eats meals. They are high protein and mid to high cals to. Snacks iv been doing the protein yoghurt and ice-cream. Nothing crazy. If any1 has any ideas for snacks or food let me know.

Training guys. I have pretty good arms. 18ich no pump.
I always drop set the last set that I do for arms. Always !! Unless it's an exercise with low weight. And I always do aleast one supper set aswell.
So I mix arms up all the time. One week ill come in and train biceps than tris. Next week other way around. Next week ill hit a bicep exercise than go straight to a tricep exercise and that's one set. The next week ill do that the other way round.
And ill be always drop setting the last set for every exercise and bring in aleast one super set as I said.
Next week ill tell u what I do for another muscle and so on untill there all been told.

Just wana say thank you so much for everyone that has left a comment. I was a little nervous doing this. All u guys look amazing. Hope i can achieve some of the stuff that u guys have.

Ok week 6 I think. Mate I am looking full. I have deffs put on some size. Iv put on 2kgs not sure if iv mentioned that or not. @SassysPharmaceuticals is the real deal and iv deffs put on some muscle even though i have been eating better im still not eating like i should. I have missed my cals here and there. But when I say I really struggle to eat. I mean it. I have done so much better with my eating tho I must admit. The easy to heat up meals have been a game changer for me.

Ok guys im gona show you my back and quads today. This is the whole point of the cycle. My coach has based this cycle and traning around those 2 areas that are lacking quite abit. Don't laugh please my mum has peg legs and I got her genetics when it comes to legs. My dad has good as legs witch is annoying.

So im feeling amazing. Every work out the pump is incredible. I have zero side effects that I know of. Iv been busy so im gona try to get my bloods done in the next week or so. Its very important I know. So I will make sure to make it a priority. Also so myself an u guys can see what's going on. I am taking good sups tho so im hoping and praying nothing weird pops up with my bloods. As I said i feel great no side effects to my knowledge.

so my macros are
300 protein.
300 carbs.
100 fats.
Cals 3300

Guys that's alot for me. I know that might be nothing to alot of u guys but iv never been a big eater. I was a long distance runner and played lots of sport. Was always skinny an just ate crap.
So hitting these macros 3 to 4 times a week is a victory for me. With the eq i was hoping that it would up my appetite and it has. I am feeling hungry more then the norm witch is awsome so im hoping to be able to hit those macros every day as soon as possible an with that eq upping my appetite I think I will eventually.

Week 7 i think.
Im feeling great.
@Sassy's Pharmaceuticals and team have been looking me up as you know.
And even though im not hitting my macros every day I am deffs bulking and putting that size one. The gear is clearly top tier and is still jabbing smooth with no issues at all. The anavar is insane!! @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals are so easy to talk to. No stuff arounds stright to the point. And they get back to u very quickly. I noticed with some others I'd have to re send a message and be waiting a day or 2. Not with @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals.

So guys this is all about bringing up the legs and back shoulders need work to. My legs are lacking witch u all know now. Remember im not trying to be a body builder. I just want a nice look. And I just love training.
Im happy to say there putting on size and week to week im seeing progress. I nearly cried in the shower last week i flexed my quad and calf and I was like wow there actually growing. I can do this. I know there small. But with hard traning the right sups gear and food i can do it.

My training for legs is split into quads one day and hamstrings another.
I do calfs twice a week. Once before hamstrings day and then ill throw them in on an easy day like cardio and abs day.
So for quads my coach has me doing these exercises because I have a sore lower back.
Abductor mechine inner and outer leg 4 sets each 20 to 25 reps for inner because im maxing out the mechine and 12 to 15 for outer legs.
Than pendulum squats 3 sets as heavy as i can go for 12 reps.
Leg press as heavy as i can go for 12 reps and making sure to go all the way down. Im not just doing the tiny bit of motion that u see people do an load it it. No mechine much make that noise hitting the bottom before I come up.
Than my favourite leg extensions 4 to 5 sets making sure to get a good squeeze at the top going slow back down and ill hold it there for a second or to for a really good stretch and ill lean back.

Guys im 33 years old.
6ft witch means im really 5'11 and a half lol.
Fasted weight 91.6kgs atm.

Guys I no my legs are small. But for.me there actually growing and um so happy. @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals

Im trying bro. My arms and Chest are pretty good. I need to lock in on the legs. I'll keep going and hopefully ill have good structure like u one day.
