EVO brothers,

This is going to be a log to watch! We've had this sponsorship locked in with @hypogaeum since March. Ordinarily we wouldn't have these locked in so far in advance but there's nothing ordinary about this guy....

@hypogaeum has a meticulous approach to planning. From how goes about the selection process of his PEDs stack or the combination of supplements to take to maximise synergistic effects - along with the most effective times for their intake - right down to his strict training regimen that is planned out in mesocycles, it is truly a process that was impressive to see. @hypogaeum's planning really is at an autist-level of >9000 😂

Grateful to be part of your journey and have you on the the team brother! Look forward to seeing you smash this 💪🔥

The plan is now to bring it all together and maximise the results. Autism, planning, supplementation and gear are nothing without execution 😅 But I’m confident in the plan and highly motivated, plus have access to a fantastic group here on Evo that can troubleshoot and offer advice, so I reckon this will be one to remember 🔥

Welcome to team UGL OZ brother! Will be following along 💪

Bro, the 80mg telmisartan is taken based on BP or just adding in whole from day 1 to prevent LVH and stuff?
Taken from day one as a proactive measure.

For context, I've used 80mg in the past while on blast, and have had blood pressure kept perfectly in range. I know that it won't lower my blood pressure to the point of being detrimental, and for how easy it is to get (and also how cheap it is), it's a no-brainer to keep in the mix.

Session: Week 0 - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders & Lower Body Volume

Workout included incline dumbbell press-flyes, medium-grip bench press, cable overhead triceps extensions, leaning lateral raises, leg press, and cable kickbacks. Moved through everything in line with programmed weight and rep targets. Felt strong throughout. Cardio this morning was a 15-minute ride on the bike before breakfast.

Cardio:
15 minutes on the exercise bike first thing this morning.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal included porridge with milk, protein powder, and berries.
Pre-workout supps: Pump Juice Pineapple, Purple Reign, ALCAR.
Intra-workout: Pump Juice Pineapple and water.

Recovery:
Nine hours and 15 minutes sleep last night- best in a while. A rest-focused weekend helped reset despite the unexpected disruption on Saturday. Missed a few meals due to time at the hospital but the lighter intake appears to have brought weight down a bit (105.0kg yesterday morning). Joints feel good, and the body is responding well to the increase in volume. No soreness or inflammation noted.

Current PEDs:
140mg Test E / week
140mg Mast E / week
3.33IU GH / day
Pinned right VG this morning- continues to be an easy and reliable site.

Current Health Supplements:
Final week on the lower supplement intake. Include omega-3, CoQ10, K2, D3, citrus bergamot and magnesium.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted. Mood, libido, and energy remain high. Injection site smooth.

Adjustments Made:
None- following program recommendations for both weight and volume.

Progress Updates:
No weigh-in this morning; weight yesterday was 105.0kg. Strength and volume are both trending up steadily.

General Comments:
The low stress environment is making consistency effortless. Aware this may shift, but making the most of it while it lasts. Recovery, energy, and execution are all tracking well heading into the final week of the cruise- looking to increase volume, weight and intensity slightly as the week progresses.

Week 0 - Back, Biceps, Forearms, Hamstrings & Calves

Session included single-arm cable rows, normal grip pulldowns, underhand EZ bar rows, EZ bar cable curls, reverse curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, and leg press calf raises. Execution was strong throughout. Movements were in line with the programmed plan, and weights continue to trend up. Pump and mind-muscle connection were both solid, particularly through back and arms.

Cardio:
15-minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout: Pump Juice Pineapple, Purple Reign, ALCAR, and water.
Intra-workout: Pump Juice Pineapple, creatine monohydrate (MuscleTech), and water.
No solid food pre-training.

Recovery:
6 hours and 9 minutes sleep. Sleep was disturbed due to a sick kid overnight but still managed to feel ready going into the session. No lingering soreness from prior training. Recovery is holding up well despite minor sleep disruption.

Current PEDs:
140mg Test E / week
140mg Mast E / week
3.33 IU GH / day
No injection today.

Current Health Supplements:
Final week on the simplified stack: omega-3, CoQ10, K2, D3, citrus bergamot, magnesium.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted. Libido, mood, and energy all stable. No injection site issues. Joints remain in a good place.

Adjustments Made:
None today. Continuing to follow program recommendations for volume and intensity.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 105.4 kg
Strength continues to improve steadily. Weight lifted across all movements is trending up. Not really expecting definition to improve much over the next 20 weeks but we’ll hopefully have something solid to cut down too.

General Comments:
Despite disrupted sleep, energy and focus in the gym were where they needed to be. Training quality is high, recovery outlook remains positive, and consistency is holding strong. On track to build momentum through the rest of the week.

Despite disrupted sleep, energy and focus in the gym were where they needed to be. Training quality is high, recovery outlook remains positive, and consistency is holding strong. On track to build momentum through the rest of the week.
@hypogaeum you're still on the lower dose cycle, arent you blasting now?

Not sure what's going on with the file uploads, but seem to be running into some size restrictions. I thought the limit was 5MB, but I can't even upload 2.2MB.

These are from yesterday, also have some physique ones that I can't upload.

Week 0 - Chest, Triceps & Shoulders
Completed push-ups, incline dumbbell flyes, seated EZ bar overhead triceps extensions, close grip bench press, cable overhead rope extensions, and barbell upright rows. Slight reshuffling of the exercise order from plan, but nothing skipped. Pump was strong throughout, particularly in triceps. Didn’t push weight much higher today but pushed rep volume across the board.

Cardio:
20-minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal: Oats, full cream milk, protein powder, and mixed berries.
Pre-workout supps: Pump Juice, Purple Reign, ALCAR, and water.
Intra-workout: Vitargo, creatine monohydrate, Pump Juice, and water.

Recovery:
6 hours of broken sleep again with the second sick kid overnight. Despite that, energy levels were steady throughout the day and strong during the session. Recovery has remained solid between sessions- no soreness or joint issues leading in.

Current PEDs:
140mg Test E / week
140mg Mast E / week
3.33 IU GH / day
Injected left ventrogluteal this morning.

Current Health Supplements:
Final week of the simplified stack: omega-3, CoQ10, K2, D3, citrus bergamot and magnesium.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted. Mood, energy, and libido remain stable. No injection site issues.

Adjustments Made:
Reordered exercises to better suit the session flow. Did not increase weight much but increased reps where appropriate.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 105.6kg
Pump was excellent, and fullness is encouraging. Strength holding steady with slight rep progression.

General Comments:
Despite the disrupted sleep, it was a productive day. Energy held up, recovery has been strong, and execution felt locked in. Aim is to get an early night tonight to stay ahead of fatigue and keep training quality high.

Yeah it's a bit weird. Works to upload to EF, but just not here.
I spoked to the IT team, they limited upload size temporarily @hypogaeum due to large traffic that we've had. We had over 2,300,000 visitors this month a record.

The bugs in question were resolved. We have been working on upscaling, which caused temporary request denials on 'max_filesize' in our containers. Thank you for your patience during this resolution.

If further queries arise, feel free to contact us with bug reports.

Week 0 - Biceps, Back & Forearms

Session included incline dumbbell curls, machine preacher curls, cable hammer curls, cable pullovers, and dumbbell wrist curls. Pump came on fast and stayed full throughout the session. Focus was dialled in from the start and energy was excellent despite limited sleep. One of the best-feeling sessions in the past few weeks.

Cardio:
25-minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal: Rolled oats with full cream milk, mixed berries, and chocolate protein powder.
Pre-workout supps: Pump Juice Pineapple, Purple Reign, ALCAR, and water.
Intra-workout: Vitargo, Pump Juice Pineapple, and water.

Recovery:
5 hours and 21 minutes sleep last night. Kids are still unwell, so sleep has been light and interrupted. Despite that, body is recovering well and there’s no residual soreness or fatigue impacting performance. No signs of cumulative fatigue building yet despite the string of shorter nights. ugloz.is Modafinil at 100mg twice this week has helped (but none today and still feeling great)!

Current PEDs:
140mg Test E / week
140mg Mast E / week
3.33 IU GH / day

No injection today. All sites remain problem-free. Front loading EQ next week, so glutes and quads will be used to handle larger volume.

Current Health Supplements:
Final week of simplified stack: omega-3, CoQ10, K2, D3, citrus bergamot, magnesium.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No sides to note. Energy, mood, and libido all remain strong. No injection site issues.

Adjustments Made:
None today. Maintaining training structure and nutrition plan as outlined.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 105.4 kg

Strength stable, reps trending up slightly across movements. Fullness and vascularity noticeably high during and after training.

General Comments:

Even on minimal sleep, today’s session hit a high note. Strong pump, mental clarity, and controlled execution. Looking to maintain this momentum into the rest of the week.

Session:
Rest Day - Unwell (Gastro)
No training or cardio today. Took a rest day due to picking up the gastro bug that’s the kids and missus have had for a week.

Cardio:
None.

Nutrition & Supps:
Only solid meal for the day was breakfast: full cream milk, protein powder, and oats. Appetite and fluid intake have been limited due to illness. Water intake for the day currently only at 1200mL- well below target. Anything that I've had has come back out immediately 😓

Recovery:
Slept well last night, but feeling drained as the day’s gone on. Hydration and food intake have both been low, and headaches have started to creep in. Some general muscle aching, likely illness-related. No lingering soreness from training.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned. Pinned right pec this morning. No issues at the injection site.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Mild body aches and headache due to illness. No PED-related side effects.

Adjustments Made:
None. Plan is to rest through the weekend and resume as normal next week.

Progress Updates:
No morning weight recorded.

General Comments:
Caught the same gastro bug the family’s been dealing with. Will prioritise rest and hydration over the weekend and pick back up with training when recovered.

@hypogaeum Awesome work as usual bro!

Seem to be over the sickness that took me out of action on Friday, so will be kicking things off as planned. Only caused issues for me for a bit less than 24 hours, so I’m thinking I got off lucky considering the kids and missus were about 3-4 days with bad symptoms before it got me.
Pins and supplements for the week all sorted and ready to go.

125mg Test E, 200mg EQ and 60mg of NPP just jabbed, plus bumped my morning GH from 3.33IU up to 5IU as of this morning- all went as smoothly as you would want 😁 Big thanks again to the @UGL OZ team for such quality gear for this blast 🤩
Also did a quick blood pressure check after the jab (and also a bit of rushing about to get the dishwasher sorted before the missus came out). Overall very happy with the baseline and will work to keep things in the right space.

Easily the best start to a log I've seen, thought out, easy to read and informative. Definitely following along.

They had a good weekend and seem to be over it. I went down last and only had it for less than 24 hours, so we're going to attack this week and make sure everyone stays happy, healthy, and making progress!
Healthy is #1 these days :D

Session:
Week 1 - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders & Lower Body Volume
Session included incline dumbbell press-flyes, medium-grip bench press, overhead cable triceps extensions, leaning lateral raises, leg press and cable kickbacks. Excellent session across the board- pump was strong, energy was high, and strength continued trending upward despite coming off a rough few days with illness. Good control and execution across all movements.

Cardio:
None today, but steps were solid yesterday even while recovering from sickness.

Nutrition & Supps:
Struggled a bit with food volume post-lunch but managed a decent effort overall and had a decent sized dinner. Pre-workout included Disorder, Pump Juice, and Acetyl-L Carnitine with a good amount of water. Intra-workout included carb powder, creatine, Pump Juice, and water. Full-day supplement stack updated, including return of full health supplement protocol.

Recovery:
8 hours and 46 minutes of sleep last night. Sleep quality has actually been strong the past couple of days, helping recovery even with the setback from gastro. Body is feeling good, digestion seems stable, and water intake is back on track. No signs of fatigue despite poor sleep across the past week.

Current PEDs:
437.5mg Test E
800mg EQ (frontloaded this week only, dropping to 210mg from next week)
210mg NPP
All pinned to right glute this morning with no issues. Injection site handling the increased volume well, with glutes and quads ready for increased use during EQ frontload.
5IU GH (increased from 3.33IU as of this morning)

Current Health Supplements:
Full stack resumed- includes Vitamin D3, K2, CoQ10, Omega-3, Citrus Bergamot, NAC, Berb-Evail, Magnesium, Aspirin, and Telmisartan.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No issues at injection site. No negative effects from increased GH this morning. Mood, energy, libido, and mental clarity all excellent. Blood pressure reading this morning was 116/67 with resting pulse at 72 (after rushing about a bit)- well within target range.

Adjustments Made:
PEDs increased as part of blast protocol. EQ is being frontloaded this week at 800mg before dropping to 210mg ongoing. Test E increased to 437.5mg, NPP introduced at 210mg, and GH at 5IU daily. No changes made to training or food beyond working back into full volume post-illness. Food ramping up this week.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 104.1kg (down due to dehydration and reduced intake during gastro episode). Strength is trending back up and pump/vascularity is returning quickly.

General Comments:
Today felt like a proper return to rhythm after the hit from illness late last week. Fluid is back up, food mostly in check, and mentally things are sharp. Slightly higher work stress today trying to catch up, but not enough to throw off training or recovery. Confident the setup is now in place for a strong first week of the blast.

Also did a quick blood pressure check after the jab (and also a bit of rushing about to get the dishwasher sorted before the missus came out). Overall very happy with the baseline and will work to keep things in the right space.
Good BP levels.

Staying steady on the health part, I do think the bump on the PEDs will up the BP though.

Yes, likely will. Have got Telmisartan in play to ensure I stay on top of this, and will be ensuring cardio and hydration are both kept in the right space.

@hypogaeum yeah sickness sucks
glad you are okay
seems like your immune system whipped it up

Session:
Week 1 - Full Body (Back/Biceps Focus)

Full body session with a strong focus on back, biceps, forearms, and posterior chain. Movements included seated single-arm rows, pulldowns, underhand barbell rows, EZ bar curls, reverse curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, and leg press calf raises. Pump came on very early, and strength was feeling good across the session. Everything felt like it was firing nicely.

Cardio:
15 minute walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout: Purple Reign, Disorder, Pump Juice (Raspberry), Acetyl-L Carnitine.
Intra-workout: Pump Juice (Raspberry), Vitargo, creatine monohydrate.

Good increase in food intake today, digestive system handled it well. Photos of meals 1 and 2 attached.

Recovery:
7 hours 25 minutes of sleep. Quality has been consistently high the last few nights, waking up early and feeling refreshed. No excessive DOMS and recovery continues to be reliable.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 800mg frontloaded this week only, dropping to 210mg/week moving forward
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5 IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
None noted. No injection today, next one is scheduled for tomorrow. No site issues from yesterday.

Adjustments Made:
Frontloading EQ this week.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 106.1kg (likely up from GH increase and post-illness fluid retention). Strength is trending up.

General Comments:
Strong return to form post-sickness. Body is responding well to food, training, and supplementation. Energy was high and everything clicked in today’s session. Will continue to monitor recovery and sleep quality.

lot lizards always giving me sicknesses

Seem to be over the sickness that took me out of action on Friday, so will be kicking things off as planned. Only caused issues for me for a bit less than 24 hours, so I’m thinking I got off lucky considering the kids and missus were about 3-4 days with bad symptoms before it got me.
Pins and supplements for the week all sorted and ready to go.
@hypogaeum Seems like several guys are getting sick lately. It's good thing. It sounds like you dodged it. Make sure you come back strong.

@hypogaeum glad you recovered! nothing worse than being sick!

They had a good weekend and seem to be over it. I went down last and only had it for less than 24 hours, so we're going to attack this week and make sure everyone stays happy, healthy, and making progress!
@hypogaeum i got 3 myself. It sucks when they are sick. It can be rough on everyone.

Session:
Tuesday - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders

Session kicked off with push-ups and incline flyes, then moved into heavier tricep pressing and extensions. Rounded things out with upright rows. Cardio:
20-minute walk outside at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre and intra identical to yesterday- Pump Juice and preworkout (pre), carb powder, creatine and Pump Juice (intra). No additional solid meals pre-training today.

Recovery:
5 hours 56 minutes sleep, woke feeling refreshed and ready to train. Recovery has been solid, joints are feeling good, and there’s no lingering soreness or tightness.

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ frontloaded this week at 800mg, dropping to 210mg/week moving forward
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5 IU/day (7 days a week)

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Left glute pinned this morning with no issues. Water retention in ankles has already started to ease despite the GH bump, which is a good sign. Libido steady, digestion remains strong, and overall energy is high.

Adjustments Made:
No changes made today. Everything going to plan.

Progress Updates:
Weight not recorded this morning. Strength continues to trend upward. Visuals and performance feeling consistent with increased drive and output.

General Comments:
Missus has minor surgery coming up, so some days working from home are expected. Looking to manage that time well to keep all aspects- training, food, and recovery- dialled in. Everything currently firing on all cylinders!

Am liking the volume that is currently in play- used to try go for much more and would either get burnt out or injured. Things feel a lot more consistent and sustainable now, and I'm still making good progress.

@hypogaeum I'm glad that you're mentally feeling good and that your training is productive. The fact that you have high energy means that your body is very strong. This is definitely what we like to see.

bros you are looking solid on this one. PED's are looking good. @hypogaeum you gonna adjust dosing over next few weeks or stay as is?
EQ being front loaded this week, so will drop that back next week. Then everything will stay the same until week 12. After that, dropping NPP but increasing test and EQ so total anabolics remains about the same.

Am liking the volume that is currently in play- used to try go for much more and would either get burnt out or injured. Things feel a lot more consistent and sustainable now, and I'm still making good progress.
You're actually day to day the most consistent I've seen. :D

Good update

Session:
Tuesday - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Quads, Glutes

Workout attached. Came into the session fresh after three days with no training outside of cardio. Pump came on early and stuck around through the entire workout. Strength held steady across pressing movements and quads were quick to warm up and fire. Adjusted intra-workout carbs by moving them into the pre-workout meal, which seemed to fuel the session well. Deliberate and focused reps throughout.

Cardio:
25-minute walk completed earlier in the day.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre and intra attached. Slight modification today by shifting carb powder to the pre-workout shake. Also had a carb-heavy lunch. Appetite is strong and digestion continues to hold up well.

Recovery:
7 hours and 5 minutes of solid sleep. Body felt rested heading into the session. Joints and connective tissue all in a good place- knees holding up well, likely due to a combination of NPP and extremely good hydration (knees are generally the first to start having issues if I’m not on top of things).

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ reduced to 210mg/week as of today
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5 IU/day (7 days per week)

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Right lat pinned this morning without issue. Libido has noticeably increased. Mood remains steady and positive. Blood pressure continues to read between 115-120 / 70-75. No other changes made today.

Adjustments Made:
Dropped EQ to 210mg/week starting today.
Intra carbs moved into pre-workout shake.
10mg cialis taken pre-workout which helped as far as the pump but wasn’t quite as painful or incapacitating as last time (20mg).

Progress Updates:
No weight recorded this morning. Muscle fullness and vascularity high. Looking to finish the week strong ahead of next week’s proactive deload.

General Comments:
Skipped yesterday’s session due to time constraints and feeling a touch off, but today was a strong return. System is running well- digestion, energy, sleep, and recovery are all on point. Pump today was a standout.

wow talk about vascularity, you feel it's from eq right?

wow talk about vascularity, you feel it's from eq right?
Likely playing a part in it, yes 😁 While EQ has a longer half life and results don't usually occur until weeks 3-5, front loading it has meant that I've got a bigger build up in blood concentration, meaning it's possibly coming into play already.

Having said that, lower body fat, muscle size, hydration, sodium, carb intake, GH, pump products, etc all could be affecting it as well, so will continue to monitor!

EQ is great, lower estrogen from our conversation and gets you that lean vascular look. @hypogaeum

Why do you use cialis before work out? I see you mention the pump? Is more pump beneficial for muscle growth?
You also mentioned 10mg less painful then 20mg. What happened there?

Cialis is a vasodilator, which means it relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow. In theory, this means better pumps, improved nutrient delivery and (sometimes) better endurance. A better pump isn't directly better for muscle growth, but I find a better pump gives me better mind-muscle connection so I figure that it will help growth indirectly.
10mg gives me a strong effect without any sides. 20mg gives me a bit of sinus pressure/ makes me a bit stuffy and the pump is really intense (to the point of being painful), so I'll stick to the lower dosage.
