Week 1, 81.0kg, 9.9% BF, 7.8kg BF
Week 2, 81.2kg, 9.3% BF, 7.5kg BF
Week 3, 83.0kg, 10.4% BF, 8.6kg BF
Week 4, 84.0kg, 10.8% BF 9.0kg BF
Week 5, 85.7kg, 10.6% BF 9.1kg BF
Week 6, 86.2kg, 10.7% BF 9.2kg BF
Visually i would say 12-13%
Averaging 4000 calories a day ,
I've had an Auto immune flare up, probably due to extra carbs so will adjust macros for this week. If that doesn't fix it might have to drop calories back for a few weeks to let the body reset.
Week 6 was a Deload , really got smacked with fatigue which aligns with the flareup.
Positives: Looking jacked and libido is super high, getting lots of sleep, getting heaps of compliments and or people asking if I'm on PEDs lol.
Couple of negatives, Snoring is off the charts, I'm assuming it's the rapid mass gain? And right nipple feels like gyno forming even though E2 is very low, and there is no sensitivity.
