Averaging 4000 calories a day ,
I've had an Auto immune flare up, probably due to extra carbs so will adjust macros for this week. If that doesn't fix it might have to drop calories back for a few weeks to let the body reset.

Week 6 was a Deload , really got smacked with fatigue which aligns with the flareup.

Positives: Looking jacked and libido is super high, getting lots of sleep, getting heaps of compliments and or people asking if I'm on PEDs lol.

Couple of negatives, Snoring is off the charts, I'm assuming it's the rapid mass gain? And right nipple feels like gyno forming even though E2 is very low, and there is no sensitivity.

Staying lean and growing @Freki, bigger every time. I think going up in cal is your play at this point.
 
Agreed, roughly 100g carbs, 350-400g protein and the rest in fats. It's going to be a lot of fats consumed around 260g+ a day.
If you have a coach talk to him, but I think 400 grams of protein 200 grams of carbs and 200 grams of fat is a good bulk.

I did a sleep study two years ago. Cost $5k after insurance. Concluded that I had mild sleep apnea and qualified for a mask but insurance (United healthcare) stiffarmed me. So that was a waste. I could’ve just picked up a machine and a mask cheap and tried it out

I only snore when sick or drunk, I recorded last few nights sleeps and no apnea that I can hear. Might try dropping the hgh for a week.

My father had prostate cancer a few years ago but he got it sorted and i went to my gp and asked for the psa and he said don’t worry about it till you show symptoms cause the psa can give false/positives and it will lead to an unnecessary biopsy if you do false/positive.

Last night's dinner, was gifted a couple tomahawks normally would of boned and sliced them. Tried a reverse sear instead, 45mins in the oven @140c, rest for 10mins and then hot BBQ for 3mins each side. Phenomenal, so juicy and tender.

If you're staying lean, the weight gain might be there, just dropping bodyfat and gaining mass. You're doing high protein clearly :D love the seafood @Freki

Why did you swap the proviron for the anava?

Lowered because, just over pinning each day, I think next cycle i will make it shorter, 16weeks is a long time pinning 6 days a week. I tried doing 2 pins a week but its a lot of volume per pin.

Proviron after 8 weeks wasn't giving the same mental buzz it was at the beginning and just due for a short break. Added Anavar just for pre workout reasons, really feeling the mind muscle connection with it, def worth a try.
Also tried Anadrol, amazing pre workout but left me with a 2 day pump lol

Yes all Orals,
Anadrol and dbol raise e2.
Proviron, tbol, and anavar dont raise e2 and fairly easy on the body.
Im off to Thailand at end of cycle, so if cycles is still going ill just go without for 2 weeks then start trt when back home.

EQ and Deca stay around for months , so even on trt ill still have a fair bit of anabolics in the body

Im over due for bloods, but feeling great, e2 i think is perfect, not holding water, no itchy nips and libido is through the roof. Thoughts?

Last night's Sunday roast, Pork leg, with sides, gravy and apple sauce were spot on , and even a couple pieces of crackle.

HGH really works well to keep the body fat down
yeah it is an amazing compound. seems like even if you eat more on it you still lose body fat. @Freki in reality a lot of that has to do with the way it acts on hormones in the body like insulin

Agreed, I've decided to take a few days off and then get bloods done Wed morning. Maybe not a full deload, just avoid all shoulder exercises, and focus on arms and legs for 2 weeks, but will play it by ear.

Bro i had bursitis extremely bad a couple of years back was on 10mg of prednisolone a day and slept upright in a chair for the whole week untill the inflammation went down. Pain was unbearable. Hope you recover soon and it doesnt get worse.

Oh jees, It's bad but mainly hurts at night , I thought it was the auto immune issue at first. I'll definitely lay off them now don't want to take prednisolone it messes me up.
