• Machine seated pec deck- 2 sets 12-15 reps 80kgs
• Hammer strength incline press- 3 sets (1 top set 2 back off sets) 8-10 reps 80kgs, 60kgs, 60kgs per side
• Dumbbell flat bench press - 3 sets 8-12 reps 45kgs each side
• Cable chest press - 2 sets 10-12 reps 45kgs each side
• Bodyweight dips- 1 set 17 reps
• Superset- Overhead cable tricep extensions / V-bar tricep push downs 10- 12 reps 70kgs/ 55kgs
