💣 And today was the first lush session - I’ll post full workout details over the next week once I’ve had a chance to unpack it all.

🧬 Big love to my bros at @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep - My growth season is in full swing thanks to the crew body weight is up 8kg now while body composition is remaining tight with plenty of wiggle room to keep pushing
