When oral L-carnitine is taken, gut bacteria metabolize part of it into a compound called TMA (trimethylamine), which the liver converts to TMAO (trimethylamine-N-oxide).

High TMAO levels have been linked in multiple studies to increased risk of atherosclerosis, plaque buildup, and cardiovascular disease.

However —

Was about to mention the oral vs injectable factor.... from what i have read to have the same effect from oral administration you have to consume a significantly more amount, maybe 4x from memory, compared to IM injections. Thats why so much tma becomes present for conversion to tmao from the liver.

Its common sense
When you are ingesting l carnitine more is needed but injectable is far more effective at a lower dose as it bypasses digestion .
There is no 4 times from memory ... Where did you pull the 4 times from?

Stop giving advice on things you know nothing about bro

General rule of thumb injections are far more effective than digesting

You need to talk less and listen more and you will learn that way
You have only just started your journey but your knowledge is beginner at best so please just take your time learn more and stick with it and eventually you will be in a position to give advice.

Sorry I didn't see the study you posted.

I'm not trolling. I'm just doing a little research before ordering.

I have read studies that generally are inconsistent. On one hand they're saying to beware of tmao then on the other hand fatty acids from fish consumption have a 14 fold increase of tmao and reduce plaque build up.

It's confusing to say the least.

If intramuscular how are you managing with scar tissue repair with ed injections, even with rotating between 6 injection sites i feel my recovery for the next injection still hasn't healed by one week.

Use a thinner needle like a 29 or 31g

Yes brother intramuscular. Truth be told i don't inject it everyday, but yeah as @CypherOCE said a smaller needle will definitely help. I just use 27 gauge slin pins
 
Another re - stock from the best of the best!
Been running odins test e and mast e for the last 3 months with zero issues, not one bad injection and thats pinning daily.

Couldn’t be happier with the quality.

Just.use an insulin needle to draw and inject
I inject it twice a day
No issues
