Sleep - Optimal rating but under 8 hours - plenty of REM and Deep though as you can see in my pictures, not bad for a Saturday night I got to bed pretty late

Trying to cut down my volume a little bit, I recover well from a numbers point of view but I feel fatigued at times, I love how my body is transforming, but need to perform everywhere else in life too.
Tomorrow I have leg day, and I am going to start doing my cardio fasted in the AM after my GH.
