I’ve decided to return with my getting ready for Christmas log, whilst gone I’ve started HGH at 2iu a day 5 days a week, 17 weeks in. Also started blend from my sponsor not on this forum…. Yet hopefully will come back.

Mt2 250mcg ed.

Multi vitamin
NAC
Biotin
Probiotic.
Food.
Breakfasts normally consists of egg bacon avo then fast through to dinner being chicken/steak/lamb with broccolini and salad.
If breakfast is missed lunch is a bowl of chicken,rice,avocado. And I throw a protein shake in every now and then.
exercise has consisted of Joe Rogan’s kettlebell Workout for the last month I think with targeted workouts example biceps exercises included.
Goal is as log states is to cut down ready for Christmas and increase upper body mass (chest) is a desirable.
Below are some pictures before roughly 12 months ago and last week also my gear supply from my sponsor and meals I have on the regular.
Also consider jumping on GHK –CU eventually.
Any advice on how to grow my chest quick please let me know lol
