I’ve decided to return with my getting ready for Christmas log, whilst gone I’ve started HGH at 2iu a day 5 days a week, 17 weeks in. Also started blend from my sponsor not on this forum…. Yet hopefully will come back.

Injection M,W,F
300mg Test e
300mg Tren e
150mg EQ
2iu HGH
1.5mg Reta once a week
Mt2 250mcg ed.

Supplements
Multi vitamin
NAC
Biotin
Probiotic.

Food.
Breakfasts normally consists of egg bacon avo then fast through to dinner being chicken/steak/lamb with broccolini and salad.

If breakfast is missed lunch is a bowl of chicken,rice,avocado. And I throw a protein shake in every now and then.

exercise has consisted of Joe Rogan’s kettlebell Workout for the last month I think with targeted workouts example biceps exercises included.

Goal is as log states is to cut down ready for Christmas and increase upper body mass (chest) is a desirable.

Below are some pictures before roughly 12 months ago and last week also my gear supply from my sponsor and meals I have on the regular.

Also consider jumping on GHK –CU eventually.

Any advice on how to grow my chest quick please let me know lol

In terms of growing your chest bro, and maybe im not the best person to answer this, i'm sure one of the coaches would give you a better answer... But frequency > volume has worked for me. You could try to hit chest 3x per week, 1-2 sets per session. Ofc you will sacrifice gains elsewhere. Pec dec so you arent frying your triceps might be another good option for sure. And hit chest first in the session at your strongest.

Are you doing much cardio?

I’ve always been very blessed with chest genetics but what I’ve found to work is really focus on a deep stretch, whether that be with dumbbells or the smith.
I’ve rarely done flat and prioritised incline as it’s worked for me.
Focus on the mind muscle connection, not just moving around heavy weight.
So many people fall flat when their intent is to just move weight and ego lift. I saw real progress when I dropped the weight and focused on the stretch and form.

2500 - 3000 I try to maintain bro
And yeah I love my Tren e I’ll cruise on it and test 365 at small doses.
And cardio is normal a warm up and or a cool down

I will always try support SCS where ever I can. Man has been an absolute legend and has helped me deal with a lot of injuries. Just can not fault anything.

With my chest I’m assuming I need to work on my mid and lower pec, but all advice and good advice

@Titties mushrooms have a lot of good nutrition in them, lots of vitamins and minerals and other compounds that you won't find in many other foods. So that's a good meal.
 
I’ll most likely go into January with it. Which would then just be me dropping the EQ and just 250 a week of the testren
seems like a good strategy. The nice thing about equipoise is it's very versatile. You can most certainly cut on it, you can recomp on it and you can bulk on it pretty much anything you can do on it. @Titties

Your food is well beyond my abilities. Love the display and food choices.

Your test:eq ratio is right on point and the tren and GH are gonna have you tighten up rock hard. You'll be ready for Christmas!
