Yo @Allupfromhere , back on deck now and ready to get into it. Have been nursing the elbow and decided to throw some BPC157 and TB500 at it - think it has definitely helped with the recovery. I’d say 90% better now, still getting the odd reminder here and there if I push it too hard. Taking it slowly as every time I aggravate it , seems to delay it fully recovering

Not long untill this year has finished brother, stay steady dont get too excited let heal properly and give yourself the best run for 2026. Dont wanna push it too soon and be held up longer.

Thanks Lev, grinding away. Nah the elbow happened before starting the Tren. Probably the longest injury I’ve had really, just gets aggravated randomly now and basically have to stop training when it flares up
Chest pump of thay benchwork would have been fire. Got sime pro level volume there too brother cant wait to see how much you fire up with the joints decide to play ball. 🔥
