You're almost at 615 beast :D

I be definitely listening to the one

My right shoulder only had 3 incisions. This one has 5. They needed to clean up other stuff in bicep as well. He told me I will be Superman when this is over. He already did my other shoulder 5 years ago.
@RoidRage69 are those markers or are those all incisions? maybe i am just blind or something.

where is this doctor located? you don't have to give an exact name/place but just describe what state or part of the world. a lot of guys might want to give him a ring @RoidRage69

Hard pretty much all day long on just 250mg Sustanon. It's weird I get ultra hard and Horny when I go on cycle but then 4 weeks Into a cruise I'm even harder and hornier. I also dropped 20 lbs rather quickly.
You're hardcore responding :D

The first thing I asked my wife after surgery was to hold my raging hardon. I don't remember it. 😂
He saw me and curtain was pulled shut, was shivering as anesthesia wears off he was cold. I think he said touch my dick lol had to laugh he said this twice. He doesn’t remember it so classic. Was pretty funny!

It's so fucking painful.
Man, I’ve heard the same thing that’s why I’ve been pushing mine off, but I really need to get it done

It's so fucking painful.
Been there done that and it is extremely painful especially after the nerve blocker and pain killers leave your system a day or 2 after surgery in my experience, thr hardest part was relearning and building everything back up.

Had my first PT session today. She told me
I am way ahead of schedule and is moving me up at a faster rate for recovery. She said she is going g to skip an entire section of rehab because of my range of motion being so good after only 4 weeks post surgery. She is hoping I can go back to heavy benching after 12-16 weeks therapy.

Everyday we go to gym I'm doing at least 30min treadmill. Doing one arm tris and bis couple times a week as well as leg ext and leg curls 2-3 times week. Doing super slow 8 sec reps on leg curls and leg ext. also doing 1 arm pull downs.

@roidage69 that is definitely a good sign. A lot of times weightlifters will recover much quicker. It has a lot to do with the conditioning of the body.

Either she is telling you the truth or she's just trying to bait you in so you can keep coming back. It sounds like she's kind of into you more than as a patient to me. Or maybe I'm watching too many soap operas, ha ha. @RoidRage69

Sounds like you are ahead of schedule. @RoidRage69 I think you were able to get a hold of a good doctor, and they were able to take care of you. That makes a big difference.

Well my wife was there the entire visit so I don't think she was acting like that.

Hey bro any reason why sema over tirz or reta? And what was your thoughts on IGF-1, worth the coin?
My sponsor only has sema. It works great for me so no worries. This will be my 5th cycle using it. Already full since starting it yesterday. IGF-1 builds muscle and tendons much better and faster than hgh.

PT said I will be able to start pushing weight again in 2 weeks according to my progression. Said I am recovering at an alarming rate. Basically said I am recovering twice as fast as expected. I can already reach above my head at 100%. Raising hand off to the side on Monday I measured 90 degrees. Today I measured 110 degrees. Fast progress.

Awesome to see you back at it brother! I'm really glad you're on the mend. Deads are my favourite exercise and I want to get back into them too. 319lbs x 5 x 5 is still no weight to balk at.

Happy you're back bro!

No I stopped doing that a couple weeks ago. Ran out so decided it was enough. As far as my wife goes is it a good idea to use say tb500 as a preventative measure while in heavy training? I figure tb500 is better since it's systemic and only need 1 shit per week.

I suggest you get back on at least bpc if you can :D

Agree with @LevButlerov bro I think of all of them that BPC would benefit you greatly with your injury, especially now that you're lifting again. It's a commitment with BPC (ie: ED shots) but it does help. The GOAT option with BPC is at least 500mcg twice daily.

I hear that long term use isn’t proven to be bad but is not recommended. This can grow bad cells too, correct?

Doing it smart brother. Softly, softly 🩵

I hear that long term use isn’t proven to be bad but is not recommended. This can grow bad cells too, correct?
There's no long term studies on almost any peptides except the holy grail of insulin, GH, and arguably the GLP1's. Otherwise we have no idea if the 5% of us will drop dead in 10-20 years from any number of peptides we're currently running. And by grow bad cells if you mean cancer that's moreso if you order untested China compounds/peptides and just pin those hoping for the best.

I am looking at your doses. How does that dose with the other compounds effect your E2. Does it manage it well and get you in at a nice level or have you seen that it crushes your E2. I am just curious how it goes for you. I hear online trainers talking about how there seeing in the last year with more eq use that there seeing it crash a lot of people even at low doses. Wondering if u have seen that as well?

I don't feel like its crashed. I aromatoze at low levels test so I feel the 1:1 ratio at low dose is ok with me. If I was really lean I wouldn't go that ratio.

I do to. My last e2 on 200mg of test cyp was 98. I lowered my TRT to 160mg a week and it was suppose to get it checked 2 weeks ago but my doctor ordered total estrogen instead of sensitive estradiol. I was pretty irritated with him. I feel great though. I can tell when I am high and low estrogen. I am ordering my own blood work in 5 weeks. I was just curious if it was crushing it for you. Like anything it varies person to person I am sure. High aromatizer probably have less chance then others is my theory.
