New to the forum, I thought while I'm here, I might as well contribute and get involved in the community as much as possible. And what better way to do it than to start my very first log ever! Here, I will be documenting my journey to my first BB show in Season C, late next year.
Background:
Used to be an ex-professional soccer player, not in the big leagues or anything but enough to make a good living from it. However, unfortunately, injuries to my ankle ended that career earlier than I would have liked. As part of my rehab I got into the gym full time and from then onwards fell in love with the process of putting on strength and muscle. Fast forward 8 years and now at almost 30 I'm looking to do my first ever bodybuilding comp as I miss the competitiveness of sport. I have now been taking PED's for 4 years, starting very low and slowly escalating as the years have gone by. I now work in the sport science industry and my aim is to compete in season C late next year.

Current Goal:
To keep adding mass for the next 10-12 weeks before going on a cut to get lean and then see where I land, if I have time to add some more lean mass or go straight into prep.
Training:
I believe in a few key principles for hypertrophy that I follow within my training: Progressive overload, weekly undulating periodisation and just hard as fuck training lol
I follow the below 8 day split where I train everything twice within that time:
Day 1 - Back/Bi
Day 2 - Chest / Tri / Delts
Day 3 - Lower
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Chest / Back
Day 6 - Delt / Tri / Bi
Day 7 - Lower
Day 8 - Rest
Nutrition:
I will add the macro and calorie breakdown of my diet in another post later on in the week but below is what I eat every day.
Meal 1 (smoothie):
Have been on the following compounds for the last 6 weeks, escalating to my current doses, which will stay as is for until 20-22 overall weeks. Shots are split ED.
Test e - 750mg/week
EQ - 350mg/week
NPP - 200mg/week
HGH - 10iu per day
Will be incorporating the following peptides/compounds soon hopefully: Mots c, NAD+, Methylene Blue, SLU.
Supplements:
Vit d/k - 10,000/360
Nattokinase - 2,000FU
Leviatrian Nutrition Hemoflow - 2 caps a day
R-Ala - 600mg
Fish oil - 10grams per day
Revive complete vital - 4 caps a day
NAC - 2.4 grams a day
Creatine - 25 grams a day
Curcumin - 750mg a day
Metamucil - 15 grams a day am
Organic beef bone broth - 20g a day
