Approved Log Growth cycle and Mock show Prep Journal with Capsule Corp Labs

hey lads

sorry has been a crazy week work wise / life wise, appetite has still been a bit weird and stomach since coming back from overseas, has effected my eating, thank god just started fat loss phase as im just not hungry at all, so instead of my 5 meals have been averaging 4 meals a day around 2200-2300 cals a day, so fat has been falling off, only managed to get 1 day in this week (life got in the way unfortately) food was low but steps and sleep were there so basically was like a little deload week,

weight has been dropping slowly and bodyfat has been falling off have my weekly checkin tomorrow so will be good to see if i got significantly tighter :)

also just an update from this weeks little top up order, thanks again to the legends @Capsule Corp Labs @Capsule Corp Rep

bros yeah travelling can be tough on health. a lot of times you end up with stomach bugs. maybe you need to see doctor @Oracle911
 
with my coach hes very indepth so i get feedback on everything really, we tailor everything and discuss everything that involves each step,

this most recent one was about my appetite and his feedback was basically for us to try and fix my stomach before we push anything, which is good advise, so basically, eating what i can, trying to take digestion aids and work on getting that to 100 percent before we can push any other metrics, health first,as you cant bodybuild if sick
That is good to hear. You should definitely have a coach that you trust. @Oracle911 Let him take you where he wants to take you and then go from there.

sorry for delay was on holiday for a few days with the wife and away from the routine etc,

this is my checkins from sunday :) weight dropping nicely, average around 84.5kg now, everyhting moving nicely, just keeping my steps up and cardio in, food is a set plan and same everyday now, have one refeed a week,

Current regular day is 2816 cal 257p 339c 48f

M1 - whey / blueberries / strawberries
M2 - Chicken breast / jasmine rice / olive oil
M3 - Chicken Breast / Jasmine Rice / Olive Oil
M4 - Banana / Sourdough / Whey
M5 - Chicken breast / Jasmine Rice / Egg

Simple yet effective :)

Had a push session with my matey yesterday got a nice fat pump even on low cals

Incline hammer Press
5 x 15
Flat chest press
5 x 12
chest flies
5 x 15
side delts
5 x 15
shoulder press
3 x 15
tricep cable
6 x 15

Good little pump, last week stomach was a bit fucked and effected my training so was good to hit it full force again even on low cals

thanks lev! it was my weakest shot im working hard on the posing and then obviously growing the the lower lats as much as possible! updates on the way :)

1 High day - 3402 - 255p 495c 45f (this is my one off meal per week with wife etc - still tracked)

250mg Mast per week (looking to change this waiting on coach to 100mg tren per week, not a fan of mast anymore)

On your high and low days I think protein can go up easy 20grams!

re teh protein this is the highest its ever been haha i normalise around 200/220 but coach has me at 250 so far its digesting well, recently changed from 5 meals to 4 days which makes life alot easier for me,

e2 wise no issues at all :) the eq for me keeps me right in line

also cycle changed a little as of today

dropped the mast and added in 50mg tren e

so lower overall mg but probs a bit stronger haha @BodyMonster34 tren has been added you can be happy now too haha

It’s shown to be an extremely effective compound all the from 500mcg all the way up to 500mg, seemingly continuing to get more and more effective as the doses go up, and every single blood test that’s been done pre and post using the higher doses have either came back unchanged or more often then not actually improved. That’s why I provide it the way I do because it allows users to be able to run the higher dosages in a cost effective manner, however domestically in the boys using the Helios product, most have seen unbelievable results in the 25-150mg range.

i have seen doses ranging from 500mcg up to 500mg a day ala vigorous steve, I may push mine around 100-150mg a day as i just have a short run of it until fat loss phase is over,

Prime Chest Press deeper better contraction

Side laterals dumbells

my training has changed significantly to what it used to be, was much more fluff and pump stuff but now have been focusing on really pushing the weight with good form and bringing the reps down around the 8-12 range at max and then a backoff set,

How bro are you still working up to a mock peak/ working on your mock prep? Don't be afraid to bump that SLU dose right up. Can get away with 5, 10, 15mg multiple times a day.

yeah trying to get the most out of this last fat loss push, defs getting lean now, and getting flat now, i literally leave 6 days from now so just gunna push for 6 more days then try enjoy myself while away, bit of reta and may take some sluup with me, wll probs get 15-20k steps a day from walking so wouldnt be suprised if i come back leaner

made me realise competitive bodybuilding is defs not for me, so ill just be a passionate hobyist! haha LOVING the slu my brother, average around 100-120mg a day, may push it a few days before leaving, then cap some up to take with me for my holiday, posing room should be good, im very tanned atm thanks to mt2 so all i need is a shave and should look half decent

thanks mate appreciate the kind words, decided against competing so this is really just a nice fat loss phase into cruise into get bloods and if clean be lean enough to do a nice long lean offseason next year :)

and thanks man hes probs gunna go pro next year id say so its nice being able to train with him and learn theres deffs levels to this shit haha

Single arm row x 2
Pullovers x 2
Rear Delt flies x 2
Cable Bicep curls x 3

Was good session, strength was decent considering hit around 15k steps yesterday and food was slighlty lower than usual, managed to get a pump for a bit,

woke up this morning for NEW low for the fat loss phase, 81.45kg very flat, so this is good means once i fill up will look even leaner, I can see veins through my abs now when i flex them and my serratus are coming in both sides, I have arms tonight with my mate and then will aim to smash more steps out for the day, may even add more sluup at 50mg later in the day to get 2 spikes, as dont want to raise clen up,

have also dropped test down as letting e2 come back from eq so total doses are

250mg test
6iu gh
100mg sluu
1mg reta
1mg Motsc

so alot of mitocondrial help while getting lean, so the plan is to get nice and lean on this and healthy then be able to grow as soon as january hits and bloods come back :)

Weights not bad. Getting pretty deep into deficit now so really feeling it when training. But overall still getting a pump so I’m happy.

3 weeks ago ish on 500 test 300 eq e2 was <70 so letting eq clear and estro come back. Will redo e2 later December or early Jan once eq fully out to get accurate readings and go from there. This offseason going to get my bloods on 250 500 750 etc to see when I need aromasin

Where are you going on a vacation? Just be careful when you go. @Oracle911 the last time I took a vacation, I watched my wife plunge to her death. We were in Jamaica.
