Hello everyone this is my first log I have been lurking for a bit! I wish I could have posted my first log before I did by FIRST cycle! everyone seems super knowledgeable and welcoming to one another.

My first cycle so everyone can see what my next cycle might look like and of course im looking to improve and do better with my 2nd cycle so of course I welcome any form of criticism so I can grow and learn. thank yall!


my FIRST CYCLE: STERIOD CYPIONATE and TBOL (GOAL: lean muscle growth)

my first Cycle was positive and great pumps and strength gains. I am 22 years old, 5 feet 6 inches and went from 140 pounds to 155 pounds the first cycle and it lasted about 9 weeks.

Week 1: 250ML a week, TBOL was 20g a day
week 2: 250ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 3: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 4: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 5: 450ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 6: 500 ML a week
week 7: 500 ML a week
week 8: 350 ML a week
Week 9: 250 ML a week

For the 250 ML a week I only pinned on Monday
For (350, 450, 500)ML I pinned on Monday and Wednesday

I did not do PCT
I still feel great and nothing was wrong besides a bit of acne on my chest, arms, and face. But it seems like it was already going away and I don't feel bad in any sort of way BUT yes I do realize that with this NEW CYCLE I will definitely do PCT.

FOR FOOD
i would eat anywhere from 2700-3100 calories, 170-200G protein, 170-200G Carbs A DAY

FOOD:
Rice, Steak, PB & Js(add more almond butter for CALs), protein yogurt, oikos protein drink, protein bars, Eggs(usually 5 eggs mixed with shredded cheese), whole milk,
mass gainer shakes, Oatmeal.

I would try to avoid restaurants but the ones i would go to would be Chipotle for big burrito, EL pollo Loco for 3 chicken combo with Mac n cheese and rice, and lastly I would eat Raising canes for 6 tenders with 3 breads no fries or coleslaw.

FOR Vitamins:

Fish oil: everyday
Zinc: every other day
magnesium: everyday
milk thistle: everyday
Collagen: every other day

I have not gotten any test results after my FIRST CYCLE and of course plan to get them before my 2nd and plan to share to everyone once I get them


2ND CYCLE
STERIOD CYP, DECA, and TBOL
I do have issues which I plan to ask at the bottom and hopefully yall can give me advice. Thank you!

So for the most part I Plan to do 2:1 Ratio for Deca and STERIOD CYP for example; CYP 250:125 DECA
than similar to last cycle I plan to slowly up my dosage as the weeks go on so It would look like

(GOAL: bulk/muscle growth)

Week 1: 250 Cyp a week, 125 of DECA a week
Week 2: 300 Cyp a week, 150 of DECA a week
week 3: 300 CYP a week, 150 of DECA a wekk
week 4: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 20G of TBOL a day
week 5: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40G of TBOL a day
Week 6: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40F of TBOL a day
Week 7: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40G of TBOL a day
Week 8: 400 of CYP a week, 200 of DECA a week, 60G of TBOL a day

MY QUESTIONS
so for my First CYCLE I did not buy my product my friend knew someone and they gave me TBOL and TEST CYP and that's how I received my product.
The issue now is the person stopped replying to my friend so me and him are now in the dark to buying steriods with zero experience in doing so.
I am based In the U.S and from the other Forums it seems like everyone mentions Napsgear and domestic supply.

1 Q) Which website is best to buy from if based in US CA Napsgear or Domestic supply?
2 Q) From looking at both websites it seems I have to pay using Crypto currency and was wondering how to do so is their a forum on a video explaining step by step on how to use crypto Currency to buy gear?
3) any other vitamin recommendation:
-I know I seen something that most people use to help with the liver besides milk thistle it was called NARC or something like that where can I buy that?
- I also seen people mention taking AIs and that if symptoms start to take said pill like if gyno happens or if high blood pressure occurs or E2 raises.
4) When I go to the Doctors what should I ask them to test for TEST? E2? ETC...

Sorry Yall I know it seems a lot and I did try to search around to understand better but it seems like everyone has had their own experiences with anabolic steriods. we got your last cycle but how about last 2 weeks and next 2 weeks post xmas lets track this based on below

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

My first cycle so everyone can see what my next cycle might look like and of course im looking to improve and do better with my 2nd cycle so of course I welcome any form of criticism so I can grow and learn. thank yall!


my FIRST CYCLE: STERIOD CYPIONATE and TBOL (GOAL: lean muscle growth)

my first Cycle was positive and great pumps and strength gains. I am 22 years old, 5 feet 6 inches and went from 140 pounds to 155 pounds the first cycle and it lasted about 9 weeks.

Week 1: 250ML a week, TBOL was 20g a day
week 2: 250ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 3: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 4: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 5: 450ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 6: 500 ML a week
week 7: 500 ML a week
week 8: 350 ML a week
Week 9: 250 ML a week

For the 250 ML a week I only pinned on Monday
For (350, 450, 500)ML I pinned on Monday and Wednesday

I did not do PCT
I still feel great and nothing was wrong besides a bit of acne on my chest, arms, and face. But it seems like it was already going away and I don't feel bad in any sort of way BUT yes I do realize that with this NEW CYCLE I will definitely do PCT.

FOR FOOD
i would eat anywhere from 2700-3100 calories, 170-200G protein, 170-200G Carbs A DAY

FOOD:
Rice, Steak, PB & Js(add more almond butter for CALs), protein yogurt, oikos protein drink, protein bars, Eggs(usually 5 eggs mixed with shredded cheese), whole milk,
mass gainer shakes, Oatmeal.

I would try to avoid restaurants but the ones i would go to would be Chipotle for big burrito, EL pollo Loco for 3 chicken combo with Mac n cheese and rice, and lastly I would eat Raising canes for 6 tenders with 3 breads no fries or coleslaw.

FOR Vitamins:

Fish oil: everyday
Zinc: every other day
magnesium: everyday
milk thistle: everyday
Collagen: every other day

I have not gotten any test results after my FIRST CYCLE and of course plan to get them before my 2nd and plan to share to everyone once I get them


2ND CYCLE
STERIOD CYP, DECA, and TBOL
I do have issues which I plan to ask at the bottom and hopefully yall can give me advice. Thank you!

everybody loves Chipotle, but keep in mind it is not good for you. The reason is because they use refined oils to cook their food in. So as much as the ingredients themselves are healthy, the oils that they use to food prep are not healthy.

So make your own burritos at home. I do it all the time.

So after a week of being off the cycle I started going off routine and not been paying attention to my calorie intake nor carb intake. If i were to guess what i eat a day id day 2000-2500 cals and around 150g of protein. I know I know its not a great look on me but I do plan to go back on my routine right after December ends

you do bloods ever before? I have heard from a friend that I can just order what test I what to get looked at
show up to the LAB get my blood drawn and get the results later so I dont got to go to my doc

Yea I figured as much during my cycle i tried to do it only when I dont have time since I work and go to school. So I try during the cycle to go at most 2twice a week.

For your burritos how do you make them is their like a youtube fellow you watched or its something you did throught trial and error?

I think the Liver support supplement you were thinking of us NAC. Best run in tandem with vitamin E and C and taken on an empty stomach between meals..

Tudca is a big one you will want to get. Allmax makes good affordable versions of both.

If money isn't too tight tho I'd suggest getting some N2guard from N2BM. That will eliminate the need to buy all the supplements individually and provide you with the best cycle support overall.

Hey brother your nutrition needs attention if you want to get the most out of your cycle, for which you might want to consider how you will manage your e2 on cycle (oral or injectable?).

Also re. bloodwork I'm not certain how providers work in the States but depending on how much you want to spend, the basics you will want to get tested for will include:

Sex hormones including test, free test, e2, progesterone and SHBG
Lipids
Liver enzymes
Kidney panel
Haematology
Electrolytes
Blood glucose
IGF-1 (if you're running GH)

The key is in the ingredients
Get the yuka app and scan the wraps. Usually the raps themselves are extremely bad for you so it’s important you get that first then from there make sure you use quality ingredients. It’s those refined oils at restaurants put in the food that really makes them unhealthy and chipotle uses I believe, refined sunflower oil, which is extremely bad for you go straight to your arteries

Add whatever healthy ingredients you want and just wrap it and you’re good to go and you can food prep something like that that will last few days

you do bloods ever before? I have heard from a friend that I can just order what test I what to get looked at

Hey brother your nutrition needs attention if you want to get the most out of your cycle, for which you might want to consider how you will manage your e2 on cycle (oral or injectable?).

Also re. bloodwork I'm not certain how providers work in the States but depending on how much you want to spend, the basics you will want to get tested for will include:

Sex hormones including test, free test, e2, progesterone and SHBG
Lipids
Liver enzymes
Kidney panel
Haematology
Electrolytes
Blood glucose
IGF-1 (if you're running GH)
For this upcoming Cycle planning to do injection for DECA I know its not good to do two orals at the same time.
and for the healthcare providers I will look at some old test results if you want I can post them here they are likely a year old or so.

dont worry I used the AI for the food part since I put everything I was eating in the AI helps out alot for my scheduling to see if im eating enough for the day, better food to eat, etc. I know yall hate AI so I only did the copy and past for the food the rest is me. The training I threw off ontop of my head since I don't write what I do or keep track of my weights and reps.

my FIRST CYCLE: STERIOD CYPIONATE and TBOL (GOAL: lean muscle growth)

my first Cycle was positive and great pumps and strength gains. I am 22 years old, 5 feet 6 inches and went from 140 pounds to 155 pounds the first cycle and it lasted about 9 weeks.

Week 1: 250ML a week, TBOL was 20g a day
week 2: 250ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 3: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 4: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 5: 450ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 6: 500 ML a week
week 7: 500 ML a week
week 8: 350 ML a week
Week 9: 250 ML a week

For the 250 ML a week I only pinned on Monday
For (350, 450, 500)ML I pinned on Monday and Wednesday

I did not do PCT
I still feel great and nothing was wrong besides a bit of acne on my chest, arms, and face. But it seems like it was already going away and I don't feel bad in any sort of way BUT yes I do realize that with this NEW CYCLE I will definitely do PCT.

FOR FOOD
i would eat anywhere from 2700-3100 calories, 170-200G protein, 170-200G Carbs A DAY

FOOD:
Rice, Steak, PB & Js(add more almond butter for CALs), protein yogurt, oikos protein drink, protein bars, Eggs(usually 5 eggs mixed with shredded cheese), whole milk,
mass gainer shakes, Oatmeal.

I would try to avoid restaurants but the ones i would go to would be Chipotle for big burrito, EL pollo Loco for 3 chicken combo with Mac n cheese and rice, and lastly I would eat Raising canes for 6 tenders with 3 breads no fries or coleslaw.

FOR Vitamins:

Fish oil: everyday
Zinc: every other day
magnesium: everyday
milk thistle: everyday
Collagen: every other day

I have not gotten any test results after my FIRST CYCLE and of course plan to get them before my 2nd and plan to share to everyone once I get them

The issue now is the person stopped replying to my friend so me and him are now in the dark to buying steriods with zero experience in doing so.
I am based In the U.S and from the other Forums it seems like everyone mentions Napsgear and domestic supply.

1 Q) Which website is best to buy from if based in US CA Napsgear or Domestic supply?
2 Q) From looking at both websites it seems I have to pay using Crypto currency and was wondering how to do so is their a forum on a video explaining step by step on how to use crypto Currency to buy gear?
3) any other vitamin recommendation:
-I know I seen something that most people use to help with the liver besides milk thistle it was called NARC or something like that where can I buy that?

@Hungry_Mexican not to nitpick a little bit, but it is important in case other people see this, and just for your future reference. Keep in mind the difference between ML, MG, and G. tbol is mg per day not G. test is not ML per week, its mg. you don't want to take 40grams of tbol per day your liver would explode

Looking forward to following your log! There are a couple things that stand out to me. First one is your dosages. There is no need to taper up and down like that. The long esters in the test do that for you so don't overthink it. Second is the diet. There is some good and some bad, but definitely room to clean it up. Stick to as many whole, single ingredient foods as possible.

my FIRST CYCLE: STERIOD CYPIONATE and TBOL (GOAL: lean muscle growth)

my first Cycle was positive and great pumps and strength gains. I am 22 years old, 5 feet 6 inches and went from 140 pounds to 155 pounds the first cycle and it lasted about 9 weeks.

Week 1: 250ML a week, TBOL was 20g a day
week 2: 250ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 3: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 4: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 5: 450ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 6: 500 ML a week
week 7: 500 ML a week
week 8: 350 ML a week
Week 9: 250 ML a week

For the 250 ML a week I only pinned on Monday
For (350, 450, 500)ML I pinned on Monday and Wednesday

I did not do PCT
I still feel great and nothing was wrong besides a bit of acne on my chest, arms, and face. But it seems like it was already going away and I don't feel bad in any sort of way BUT yes I do realize that with this NEW CYCLE I will definitely do PCT.

FOR FOOD
i would eat anywhere from 2700-3100 calories, 170-200G protein, 170-200G Carbs A DAY

FOOD:
Rice, Steak, PB & Js(add more almond butter for CALs), protein yogurt, oikos protein drink, protein bars, Eggs(usually 5 eggs mixed with shredded cheese), whole milk,
mass gainer shakes, Oatmeal.

I would try to avoid restaurants but the ones i would go to would be Chipotle for big burrito, EL pollo Loco for 3 chicken combo with Mac n cheese and rice, and lastly I would eat Raising canes for 6 tenders with 3 breads no fries or coleslaw.

FOR Vitamins:

Fish oil: everyday
Zinc: every other day
magnesium: everyday
milk thistle: everyday
Collagen: every other day

I have not gotten any test results after my FIRST CYCLE and of course plan to get them before my 2nd and plan to share to everyone once I get them

@Hungry_Mexican not to nitpick a little bit, but it is important in case other people see this, and just for your future reference. Keep in mind the difference between ML, MG, and G. tbol is mg per day not G. test is not ML per week, its mg. you don't want to take 40grams of tbol per day your liver would explode

Thank you I took a look at domestic seems pretty easy to use the only thing I have to do is download coinbase or maybe use cashapp and LASTLY i have to search which brand is solid to buy from since I know some are not as clean as the rest

1 week: 250 test/ 100 deca / 0 Tbol
2 week: 350 test/ 150 deca/ 0 tbol
3 week: 400 test/ 200 deca/ 0 tbol

pretty much stick with 400 test/ 200 deca until week 4 that where I start doing Tbol

you need to go private like privateMD blood and than go back to my DOC and they tell me what they see.
you do bloods ever before? I have heard from a friend that I can just order what test I what to get looked at

Thanks brother I like it when I do the last drop set to finish my legs has me on the floor o_O. I found the best workouts are ones done with other gym goers since they give me a push that absolutely destroys my muscle. I also like the preworkout that I am on right now better than most things I have ever taken super strong stuff. (y)

Okay received I don’t usually eat anything dirty during my cycle like I don’t really eat candy, bags of chips, and only go to eat at restraunts twice at week.
If you can continue to clean up your diet, that would be great. You can eat healthier snacks like raw nuts and fruit and stuff like that.
 
I did a quick search on proviron it seems be a like a testosterone base. Am I correct? I have heard of proviron before but don’t know what it is.
No, it's a DHT. It's basically almost like a drug more than an anabolic steroid. That's what makes it so unique. It's not liver toxic either.

I was getting some high estrogen symptoms on 250mg of test per week. So I'm taking 1/2 an aromasin tab, 6.25mg, every other day right now and I'm good.

If you listen to the Deca episodes that will be rifht up your alley considering your cycle plans. They will discuss Proviron for sure in those episodes.

It will be a great listen for you because you'll learn how to run the deca and what to watch out for when using it.
 
Sounds good I bough strawberry’s and black berries at Costco I’ll buy bananas next time i also bought almonds.
Costco typically has lower quality produce because they are a company that mass-sells things in bulk. So you're going to get lower quality food at a lower price. Just keep that in mind. It's the same thing with big stores like Target, Walmart, etc. Or any large supermarket chain.
 
Hello everyone this is my first log I have been lurking for a bit! I wish I could have posted my first log before I did by FIRST cycle! everyone seems super knowledgeable and welcoming to one another.

My first cycle so everyone can see what my next cycle might look like and of course im looking to improve and do better with my 2nd cycle so of course I welcome any form of criticism so I can grow and learn. thank yall!


my FIRST CYCLE: STERIOD CYPIONATE and TBOL (GOAL: lean muscle growth)

my first Cycle was positive and great pumps and strength gains. I am 22 years old, 5 feet 6 inches and went from 140 pounds to 155 pounds the first cycle and it lasted about 9 weeks.

Week 1: 250ML a week, TBOL was 20g a day
week 2: 250ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 3: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 4: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 5: 450ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 6: 500 ML a week
week 7: 500 ML a week
week 8: 350 ML a week
Week 9: 250 ML a week

For the 250 ML a week I only pinned on Monday
For (350, 450, 500)ML I pinned on Monday and Wednesday

I did not do PCT
I still feel great and nothing was wrong besides a bit of acne on my chest, arms, and face. But it seems like it was already going away and I don't feel bad in any sort of way BUT yes I do realize that with this NEW CYCLE I will definitely do PCT.

FOR FOOD
i would eat anywhere from 2700-3100 calories, 170-200G protein, 170-200G Carbs A DAY

FOOD:
Rice, Steak, PB & Js(add more almond butter for CALs), protein yogurt, oikos protein drink, protein bars, Eggs(usually 5 eggs mixed with shredded cheese), whole milk,
mass gainer shakes, Oatmeal.

I would try to avoid restaurants but the ones i would go to would be Chipotle for big burrito, EL pollo Loco for 3 chicken combo with Mac n cheese and rice, and lastly I would eat Raising canes for 6 tenders with 3 breads no fries or coleslaw.

FOR Vitamins:

Fish oil: everyday
Zinc: every other day
magnesium: everyday
milk thistle: everyday
Collagen: every other day

I have not gotten any test results after my FIRST CYCLE and of course plan to get them before my 2nd and plan to share to everyone once I get them


2ND CYCLE
STERIOD CYP, DECA, and TBOL
I do have issues which I plan to ask at the bottom and hopefully yall can give me advice. Thank you!

So for the most part I Plan to do 2:1 Ratio for Deca and STERIOD CYP for example; CYP 250:125 DECA
than similar to last cycle I plan to slowly up my dosage as the weeks go on so It would look like

(GOAL: bulk/muscle growth)

Week 1: 250 Cyp a week, 125 of DECA a week
Week 2: 300 Cyp a week, 150 of DECA a week
week 3: 300 CYP a week, 150 of DECA a wekk
week 4: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 20G of TBOL a day
week 5: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40G of TBOL a day
Week 6: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40F of TBOL a day

MY QUESTIONS
so for my First CYCLE I did not buy my product my friend knew someone and they gave me TBOL and TEST CYP and that's how I received my product.
The issue now is the person stopped replying to my friend so me and him are now in the dark to buying steriods with zero experience in doing so.
I am based In the U.S and from the other Forums it seems like everyone mentions Napsgear and domestic supply.

1 Q) Which website is best to buy from if based in US CA Napsgear or Domestic supply?
2 Q) From looking at both websites it seems I have to pay using Crypto currency and was wondering how to do so is their a forum on a video explaining step by step on how to use crypto Currency to buy gear?
3) any other vitamin recommendation:
-I know I seen something that most people use to help with the liver besides milk thistle it was called NARC or something like that where can I buy that?
- I also seen people mention taking AIs and that if symptoms start to take said pill like if gyno happens or if high blood pressure occurs or E2 raises.
4) When I go to the Doctors what should I ask them to test for TEST? E2? ETC...

Sorry Yall I know it seems a lot and I did try to search around to understand better but it seems like everyone has had their own experiences with anabolic steriods. So I am wondering is their a book I can read to further my understanding? Hopefully for my first log I did well and if anyone has questions Ill be happy to answer them. So for the dosage what Im starting to think now is
1 week: 250 test/ 100 deca / 0 Tbol
2 week: 350 test/ 150 deca/ 0 tbol
3 week: 400 test/ 200 deca/ 0 tbol

pretty much stick with 400 test/ 200 deca until week 4 that where I start doing Tbol

Are you able to get a baseline bloodwork done before starting your cycle?
I'm not sure why you want to pyramid up the doses in this way as it will really keep us guessing as to your e2 levels and therefore aromasin (AI) dose.

I agree with @BeMe that N2Guard is a perfect peace of mind supplement for on cycle. There is plenty of anecdotal evidence include bloodwork evidence on here (including in my log) proving that N2Guard works for organ support. Heed the advice of @LevButlerov for your diet and training details here on your log as well.

I'm looking forward to following this and seeing you put on some weight including seeing your diet and training routines. I'll be following and welcome yet again to EVO brother!

Lipids
Liver enzymes
Kidney panel
Haematology
Electrolytes
Blood glucose

as recommended by R.AP in the earlier logs

So until than Ill just keep learning through the podcast, clean up my diet, search through domestic supply to see if they have what I need

yeah i would say everything on that list would be lower quality at a place like costco. yuka app is what we use to scan things. scan that jelly and bread with it and see what kind of score you get

This is a great strategy. Baseline bloodwork. Diet/Training/Supps all lined up first, and then we get you on a launching pad for a cycle.

If you want to and it's covered or your willing to pay out of pocket I'd add prolactin to this as well.

For the Yuka app I downloaded it and started scanning my foods

my Oatmeal Variety Pack by quaker was 38/100
For healthier version Ill go look for KODIAK protein packed oatmeal

ALmonds from kirland said its a 90/100

Egg Whites from kirkland said its a 90/100

for my Jelly on my PB&J sandwhich its a 32/100

Ill try to look for SMASH FOODS fruit spread for replacement 78/100

For my protein yogurt from chobani its a 66/100

For my cheddar jack cheese from kirkland its a 22/100

no recommendations found... ill look around for any

Kirkland Almond Butter is a 100/100

Daves Killer White bread is a 100/100

So I checked with my last blood results from 2025(months ago)

whats already covered from the blood results is
CBC (Hermatology)
CMP (Liver, Kidneys, Electrolytes)
Lipid panel
HbA1C (blood glucose)

but when I see my doc again Ill just say
" I want to add a few hormone tests for a simple baseline monitoring "NAME THE THINGS I WANT TESTED TOO" just to make sure everthing is good"

hopefully they wont question it and Ill just say " had symptoms with my energy and training and I want to rule out hormone imbalance"

Currently at work right now. So my notes are not with me. But from the podcast they mention to take proviron 25mg(everyday) or even 50mg(everyother day). They said it won’t give a huge strength boost it’s more like a drug than a steriod and the best thing about it is 1) non-liver toxic 2) gives muscle hardness 3) gives protection against estrogen

Deca is a nandrolone so it has a long ester life so try to pin 2 days out the week
They mentioned keep testosterone only a tiny bit higher than deca
So Deca can be 200-400 a week
They said why do high testosterone while on deca what’s the point of doing that since your most likely on deca to minimize the side effects since deca is basically testosterone but muniplated to be better than testosterone since it doesn’t give estrogen effects as bad.

I have other notes too about PCT and that Serms are better than AIs

I have not I’m waiting on an appointment with my doc to get orders to get blood so probably won’t get the news until the middle of this upcoming month. Otherwise I feel great and feel zero issues but I’m curious to see what my baseline test looks like I always felt like it’s short(even before taking gear)

Cool I already bought the gear from napsgear. Seemed pretty easy just waiting on confirmation they received payment.

Otherwise all I need to do is buy Tbol but not to worried about it since I won’t start on it until week 4 of the cycle

What sucks is that needtobuildmuscle site ran out of stock on N2guard
 
No I haven’t done one before my doc just mentioned to go on more runs and eat less at restaurants. That was it.

@LevButlerov i been using the food app track for a couple days or more it seems the amount of fat that I intake is around 140g a day is that what you mean?
140 grams of fat? can you post a few more days after holidays like 10 days so we can get baseline @Hungry_Mexican
