Hello everyone this is my first log I have been lurking for a bit! I wish I could have posted my first log before I did by FIRST cycle! everyone seems super knowledgeable and welcoming to one another.
My first cycle so everyone can see what my next cycle might look like and of course im looking to improve and do better with my 2nd cycle so of course I welcome any form of criticism so I can grow and learn. thank yall!
my FIRST CYCLE: STERIOD CYPIONATE and TBOL (GOAL: lean muscle growth)
my first Cycle was positive and great pumps and strength gains. I am 22 years old, 5 feet 6 inches and went from 140 pounds to 155 pounds the first cycle and it lasted about 9 weeks.
Week 1: 250ML a week, TBOL was 20g a day
week 2: 250ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 3: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 4: 350ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 5: 450ML a week, TBOL was 40g a day
week 6: 500 ML a week
week 7: 500 ML a week
week 8: 350 ML a week
Week 9: 250 ML a week
For the 250 ML a week I only pinned on Monday
For (350, 450, 500)ML I pinned on Monday and Wednesday
I did not do PCT
I still feel great and nothing was wrong besides a bit of acne on my chest, arms, and face. But it seems like it was already going away and I don't feel bad in any sort of way BUT yes I do realize that with this NEW CYCLE I will definitely do PCT.
FOR FOOD
i would eat anywhere from 2700-3100 calories, 170-200G protein, 170-200G Carbs A DAY
FOOD:
Rice, Steak, PB & Js(add more almond butter for CALs), protein yogurt, oikos protein drink, protein bars, Eggs(usually 5 eggs mixed with shredded cheese), whole milk,
mass gainer shakes, Oatmeal.
I would try to avoid restaurants but the ones i would go to would be Chipotle for big burrito, EL pollo Loco for 3 chicken combo with Mac n cheese and rice, and lastly I would eat Raising canes for 6 tenders with 3 breads no fries or coleslaw.
FOR Vitamins:
Fish oil: everyday
Zinc: every other day
magnesium: everyday
milk thistle: everyday
Collagen: every other day
I have not gotten any test results after my FIRST CYCLE and of course plan to get them before my 2nd and plan to share to everyone once I get them
2ND CYCLE
STERIOD CYP, DECA, and TBOL
I do have issues which I plan to ask at the bottom and hopefully yall can give me advice. Thank you!
So for the most part I Plan to do 2:1 Ratio for Deca and STERIOD CYP for example; CYP 250:125 DECA
than similar to last cycle I plan to slowly up my dosage as the weeks go on so It would look like
(GOAL: bulk/muscle growth)
Week 1: 250 Cyp a week, 125 of DECA a week
Week 2: 300 Cyp a week, 150 of DECA a week
week 3: 300 CYP a week, 150 of DECA a wekk
week 4: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 20G of TBOL a day
week 5: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40G of TBOL a day
Week 6: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40F of TBOL a day
Week 7: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 40G of TBOL a day
Week 8: 400 of CYP a week, 200 of DECA a week, 60G of TBOL a day
Week 9: 350 of CYP a week, 175 of DECA a week, 20G of TBOL a day

MY QUESTIONS
so for my First CYCLE I did not buy my product my friend knew someone and they gave me TBOL and TEST CYP and that's how I received my product.
The issue now is the person stopped replying to my friend so me and him are now in the dark to buying steriods with zero experience in doing so.
I am based In the U.S and from the other Forums it seems like everyone mentions Napsgear and domestic supply.
1 Q) Which website is best to buy from if based in US CA Napsgear or Domestic supply?
2 Q) From looking at both websites it seems I have to pay using Crypto currency and was wondering how to do so is their a forum on a video explaining step by step on how to use crypto Currency to buy gear?
3) any other vitamin recommendation:
-I know I seen something that most people use to help with the liver besides milk thistle it was called NARC or something like that where can I buy that?
- I also seen people mention taking AIs and that if symptoms start to take said pill like if gyno happens or if high blood pressure occurs or E2 raises.
4) When I go to the Doctors what should I ask them to test for TEST? E2? ETC...
Sorry Yall I know it seems a lot and I did try to search around to understand better but it seems like everyone has had their own experiences with anabolic steriods. So I am wondering is their a book I can read to further my understanding? Hopefully for my first log I did well and if anyone has questions Ill be happy to answer them.
