Had a bit of an epiphany today, checked with
@Gains Man and with the 1 working set once I can do 12 reps comfortable I need to increase working set and work back up to 12 reps, the way I have been working is only increasing once I felt I could do 12 reps of the higher weight, so will start to see lower reps on working set but hopefully this will help with strength gain. who said old dogs cant learn new tricks
