Been a while since I updated as expected.

I’ve treated this past week like a DELOAD.

My left shoulder/rotator cuff has still been bothering me. Feels like the top of my shoulder girdle. It doesn’t feel like impingement. Hard to describe but something is off and I feel it most raising my arm to the side or anything overhead. It’s not unbearable. But it almost feels like a tendon or muscle attachment to my humerus is not there.

Despite the deload and shoulder issue, I’ve gotten in 4 short training sessions this past week and some shoulder mobility.

My diet has been all over the place with the holidays and eating many meals with family.
But I’ll be back in my routine on Monday.

Note: TRT change
@LevButlerov suggested I lower my TRT from 240 to 125 per week and leave out Anastrozole.
Which I started on Dec 23. I feel good. I think my mood has stabilized. I felt a little aggressive/angry/irritated before and probably more anxious plus some light nipple sensitivity and I haven’t felt that.

I was afraid of that…but one step back to take two steps forward right.

Would shoulder mobility work be a good idea? With a light exercise band?

I had the exact same problem with my shoulder about 5 or 6 months ago. Took about a month to fix. I stopped shoulder training and movements like incline pressing for a couple weeks and ran BPC 157 and TB 500 injected right into the bad shoulder. Its been good ever since knock on wood.

As long as no pain, yes, have you considered any BPC or TB? @BeMe beat me to it, but yeah those peps would go far

I'm my case I left it completely alone for 2 weeks. I still had to work and I'm on the tools so it's not like I wasn't using it, but no weighted stuff above shoulder height where the pain kicked in.

But ya after the 2 weeks off I did some very light weight mobility stuff and gradually reintroduced training.

Anywhere in the delt would do, I currently put just over 1ml into my delt a day, you wont hit anything bad, delts are pretty good spot to inject tbh

I’ve been careful in the last couple workouts to not aggravate it. But it’s probably better to just do legs and cardio for a week or two plus some BPC

As long as your using the proper pin, like a 5/16th" I wouldn't worry about subq. I just pin it right in.

BPC is great for any soft tissue injuries and TB is more for muscle or ligament tears. I was pretty sure my shoulder was a minor tear and I think I was right based off the recovery.

Usually you don't think peptides are working but they really are. A lot of people have the same thoughts and so did I before. But stay the course.

Like you said it's not getting worse so that could be something. Sometimes you could be waiting 6-8 weeks for a full recovery. Just depends on the injury though.

You can but go slow you need a deload imo @Schmedium

Some shoulder mobility work might shed some light on what caused the issue to begin with. See if you can't measure internal and external rotation left shoulder vs. right, and also range of motion left vs. right, too. Could be tight/ bound/ dysfunctional lats, supra or infraspinatus. If all equal left to right it may be a minor tear, where the time off will do you plenty of good!

Seems like symptoms of a supraspinatus irritation, impingement or maybe a minor tear.

I did the Jobe “empty can” test vs “full can” test. I don’t know how accurate chat gpt is on this.
But, regardless, I think 1-2 weeks rest is wise.
Will do legs every 4th day and cardio most days for now and hopefully get this healed up.

Some shoulder mobility work might shed some light on what caused the issue to begin with.

I suspect the issue is connected to the tight upper back but more-so I did a couple workouts (logs says around December 8 and 11) where I emphasized the stretch position of every lift because i heard that that causes maximal growth. I think that tore up some connective tissue because I’m not used to it or took it too far.

Yeah training in a deep range of motion/ stretch is something that you need to practice and slowly introduce to your body. As with any new stimulus. Go gung-ho on something you haven't done before and you're much more prone to injury!

Will be following bro! Hopefully the issue clears up quickly.

I’ll be taking my bloodwork on Monday. Very curious where my Test levels and e2 are at.

Today I’m gonna do legs.

My shoulder is slowly getting better. Still have some more days of healing before I’m ready to hit upper body.

I strung together 3 days of cardio on the treadmill. 45 min 45 min and 30 min.
Took a rest day on New Year’s Day.

😟 I hope I’m not losing muscle by suddenly doing more cardio and not lifting during this deload other than leg workouts. Plus the calorie decrease. 😟

Diet:
Been trying to stay just below maintenance calories. Pretty successful overall with that.

I wish I tried the Pendulum Squat sooner I really like it. Kept a narrow stance so legs could track straight. Dig it.

@Schmedium the pendulum squats are really good. And I like the Bulgarian split squats as well. Nice job mixing up the different squats. I'm a big fan of box squats myself.

I wish I tried the Pendulum Squat sooner I really like it. Kept a narrow stance so legs could track straight. Dig it.

PSL are not. They shipped it. You KNOW they shipped it.

I'm sitting here bitching at the carrier on 2 packages I'm waiting on

It really depends on your luck. Sometimes the post office can put your package in a box and forget about it. @Schmedium other times it's just a slower region where it takes more time.\

@Schmedium my advice is don't go and chase it down, my man. It's not worth it. Stay a little patient and give it a chance to get to you. If for some reason it disappears, then you can reach out to one of the reps on here. I'm sure they will have a reship policy if it's longer than 30 days.

You can't ask for anything more than a beautiful touchdown. Umbrella and Domestic Supply are two of my favorites.
As far as what you can do about the lost package, I would wait, man. Let's not make a big deal out of it yet. Once it reaches 30 or 40 days, then reach out to one of their reps from PSL.

Update Jan152026 (Cutting phase)
Comparison photos attached of a month ago to now (fasted).

It’s been a crazy month.
With the routine thrown off during Christmas week, then a family member in the hospital and looking after them, it is what it is.

I’ve kept up with cardio 25-30 minutes most days and a good leg workout every 4-5 days.
I’ve also been eating 200-400 calories below maintenance every day. It is working. I’m seeing more of my abs I think.

Still resting my left shoulder and it’s improving.

But, I did a back workout the other day thinking that I was ready but I regretted it after. The shoulder went back to aching. I’m starting to think it’s a bicep tendon irritation where it attaches to the shoulder. I’ll keep resting it.

I may start Reta soon. At 1 mg a week and I can titrate up if need be.

I’m still running 125mg Test Cyp per week. No anastrozole. Nothing else. Except for BPC 157 into the shoulder and hip.

I’m anxious to try to add some HGH but waiting for that in the mail.
