Fairly common - 20% off the population.

I've got a few genes there that compound the effects of that so there was a supps that were life changing.

1 was injectable glutathione - i think dealing with a lot of oxidative stress and not being able to produce it efficiently.

The other was cerebrolysin but that's not a cost effective treatment for brain fog and fatigue

Other changes haven't been quite as dramatic but I think ill implement TMG & betaine and from what Ive read that will have a massive impact
Bro I love how exact and scientific you're getting with this. @BeMe do you know of a Canadian site we can try this on?

@willipede are you still running the KLOW for your injury? Also, I'm a big fan of macadamia nuts if you wanted to try that... super healthy fats in that one.

Good quad session yesterday, hacksquat moved like butter. I reckon I'll have a crack at 190-200kg next week.

You're in summer there so you can drop vitamin d to 2k.

omega 3 I see the issue, algae is fine. how about walnuts? @willipede

Thats the plan, been getting plenty of sun at the moment. Walnuts have been a staple for a while but ive recently swapped them out for some pipitas.

Still running the KLOW, and doing 4iu gh.

Got no idea for any DNA screening internationally but for those in Aus I think i-screen does a great job and well priced.

I've actually got a heap of macadamia nuts, im gonna make some dukka.

Beautiful physique brother! How long you been training for?

Gotta start loading the tricep up across both joints on your arm/ tricep days to build up that long head/ sweep!

Overhead extensions
Skull crushers

Two great places to start, if you're not already

Would love too, just recovering from Bilateral ulnar nerve and carpal tunnel decompression & transposition

Just rehabbing a lot at the moment with slow reintroduction for upper movements

Would love to get back to weighted dips, just can't rush it

I've only been taking training seriously for the last 3 years, and last year I had nearly the entire year off due to the nerve damage

Recently became a PT and currently studying nutrition, then going to narrow my focus down the bodybuilding side of things

93kg good weight :D thick arms and really nice, love your shoulders

Weight is steadily increasing, just being cautious not to add too much fluff, really want to bring up the shoulders some more

When I see you bro the last thing I think is 'fluff'. You're leaner than Ken from Barbie and have abs better than him too. I love the body dysmorphia you have though we are in the same boat it's fantastic.

Getting some bloods done tomorrow, I was putting it off since my tooth is all fucked up, but I'll just have to make a note if CRP is elevated its probably that

Solid hamstring focus session today

@willipede Man, that is definitely hot. I don't know how you manage without any air conditioner in the gym or the car. What's the deal with that? Did they break or something?
Hahaha ive never even owned a car that had working aircon. My current one didn't even come with it, only as an optional extra 😂

The gym I trained at that day is just an industrial shed with fans

I've done a bit of trial and error. Just came back down from 250g but found digestion would suffer as im quite sensitive

I think ive found a pretty happy middle ground so far i think.

Good amount of healthy fats, easily digesting carbs, sufficient fibre intake.

Nice updates bro! 22 chin ups is solid and the level of detail in your diet is pretty impressive, right down to the grams.

Is there any kind of protein that you digest easily to up it a bit? I had to do this with carbs in particular to find the ones that were super easy on my digestion.

I just find too satiating mostly, end up feeling full still before I need to get in my next meal.

In saying that I do also take a collagen protein daily ~10g which i forgot to add.

I've just found at the moment digestion is improving, less bloating, not farting they would smell like a dead rat had crawled out of my asshole 🤣

I also take a gut health powder w/ prebiotics, fibre etc.

Shoulder Day done ✅
Really good workout, im really wanting to focus on bringing them up before show time at the end of the year for classic physique.

I really think it would help with the X frame look, and balance out the arms a bit.

Would really love some criticism from any coaches/bodybuilders on here to help me focus this off season where its needed most

Ive only just begun working on posing and actually looking at it for the first time.

For sure brother, feel like ive done the best I could with recovery. Still in a little pain, continuing rehab exercise and need to work on probation & supination of the arms/wrists

Pushing exercises are a bit painful but I think they help with breaking up the scar tissue in the palms.

Weight coming up steadily up to 94kg fasted now.

Looks like the time off really treated your body well.

That makes sense that pushing would help break up the scar tissue. Fighting through that pain now should help a lot in the long term.

Kill it on the rehab and soon enough it'll be like it never happened.

It was carpal tunnel issues you were having in both wrists right?

I had carpal tunnel & ulnar nerve impingement in both sides. So got a decent scar over both elbows, they had to move the nerve canal so it wasnt so tight.

Surgeon said it was the worst one he's ever done, nerves were completely flattened out.

He said it would take a while to recover due to severity so all in all I feel like im doing really well

First ones pretty good, im hoping its going to continue healing. Just aches when im trying to do any repetitive tasks, using tools etc.

Also still a fair bit of scar tissue but that's getting less painful as it breaks up

Yea the scar tissue in my palm was the worst of it for me after surgery too. I got filleted on both sides of my right arm from the middle of my hand just up to below my elbow.

If I remember right I think it was a couple years before everything got soft in the palm again. Always kinda felt like the stitches were still in there holding everything together.

I would do massages with this product called bio oil. Just once a day while watching TV or whatever I'd sit there and massage it out.

That sounds pretty gnarly. Left hands getting there for sire that was about 6 months ago.

I've actually got some bio oil here but I never use it hahaha, just hate covering myself in shit after ive just gotten clean and want to lay down

Yea it's a bitch to wash off LOL

I would only use it on my palm to help with the massages. I didn't like lathering all over my arm either, it's weird. I'm covered in scars so couldn't care less how they look anyway

Hgh Update - tried to increase to 6-7iu

I'm going to play around with my dose timing as I was having some significant enough lethargy in the morning when I need to be sharp. Also some noticable water retention in the face that clears after an hour or so.

Ill bring my gh dose earlier in the evening 5-6pm and see what effects that has on waking up.

Same here, makes no difference to me at the end of the day.

try to do all hgh pre bed if you feel tired am @willipede

I always have been, but im thinking maybe too late at like 9-10pm. By the time it peaks, then you have water retention etc

Im thinking if I can have it all clearing the system a bit earlier while im asleep this could help with symptoms?
thats possible
Good change this morning with gh timing

Moved to earlier 630pm dose last night, id say a 30% improvement in water retention and lethargy.

Will try again at 5pm and hopefully smooth sailing from there
perfect! so you mean about 4 hours from bed time water retention down and sleep better? @willipede

Is there a risk upping the GH with the surgery you just had? Water retention from higher dose GH putting pressure on nerves in your forearm is a fairly common side effect. Lots of people get carpal tunnel or hand numbness from doses like that. Is there a risk while your nerves are recovering?

Yeah massive improvement this morning, pinned again at 5:30pm today. Will continue to monitor the effects.

There's always a risk and I wouldn't advise others to do it. I've weighed up my own situation and feel like im willing to do it.

Previous carpal tunnel was caused by the impingement issues, so after surgeries directing the tendons and making space for that nerve canal.

There is some definite healing going on of the nerves but I dont feel a bit of water retention is going to hurt vs someone in my situation that was maybe just overweight/obese and they dont have issues

Although maybe 7iu was a bit eager, ill be conservative and keep it at 5iu until full recovery

thats perfect tell us more as you go @willipede
db fly can you do more reps on it? :D love the meal very clean

Will monitor and update how it goes for sure.

Hahaha the flys were pretty heavy tbh, that was close to failure 25kg in each hand. It should progress quite quickly though as its been a while since doing them consistently

everyone knows under 10iu is basically not running gh <3 looking good hommous

Cheers my bromosexual, hahaha im just doing my hrt 5iu gh 😂.

Don't want to get too big, ya know

@willipede that's a good looking salad you put together and a good thing about it is you can prep a salad like that for two or three days and then you'll always have a fresh salad waiting.

That is the plan, im going to do these as dinners for a while going forward. I only eat foods that I can meal prep easily, taste good and serve a purpose to my health + goals

Yep one of the things I invested in was a vacuum sealer. It really makes it easy and keeps the food fresh.

You can always dial it up and back as needed too. Sounds like you got a wayyyy deeper understanding of all this then other guys given all you've been through. I'm sure you'll be fine.

The GH should aid in your recovery too. Might help soften up the scar tissue a little sooner which would be nice

This is what I was thinking, trial and error if I get sides from increasing dosage just come back to previous.

I did think that as well for healing aspect.

Nice work on the dumbbell bench press

Getting back up there, be nice to get under the 60kg dumbbells again some day.

Overall this is a really good workout routine. I like the hack squats. I notice a lot more people doing them. Good job hitting the hamstring curls. Hitting the back of your leg is just as important as the front. People don't realize that. @willipede

It makes a huge difference, man you should definitely use it
Im gonna go blow the cobwebs off it and see if I can figure out how to get it to work properly
Bros, nice. I like the skull crushers and I like the face pulls. These are good exercises that really work the arms well. @willipede
Skull crushers have been a great addition, feel great and no elbow pain like I used to get when I first tried them like 10 years ago

Getting there, really trying to build up the shoulders to give a better and more balanced and wider look

Overall this is a really good workout routine. I like the hack squats. I notice a lot more people doing them. Good job hitting the hamstring curls. Hitting the back of your leg is just as important as the front. People don't realize that. @willipede

Love my hacks, and never forget a body part, the more I have the more I get to workout.

Don't want to be leaving gains on the table

5iu Growth hormone is going well, earlier dosages at 530pm have helped with water retention. Then just did a bit of facial massage help with lymphatic drainage and cold compress for 60 or so seconds

Water retention in the face nearly instantly gone.
Back focus session done & physique improving.

Really enjoying training, weights regularly increasing.

Added another meal in. Around 4700kcal now. Bit of extra protein, lots of extra carbs

Looking big bro. You're in great shape still. Doesn't look like you've been recovering from surgery at all.

You got some massive forearms. Really crazy considering the surgeries. Are you a tradesman?

Cheers bro, I am actually starting to notice im filling back out.

Shirts getting tight around the arms again, legs are chaffing hahaha

Yeah bro, panel beater & spray painter. But fuck that industry hahaha, I'm gonna save it and just work on my own toys in future

Stepping away from that and getting into coaching now. Been a great move for me mentally and physically.

Tough work but those you can thank it for those forearms.

Congrats on the big move. Anything that improves your well being is a good move no matter what. Takes big balls to make leaps like that bro

Yeah was a bit intimidating to make such a big life change, I was already thinking of getting out then when I got injured the first time I started my training to be a PT.

Now got 3 months left of my nutrition education. Starting to get more involved in bodybuilding now

Bros, that's good you don't have elbow issues.
Really glad i dont, had an amazing surgeon to thank, and a lot of peptides n gh

You are definitely a strong athlete.
Definitely growing since I started this blast, everythings filling out nicely

definitely seen a lot of people hitting them.
Try to get my squat pattern movements with minimal spinal loading

That's great bro. Go for it! Plus there's always a need for guys with your skills, so you have the security of that if times get tough. I'm sure you could find a shop that would bring you in as a hired gun for some extra cash if you needed it.

Using the recovery time to get trained for your future career was a really smart move. You really made the most of your time off

Can really see the back width & density really coming along now!

Solid weight you’re moving for the seated low rows. One of my favourite exercises. You using a machine or the cable stack setup, and what grip/ attachment are you liking for them?

For sure brother, massive shortage of tradesman in my field so there's always work available

Feels like im actually putting on a bit of size at a decent rate now that ive added more food and there's plenty of gear in to grow.

Always on the cable setup for these, 100kg is the whole stack but we do have a gym pin we can use to add some more weights.

I've just been using the close grip V handle on these ones, then use my lifting straps.

My grip strength is increasing since surgery but I can definitely tell this right arm is still recovering
