Hey guys, some of you may know me from ugloz telegram/elemenet chats, I have also been logging over on evolutionary.org

Some back story to start the log.

I lived a shitty life for many years, using and abusing rec drugs and alcohol. Around 14years in total.

Because of my actions my hormones were all fucked up and I started legit try but they were bleeding me dry, that's when I was introduced to ugloz. I've been ordering test through ugloz.is for the past 3 years.


This was my starting point I'm just under 2 years into my journey

I've just started working with my 3rd coach. Some of you may know him as Gainsman.

My first coach was just an everyday coach mainly had him for workout programming and simple tracking.

My second one crashed my e2 and didn't give a fuck about be beyond me making payments. (Fucking piece of shit he is)

I left that second coach early December and through myself into a cut.

Now with Gainsman we plan on finishing the cut and going into a long sustainable growth phase. To head towards IFBB season c 2027.

I'll attach photos for the start of the cut and current just below

Vit c is 1000mg on traning days, I like the chewable ones I know there not as bio avalable but it feels like I get a piece of candy 😅😂

digestion wise I know my body rather well so I try to make sure 180g of pineapple is in my diet. I was using things like gut right with my coach I was with before Gainsman. But it tasted like dirt..
I don't take generic multi's I try to have everything directly covered by meals or direct individual supplementation, so I can control and manipulate the time of day

I am able to provide my diet I used for the 10kg weight loss in the meantime if that will satisfy your curiosity, while gains and I finish locking down what my exact diet will be to finish the cut before any "drops"

Diet section is getting locked down when Gainsman wakes up today but he said it Will be rather similar to what I have been eating to keep digestion good.

Vit c is 1000mg on traning days, I like the chewable ones I know there not as bio avalable but it feels like I get a piece of candy 😅😂

digestion wise I know my body rather well so I try to make sure 180g of pineapple is in my diet. I was using things like gut right with my coach I was with before Gainsman. But it tasted like dirt..
I don't take generic multi's I try to have everything directly covered by meals or direct individual supplementation, so I can control and manipulate the time of day

I am able to provide my diet I used for the 10kg weight loss in the meantime if that will satisfy your curiosity, while gains and I finish locking down what my exact diet will be to finish the cut before any "drops"

Thanks bro we kept it rather the same as to what I was already eating just modified it to fit and cover as much micronutrients as possible, once the cut ends and food can be increased it's definetly something I'll keep in mind

I lived a shitty life for many years, using and abusing rec drugs and alcohol. Around 14years in total.

Because of my actions my hormones were all fucked up and I started legit try but they were bleeding me dry, that's when I was introduced to ugloz. I've been ordering test through ugloz.is for the past 3 years.

My second one crashed my e2 and didn't give a fuck about be beyond me making payments. (Fucking piece of shit he is)

I left that second coach early December and through myself into a cut.

Now with Gainsman we plan on finishing the cut and going into a long sustainable growth phase. To head towards IFBB season c 2027.

I'm also a fan of ramping to just the one top set. I strangely don't see a lot of that around here. Do you keep the reps on on the feeder sets or low to reduce fatigue?

Just under 2 years (march 12th was when I joined anytime originally) prior to that I had never stepped foot in a gym, my career for a lot of my life was a slaughterman, so I had to have some strength but it was more about learning the tricks of the trade.


I think with the feeder/warm ups I'll cap the reps at 8 just for blood flow and getting warm (have to confirm with @Gains Man )

Not quite there yet for this cut phase, goal is a true 10% so that @Gains Man and I have a very long runway before having to consider a mini cut.

In the coming days I plan to do a post on here of my "journey so far" showing different stages weights talking about what ped's I was using at the time all of that

The thing with ped's vs RECS, you in your head know the recs mg for mg cause more damage to your body, a lot of people still after years of sobriety have a voice in their head that goes "I handled X amount of BLAH in a night"
thats a good observation. as someone who has never had rec drug or alcohol issues its always nice to learn more about that from those that have. hard for us to understand it cause i view it as just a collasal waste of money which makes no sense to me!

When I signed up with gains. We sat down and spoke about my previous Styles I have done. I've never done a full max effort 1 set so this will be a learning experience.

My last program was a mix between straight sets and myo-reps rather high volume all in all

Noticed you’re taking Metformin (I also take Metformin). I’ve seen it’s become far less popular since the introduction of GLP1s. How do you find it? I’ve personally had really good results with it for managing BG during my surplus phase & no digestive sides since moving to the extended release version.

I was on 1000mg daily but after speaking to coach we agreed that dropping back to 500 a day and introducing low Reta would be more benificial, due to meal timing and full supplementation I was incroaching on my traning window with the 2 dosages of Metformin. I've only used long acting

I plan on keeping the bp and bg just as part of my overall weekly update not as part of daily ones.

The bike is a good option, my favourite is the ellipitcal.

Today I was working on my log post for today's workout 😅 but I've been smashing DBZ abridged when doing steps on my walk pad at home and the evo podcast for my fasted outside walk
Love the podcasts ey!!! Just listened to @mr lifts last night, but I rate DBZ, I need to rewatch that
 
When I signed up with gains. We sat down and spoke about my previous Styles I have done. I've never done a full max effort 1 set so this will be a learning experience.

My last program was a mix between straight sets and myo-reps rather high volume all in all

It will be a nice change of pace using the feeders as primers/ pre exhaustion/ pump work then an all out balls to the wall set leaving nothing in the tank. The adjustment this first week will be hard because I felt like I "didn't do enough today"

I know and understand the principles behind what there meant to do it's just the self exposure because everyone's genetically different. An example could be a skin reaction from ghkc, some get like hives some get nothing

yeah a lot of people; the biggest complaint I see is soreness from the GHK but that's why you got to try it and see if you like it.
 
I think it's got something to do with a curtain typer of person with very addictive tendency's, once they kick the bad addictions and focus on themselves the sky's the limit. Long way to go from here but I'm keen for the adventures that will follow one day.

Workout looks really good mate. Nice selection and number of exercises. To me one of the big benefits with ramping to a top set is the slight accumulation of fatigue which is good for injury prevention. At the moment I have swapped to two all out top sets with lower reps on the ramp sets. But on a few exercises where I was worried about my shoulder I ramped with high reps instead.

I wast talking to @Gains Man post workout yesterday and after the cut he is planning on bringing the top sets back up once food output isn't as high so food is also more recovery based then just pure "fuel"

Some back story to start the log.

I lived a shitty life for many years, using and abusing rec drugs and alcohol. Around 14years in total.

Because of my actions my hormones were all fucked up and I started legit try but they were bleeding me dry, that's when I was introduced to ugloz. I've been ordering test through ugloz.is for the past 3 years.

I've just started working with my 3rd coach. Some of you may know him as Gainsman.

My first coach was just an everyday coach mainly had him for workout programming and simple tracking.

My second one crashed my e2 and didn't give a fuck about be beyond me making payments. (Fucking piece of shit he is)

I left that second coach early December and through myself into a cut.

Now with Gainsman we plan on finishing the cut and going into a long sustainable growth phase. To head towards IFBB season c 2027.

It will be a nice change of pace using the feeders as primers/ pre exhaustion/ pump work then an all out balls to the wall set leaving nothing in the tank. The adjustment this first week will be hard because I felt like I "didn't do enough today"

Hey guys, some of you may know me from ugloz telegram/elemenet chats, I have also been logging over on evolutionary.org

Some back story to start the log.

I lived a shitty life for many years, using and abusing rec drugs and alcohol. Around 14years in total.

Because of my actions my hormones were all fucked up and I started legit try but they were bleeding me dry, that's when I was introduced to ugloz. I've been ordering test through ugloz.is for the past 3 years.


This was my starting point I'm just under 2 years into my journey

I've just started working with my 3rd coach. Some of you may know him as Gainsman.

My first coach was just an everyday coach mainly had him for workout programming and simple tracking.

My second one crashed my e2 and didn't give a fuck about be beyond me making payments. (Fucking piece of shit he is)

I left that second coach early December and through myself into a cut.

Now with Gainsman we plan on finishing the cut and going into a long sustainable growth phase. To head towards IFBB season c 2027.

I started with @Pigsy 's episode because I would say he is a mate through the UGLoz community and it was great to get some more insight into the man behind the muscles

My second year on trt. Is when I went underground after being introduced to @UGL OZ. The trt continued up until my dirty cut that is listed below.

My first cycle was during my dirty bulk.
Which consisted of
• 400 test e split into 2 injections
•400 mast e split into 2 injections
• 50 anadrol first 4 weeks daily
• 20mg Anavar last 4 weeks daily

Cut 1 was essentialy trt and clen

My first exposure to growth hormone came at the start of cut 2 where it has been in ever since.

Amazing story brother with over 2 years of dedication. This is quite the journey including the fuckery the Aussie puts you through just for TRT.
