NOTES
Slept really well (high dose cbd last night)
Increased reps on chinups to 7, and increased daily volume by 8. Completed the boxing walkthrough with no breaks.
Not sure why performance was so good today, could have been the rest day, could be the anavar, could be the tren, could be the cheese.
