@BritishCanadian Bros, that chicken looks really good. Look like you cook it American style or Canadian style, very nice. I like the plain chicken. My wife likes to dump a lot of soy sauce because she's Japanese.

The chicken is just Walmart rotisserie, yesterday was crazy busy, so little time for cooking.

New low weight, down from 216 just before I started the log. For me, nighttime cardio is the way to cut weight, but the elbows are feeling it from the boxing, so I may have to find a plan b for the cardio.

Swapped the last coffee of the day for a green tea to see if that helps with sleep a bit.

Anavar. First time trying anavar, hit a pr on the pushups, felt like I had a better pump than usual, nothing mind blowing.

The plan moving forward, will introduce the tren at 70mg per week. Will up the test to 140mg per week. Will run a cycle of hcg just to pump the balls back up. Will run the anavar for a week or two till the tren kicks in, and then will run tbe anavar again once the tren runs out.

Psyllium husk is great, digestion been very good recently.
Hitting prs every session. Slow increases in volume to allow body to adapt and prevent injury seems to be working, but no obvious increases in muscle yet.

Will reintroduce mushroom microdosing tomorrow to see if it helps the depression, will dose eod on injection day.

May bump the anavar up to 20mg per day for 49 days, or may run it at the end of the cycle , thoughts?

As for the anavar, it depends on what you're trying to get out of it. Personally i like higher dose pwo for the strength and pump. Alot of people like it as a kickstarter to cycle and a finisher as well. Like anything, the poison is in the dose and the duration, its not unheard of to run it low dose for extended periods but supplements for organ support are a must.

First time using an oral/ anavar, I didn't have a real plan for it, im thinking to run it for a bit till the tren kicks in, and then run it for 4/5 weeks at the end of the cycle.

Alternately, because the tren dose, and the anavar dose is low, I could just run them till they run out.

Psyllium husk is great, digestion been very good recently.
Hitting prs every session. Slow increases in volume to allow body to adapt and prevent injury seems to be working, but no obvious increases in muscle yet.

Will reintroduce mushroom microdosing tomorrow to see if it helps the depression, will dose eod on injection day.

May bump the anavar up to 20mg per day for 49 days, or may run it at the end of the cycle , thoughts?

The nice thing about this training, for me, is that its sustainable. I still have honey in my coffee, still have a bit of cheese etc

Im hitting probably 80% of my goals, and it seems to be working so far, I know its supposed to be a cut, and maybe soon ill have to cut out a few of the extra things.

But hey, im not drinking, not doing drugs...so for now the cheese has to stay! (For sobriety sake)

Oh yeah @stevesmi , I lucked our that day!

Did the steak in the airfryer and it atually turned out half decent.

Then the chicken, normally ill get the pizza on a chest meal day, but I chose the chicken for the protein, big pieces too, only ate 2 and had one for breakfast the next day

Bros, I must be doing something wrong. @BritishCanadian when my wife goes out of town, I cook and I use the air fryer but I don't like steak at all. It comes out weird.
 
For sure its not the best way to cook it, but i wasn't gonna wait for the stove to be free, so I tried it, turned out okay

I think i cooked it at 390, maybe 3/4 minutes each side. Probably overcooked it a bit too be honest. Next time ill go 390, 2 minutes each side.

Steaks not cheap on Canada, so you dont want to mess it up, I think that little steak was $16

@BritishCanadian get raw cheese and slice it thin. That would work better. You don't want to use that cheap cheddar cheese that they sell in the store. It's full of oil and fake crap.

Really pleased with the volume of squats, next session I hope to get it up closer to 300, and likewise with my next pushup/ pullups session, I hope to get the volume way up on those as well. Whether I do 3 sessions a week or 6 is yet to be decided.

They used to let me just fill in a waiver at the border, but now they changed the rules for non Canadians, you have to apply online first, and any travel to cuba in last 10 years disqualifies you. Changed a few years ago I believe.

And I loved America, friendly people, nice highways. Gulf coast Florida is 🤌

The good...

Yesterday's training was good, 80 chinups (pr+7)(rep pr of 8)

The bad...major family emergency, fell of the wagon big time diet wise and drinking for a few days.

Back on it today, proper update tonight.

Spent most of Friday night in the hospital with a family member, no sleep, then visiting Saturday/Sunday.

When I dont sleep well, I tend to overeat to make up for the lack of energy, still not quite back to normal, but tomorrow is squat day so even if diet is off, training will be on
